*BOOM!*

A man is thrown against the wall, his feet are crushed and his arm is twisted into a swirl.

I go up and pull his sleeves. The same "Ace Of Heart" Card Tattoo Is Seen.

In Reality, I Wouldn't Be Causing Such A Scene Without Covering My Face Or Checking For Surrounding Eyes Or Surveillance. But It's A Waste Of Effort Doing Those, It's An Illusion After All; I Won't Stay For Long To Suffer The Consequences.

In The Alleyway, Bodies And Blood Splatter Around Leaving Only One Remaining guy. His back faces the wall and trembles. There is no escape.

"Y-You are...I-I will cooperate! I will say who ordered us-" he realises my identity.

"No need. It's Icaro, I know. Where is he?" I ask.

"I...don't know. B-But I do know where my superior is! Maybe he knows-"

*BAM!*

I kick the last man unconscious.

"Hah..." I sigh.

Icaro is so meticulous that his superiors won't know his location.

Icaro is an alias for a Mexican man called Marco Sandez. He is the main culprit behind my mother's death. In two years, he will rise to become the CEO of Hendi's Mechanics, a multi-billion dollar company with a facade. Heidi's Mechanics truthfully has an amazing reputation in the underworld committing many notorious crimes. Afterwards, he spreads his grasp and connection throughout the world.

I tried for 7 years to get my revenge and dethrone Marco. By then he has become an emotionless monster that threw away his humanity; he won't give two shits if his real family is killed right in front of his eyes.

My aunt is an accomplice that helped Marco, giving information about my mother's whereabouts.

However, Marco was assassinated by another enemy. Thus, my life became normal once again.

The current Marco...should still be a human.

The sirens of police cars ring in the air.

I walk out of the alleyway and blend into the passerby on the street.

=================================

*Piiiiiii*

A bus stops in the countryside where fields of green spread to the horizon. Utility poles stretch afar to some houses not too far from the bus stop. I pay the bus fare with my stolen money and left.

Everything here felt foreign. Nothing is real.

I take out the pistol from my coat and eject the magazine. Ammos are full to the brim.

Orange and yellow paint the sky and birds chirp as they return home. Among the peacefulness, I reach the small town in the middle of nowhere.

Many buildings in this area are old-fashioned but maintained. This town makes use of that to garner attention from travellers as a relaxing town away from the struggles of the city. An old woman sees me and greets me, I return the hello.

A small post office stands at the corner of the town. It's closed so I infiltrate the post office and steal one of the uniforms along with an empty box.

Disguising myself as a postman, I approach a certain household.

*Ding Dong*

The bell rings after I press the button beside the front door.

A young girl wearing a t-shirt and short pants opens the door and smiles when she sees a young boy wearing a blue cap and postman attire.

"Yes?"

"Package for Jasmine," I reply.

"Ah! Okay! You are quite young to be working..."

I walk to her when her guard is down. Suddenly, she feels something at her hips.

??

She looks down and sees a pistol.

!

Her entire body froze and she glance at me.

"W-Wha..."

I smile. "Let's go in and have a nice talk, alright?"

Jasmine gulps and frantically mods her head.

"Jasmine? What's wrong?" the voice of a mature woman came from within the house.

Jasmine with her trembling hands up, I push into the living room where her mother is watching the television while snacking.

Her mother jolts when she sees me.

"What? Who-"

But silence befalls when she sees the gun.

"Is that...a real..."

"Shall I give a trial run?" I ask.

The mother shakes her head and asks "I-I will give you the money...just don't-"

"I don't need your money. Call your husband, Marco." I say.

The mother nods and quickly runs to her phone across the room. Shivering with every tap, she calls Marco.

The television is playing the news, it's covering the incident of attempted murder in the city I came from, probably my mother's. The newscaster talks about a missing boy, the name and picture of the boy match me.

The mother notices the television.

"Don't try anything funny," I say.

She nods and complies.

After a while, a man picks up on the other side.

"Dear? I told you not to call me unless it's an emergency." a deep voice came.

"U-Uhm..."

I gesture for her to bring the phone to me.

"Hello, Icaro," I say.

!

"...What do you want?"

"I want to meet you." I blurt.

...

"Alright, I will be there as soon as I can."

The chance of the authorities getting involved is incredibly low, not that I mind if they do. Marco right now has mediocre influence and to prevent enemies from getting wind of his family, he most likely will come alone...maybe with some lackeys.

My prediction was right. 20 minutes later, a few black cars stop before the house.

A man with a beard and gelled-up brown hair wearing a suit enters the house. A few other men wearing similar outfits follow behind. He sees me sitting on the couch with my arm over his daughter. My other hand held the gun to her head.

"Is everyone here?" I ask.

Marco nods. "What do you-"

*BAM!*

Without waiting for Marco to finish, I shoot a hole in his daughter's head.

!!!

"NOOO!!" The mother cries out. Marco widens his eyes in shock and his men pull out their guns.

"Bullet Hell."

Six shots of hell and the only thing left near the entrance are piles of bodies and pools of blood.

Their weapon drops on the floor.

Marco, with trembling hands and frantic breathing, attempts to reach for the gun.

In front of his eyes, I shoot his wife and grin. "An eye for an eye," I say.

As Marco touches the gun, I shoot him dead.
