Chapter 17 - Becoming a Jonin!

In the morning Lunis woke up and quickly dressed himself before going downstairs. Then he ate breakfast with his family. They were all very excited at the thought of Lunis becoming a Jonin at this age. Lunis ate his food and then he prepared himself for the test. He had to fight against three Jonin and if he could somehow defeat one or steal one of the bells which would hang on them, then he was considered to pass the test and would be promoted to a Jonin.

Lunis wouldn't have to take the education exam but decided to do it to be fully acknowledged. He didn't even think about losing one bit because he could win against Super Kage Level Shinobi like Hashirama and Madara.

"Hehe...That'll be fun!" Lunis said with a small voice.

Lunis took his training clothes and put them on. The clothes were a jacked and with pants. The pants went straight to his ankle and the jacked was also long, so long that it almost looked like mantle. Both the jacket and the pants were pitch black and had a few red and violet symbols on it making it look a little bit imposing. Lunis hair was always cut to shoulder length and was black as ever, but not just black but pitch black it looked just like void. His eyes had a few changes and changed to a more reddish black with a tiny bit violet. His eyes changed because his Mangekyou influenced them.

Lunis was finished with everything and headed outside. He received a big, 'Good luck!' from his parents and brothers. He slowly headed towards the training ground were he would have to take the exam. He had a lot of time because he was really early with waking up and eating, so he had at lest a hour before the exam begins.

Lunis walked trough the village for a good fifty minutes and then proceeded with going to the training grounds.

At the training ground were the Hokage and two Jonin, because the third Jonin was always a little bit late. The two people other than the Hokage were Yamato and Asuma Sarutobi, the son of the third Hokage.

After five minutes or so, Lunis could be seen walking to the training ground. The Hokage discovered him and said a little worried,

"Good morning Lunis. Do you really want to do this?" It wasn't strange at all because they have never seen Lunis fighting and thought he was just a little arrogant. Well who could have thought Lunis was the one who emitted the extreme killing intent a few days ago. All of them would be extremely scared because the one who caused that was just ten years old.

"Yes. I want to do it!" Lunis said with a voice full determination, he was resolved to become a Jonin and the Hokage already promised him so what could he do?

The Hokage just sighed and waited.

*sigh*

"We have to wait, the last of your examiners has yet to come." The Hokage already knew that the last Jonin would always come to late so he just sighed once again and waited, but not before he introduced the two Shinobi and Lunis.

"Asuma, Yamato this is Lunis Uchiha and the second son of the clan head."

The Hokage said while pointing at Lunis and the he looked in Lunis eyes and said seriously,

"These two and another one are your examiners. This is Asuma Sarutobi and my son and that is Yamato he is a Wood Release user."

Lunis was a bit surprised because he didn't think that he would see Yamato here and the Hokage even said that there is one more examiner that has yet to come and Lunis knew who the last one is because he is the one who is always to late... Kakashi the copy Ninja. This is Kakashi's nickname and he got it because of his Sharingan, which he uses to copy the Ninjutsu of other Shinobi.

Lunis was soon called out of his stupor and greeted the two.

"Hello, Asuma-san and Yamato-san."

""Hello."" They replied while looking at Lunis with doubt.

After waiting for almost two hours Kakashi finally arrived at the training grounds. He didn't even realize that everyone present was really angry and ready to strangle him, even the Hokage looked at him with a bit of anger present in his eyes. Lunis wasn't off any better and was also pretty angry but he already knew of Kakashi so he just looked at him a bit strangely. Yamato was fuming in anger and Asuma was also really ticked off.

Kakshi oblivious of whats going on just rubbed the back of his head while apologetically saying,

"Sorry, that I'm late. But I'm was busy! I walked down the street and saw a black cat which I had to circulate around and then I saw an old lady and helped her."

Lunis found the excuses funny and almost burst into loud laughter while the other just sighed and gave up on reprimanding him. The Hokage also calmed down and introduced them to each other.

After that they began the fight against each other.

"Go!" The Hokage said with a loud voice.

The three Jonin found it a bit unnecessary to gang up on a kid but did it nonetheless because it was a direct order from the Hokage.

