When Bella wanted to slap Lisa, an a.d.u.l.t man suddenly appeared from nowhere and held Bella's hands tightly without hesitation. Bellas was really furious when she knew that someone wanted to protect a lowly servant, but she was stunned when she saw who the man that helped a servant.

"How dare you to help a lowly servant like her. I-," Bella wanted to say that she wouldn't forgive anyone who helped a lowly servant, but when she saw the man face clearly, her face turned pale this instant.

Everyone in Z country knows that Bella favors a soldier man in Z country. His name is Alex Harlexis. Alex ever helped Bella when she got kidnapped by a human trafficker organization. Bella falls in love with Alex at first sight.

Bella didn't expect that Alex would help a lowly servant. Alex has a sweet tooth, even though his appearance looks like he hates desert. Alex was depressed because he met Elena, his first love, and it was why he needed sweet food to calm his depressed mood.

The Cakes World is one of Alex's favorite shops in Z country. Alex never expected that he would meet Lisa in this shop, and he thought that Elena would also be here, but Lisa seemed to come here alone. Alex also saw Lisa got into trouble with the most annoying girl that Alex ever met in his life.

Alex saw Bella wanted to slap Lisa, and he didn't know why at this time, he had a d.e.s.i.r.e to protect Lisa. Alex remembered that Lisa was the one who also slapped him in the face when he hurt Elena. Alex never blamed Lisa at that time because he knew that he deserved that slap.

"Are you alright, Lisa?" Alex asked Lisa softly.

Lisa never expected that a guy would save her from this situation while she could handle it by herself, but Lisa is not heartless when someone saved her like this.

"Thanks for saving me, but I don't need you to help me at all," Lisa is also a tsundere, and she never talked to a guy before except her colleague or her master's husband.

Lisa talked in a cold tone with Alex, but her heart is as soft as cotton candy.

"You are as fierce as ever, Lisa," Alex patted her head gently, and Lisa didn't avoid Alex's touch at all.

Bella was furious when she saw Alex talked softly towards a lowly servant like Lisa and Bella was glaring at Lisa, "How dared you ungrateful towards Alex. You are only a lowly servant."

Bella was really dissatisfied because Alex never spoke softly at her before, and she couldn't hide her jealousy at all. Lisa didn't answer Bella's question at all, and Alex seemed to ignore Bella so much.

"Why are you alone? It is not safe for a girl to go alone," Alex said gently. Alex didn't know why his depression gone after he met Lisa. Alex thinks of Lisa as his cure in his broken heart. Alex only feels peace around Lisa.

"I don't need someone to protect me, and I can go alone without any bodyguard while I am the shadow bodyguard of my master. Don't think of me as a weak woman," Lisa sulked when she heard Alex said that she needed protection.

"I never said that you are a weak girl at all, but a girl is still a girl, and you are no different from another girl. In my eyes, you are a girl who needs my protection," Alex unconsciously said that to Lisa without knowing the reason.

"You are not qualified as a shadow bodyguard while you reveal your identity as easy like that," Alex added with a low chuckle.

Lisa blushed once more time. Alex really thinks Lisa is so cute at this time.

"Why are you so cute, Lisa?" Alex was whole-hearted when he asked Lisa like that.

"How can I know the answer?" Lisa answered him honestly.

Alex never falls in love again after he got a broken heart with Elena. No girl can enter his heart after Elena. Alex also stopped his playboy style a long time ago, and he already broke all his contact with girls when he was still a playboy.

Alex wanted to find his destiny, but he never met once after Elena. Alex never protected any girl after he stopped being a playboy. Alex never talked gently at any girl after that too. Lisa is the first girl that Alex talks gently with her.

Lisa blushed when she heard Alex's statement because no guy ever said like that to her. Lisa is a strong woman, so no guy is her match in fighting, so no guy ever said that they wanted to protect a girl like her.

Alex is the first one who thinks of her as a girl. Lisa's colleague thinks of her as a man. Lisa also wants to act like a proper girl and wears a cute dress like another girl, but her colleague always said that she is not suited to cute dresses.

Alex never knew that Lisa could be this cute. Lisa is even cute when she closes and opens her mouth to speak, but she didn't know what to utter to him.

"Don't tease me like that," Lisa's face was red, and she didn't know how to call Alex because Alex is her master's friend. Alex and Lisa have a different social status, and Lisa didn't know what to say to him.

Alex heard her angry tone, but he knew that Lisa was not really angry at him. Alex never thinks of anyone cute after he stopped being a playboy, and no one can come into his eyes.

"I was not teasing you, but I am serious when I said that you need my protection," Alex patted Lisa's hair once again. 

Bella was angry to see their intimate action in front of her eyes. Bella was jealous of Lisa at this time and said to Alex, "Who is this lowly servant that you even helped her earlier, Alex?"

Alex was impatient when he faced such uninvited guess in his territory.

"Who permitted you to speak to me? Are you sure that you are a noble that can speak harshly towards other people without hesitation? Then you are more lowly than her," Alex spoke coldly at Bella, and his eyes were furious at her.

Bella was dissatisfied that Alex protected that lowly girl so much, and she couldn't do anything in this situation because Alex's family has a higher status than her family even though Alex's family is not in Z country.

Bella used to think that Alex has a lower status than her because he is a soldier and a military family in Z country is rare. Most of the soldiers come from an ordinary family, so Bella asked her father to match her with Alex. 

But Bella never expected that Alex has a higher status than her family, and Bella couldn't force her father to match her with Alex, and Alex's attitude towards her is as cold as an iceberg.

Bella never got humiliated like this when she faced Alex, but she still loves Alex so much, and she even dared to pick a fight with the girl who came around Alex. Alex also never cared about them before.

Bellas never expected that Alex would defend a lowly servant in front of her, and they seemed to be closed than she imagined. Bellas was curious about who the servant girl was?

"Alex, you dare to protect her like that. Who is she for you?" Bella shouted at Alex like a jealous girlfriend who found out that her boyfriend cheated on her behind her back.

"Alex, answer me, who is she?" Bella asked Alex again with a raged tone, and she never expected that Alex would get angry at her.

"It is none of your business at all. Stop acting like a jealous girlfriend at me when you are no one in my eyes. Do you think that I don't know that you picked a fight with girls who comes near me?" Alex's eyes were cold when he looked at Bella.

Bella's body trembled in fear when she heard Alex's cold tone. Bella wanted to explain it to Alex, but Alex opened his mouth first.

"I will say thank you to you first because I don't care about any of that girl, but I won't let you go if you dare to hurt this girl," Alex said to Bela while Alex's hand was around Lissa's shoulder.

"I won't ever forgive anyone who dares to hurt Lisa whatever the reason. Do you think you are a noble so that you can step on someone's head like a queen? You are only an illegitimate daughter who destroys the life of the biological daughter of your family, so don't think highly of yourself," Alex's tone was colder when he talked to Bella.
