The True Queen

Silver eyes...Where did I see them? Anna stared at the man in front of her, and the man does the same. As soon as the man arrived, they've never strayed away from each other.

Even Rebecca in between them has her heart racing, and the excitement in her eyes is palpable. She likes what she's seeing. Rebecca's mind is hyperactive and has imagined so many scenarios.

"Who are you?" Anna and Xandros questioned in unison. Xandros frowned, he thought that Anna's playing with him since everyone knew him. Even an illiterate person knows him. His name is known far and wide.

"Don't play coy with me woman! Do you want to get my attention by doing this? You're even saying to my little sister that you're a goddess? Are you crazy???" Xandros scoffed and stared at Anna with contempt. Women like her are around and many. F.u.c.k, anywhere he goes, they follow him like annoying bugs.

He wants to crush them. He gave her a once over, and he doesn't like what he's seeing. His lips curved in a perfect expression of disdain. Anna's hackles rise.

"So what? Do you think you're God's gift to women?" Anna rolled her eyes. "Please, I know your type. You're like: I'm so handsome, worship me!"

Anna's voice becomes manly with a low baritone; this is also part of her training. She's talented when it comes to this.

"What the hell? Are you a man? Rebecca, don't associate with him!" Xandros tried to drag Rebecca away, but the child stood her ground. He sounds disgusted, not at the thought that Anna's a man but because he feels something that he doesn't want to feel.

Also, why does he feel a bit of disappointment? It's like his tasty cake turned into poop.

"Oh? So what? You're a f.u.c.k.i.n.g s.e.xist?! People like you are always judgmental and thinks that you're perfect! Nobody's perfect and everyone has the freedom to be who they are!" Anna reprimanded him. She hates anyone who discriminates.

She doesn't like the feeling of discrimination. She has hurt someone before and doesn't want to do it again. Anna doesn't want to inflict the same pain to another person. She hasn't lived a good life as Anna Rong, but she wants to make things right as Arianna Han.

Xandros frowned, why the hell are they arguing about this again? He's not a s.e.xist since he has a friend that is openly gay and his secretary is a lesbian. Xandros tended to look at the person's capabilities and not the person's gender preference.

He sighed and stared at Anna. He doesn't like her at all and his lips curved in anger. No one has answered him this way. People respect and feared him!

"S.e.xist? I have every respect for any person as long as they respect themselves but not to a liar and acts like someone else. Those who're not true are the real unrespectful person!" Xandros announced righteously. "You're a man, and you lied, saying you're a woman and a goddess? Don't teach my sister to be a crook!"

Anna gasped. She hated to be called a crook. "I'm not a crook! You're the bastard!"

Xandros frowned and moved closer to Anna that's sitting on the bed. "You're a brat!"

"You're a s.e.xist pig!" Anna retorted.

"You're an unidentified person! You don't have any identity! A liar and schemer!" Xandros shouted. He hated people that always schemed to get close to him. How the hell did her sister got associated with this person?

Upon hearing the loud voices from the inside, the guards of both of them are tense. They're waiting for their bosses order to rescue or murder the other side. They're massacring each other with their eyes, ready to pounce.

Shit! Xandros cursed himself. How can he act this way? Is he quarreling with a...manlady? He can't believe that he's this way! So stupid.

"You! You're an annoying bug! You deserve to be crushed under my foot!" Anna shouted in anger. Oh God, does he believe that I'm a transvestite? Where the hell do I look like one? Anna feels so hurt and confused. Her self-esteem has taken a direct hit.

Xandros stood rooted on the spot, not daring to breathe. Annoying bug? This is what he hates the most. For this sentence, he can kill anyone. It brings so many bad memories.

Rebecca's eyes are wide as she stared at the both of them. She heard Anna's words, and she knew that this has become out of hand.

"Uhm...can you guys listen to me???" She shouts, breaking the intense stare of Anna and Xandros. They turned to her with their fiery eyes, and she felt like she has gone from hell and back.