They faced each other while looking into their eyes. Lunis was ready to move and when he heard the Hokage's shout he directly attacked the nearest, which was Asuma. The said Shinobi was surprised by the speed of Lunis and directly hold his Chakra knives to defend himself. 'Wow! That's fast!' Asuma shouted inside his mind.

Lunis was fighting without his Ancient Demon Assault mode or Hollow mode, he just faced him with his pure strength. The strength of a Saiyan to be precise.

He threw a fist at Asuma's face but was blocked by the Chakra knives. Yamato was already ready to use his Wood Release. From Yamato's arms sprouted a lot of snake like wood and it was aimed at Lunis, who of course already knew this. Lunis just poured a kick at Asuma's abdomen to which the latter responded with a strong slash of his Chakra knives. Lunis dodged the blades with using Wind Release to make distance between them. The wood snakes were hitting the spot were Lunis previously stood at.

The three Jonin were really amazed at the sight of Lunis fighting. He was really strong for a kid...But he was a kid after all, is what they thought.

Lunis used his Fire Release - Great Fire Ball Technique.

*Fuuuuh*

He breathed a lot of air and all of it gushed out of his belly after making the Jutsu. The Fire ball was very big and Kakashi decided to interfere and countered the strike with a Water Jutsu. Kakashi also breathed a lot air after making the hand seals. It was the Water Release - Water Dragon Bullet Technique.

*Fuuuuuh*

After Kakashi used this technique a huge water dragon emerged from the water which gushed out from his mouth. The Jutsu collided midair causing the ground to tremble a little. Both Jutsu nullified each other and then they started to emerge back to Taijutsu.

Asuma and co were really surprised by Lunis because his Taijutsu was really strong. It was normal for Lunis to be strong because he is a Saiyan... It would be strange if he is weak in close ranged combat.

Even if Lunis was a Saiyan he didn't have the tail, because if he had it he would stand out a lot more than now. His Saiyan bloodline was altered so that he didn't have the tail.

The Shinobi were fighting against Lunis for 30 minutes before Lunis decided to end the whole thing.

Lunis activated his Demon Mode and a demonic mark appeared on his forehead. The people present were sweating when they saw the mark because the aura of it was really ominous.

Lunis didn't use the Ancient Demon Assault Mode because he could kill them if he didn't hold back and it was strange for him to have that much power.

At the same time Lunis activated his black Sharingan and the pressure he emitted increased by a lot.

He directly used his fist and punched Asuma who couldn't respond properly and was shot of in a nearby tree while coughing up blood.

*cough*

"Sh*t....Blurghhh!" Asuma was pretty much knocked out and Lunis went on to the next opponent.

Everyone would agree if they say that Lunis looked really scary because his face was emotionless and calm while he defeated a Jonin in one punch.

After hitting Asuma, Lunis Sharingan caught the movement from someone and kicked the person he saw and it was Kakashi. The white haired lazy man decided to ambush Lunis, but didn't think that he would be detected and kicked. Kakashi wasn't prepared for the kick but reacted fast enough to make the Substitution Jutsu and his body made a poof while being replace with a log.

*poof*

"Heh... Pretty good!" shouted Lunis.

Yamato used his Wood Release and planned to seal Lunis away to defeat him but was detected before he could even lift a finger and then he suddenly felt extreme pain at his back. After he felt the pain he shot trough several tree's before falling to the ground, unconscious. Kakashi sweated a lot at this sight and decided to just give up. He knew he could not beat this kid and it was pointless to continue as he had already defeated two of the three Jonin.

"Oiii... I give up! You won!" Kakashi shouted through the field.

"Okay..." Lunis said while deactivating his Sharingan and Demon Mode.

The Hokage watched the whole thing with a disbelieving face. He was utterly stupefied.

"Huh?" The Hokage said to himself.

Lunis was really happy because he now wouldn't have to deal with those small missions!

"Congratulations Lunis. You've passed the test and you are now a Jonin!"

Lunis answered calmly to this question with another question.

"I want to take a theoretical exam, please?"

...

Lunis and the Hokage, the three Jonin could not come because of their injuries, went to the Hokage office to take the other exam.

Lunis then took the theoretical exam and got a full score!

The Hokage was surprised but somehow expected this outcome.
