The Tyrant Gentle Husband

Luke walked to the kitchen and hummed happily along the way. Who is this guy? He is not the Luke I used to know in Elena's memory.

Mom walked towards me and held my hands, "Tell me the truth." I looked strangely at her. Then I lowered my head. It was embarrassing to be asked so directly like this. My heart fills with happiness, and all of the bad memories can't destroy our new happiness.

I never knew that Luke never fell in love with that woman. Hm then, why does he fall in love with me? It is still a mystery that I can't solve on my own.

"Mom, you are too worried, and you didn't give Luke pressure, right?" I calmly said and turned my gaze at Mom, who looked at me with worried eyes. 

"You are worried about that stinky kid? You protect him too much, and I feel like I am out of favor," Mary looked at Elena like a mother that got abandoned by her daughter for the daughter's husband. Mary already considers Elena as her own. Elena has a pure heart and gentle manners that Mary never saw in her life. All of the people liked to please her, like the god that they needed to pray. But Elena is different. She treated her with respect, and her character is polite and knows a manner that any other noblewoman didn't have.

"Mom, who said you are out of favor, and you will be my favorite ever, but don't tell Luke about this. He is too possessive that he can bark in vinegar. He will eat your vinegar too, Mom," I chuckled lowly.

"What vinegar would I eat?" Luke was standing behind Elena and his mother. Luke saw that Elena is closed to his mother, and he didn't know whether to be happy or sad in this situation.

I turned my gaze at Luke and saw his ugly dark face and said, "See? I don't do anything, and he is already full of vinegar," I proudly proclaimed Luke's jealousy.

Luke ran towards Elena and tickled her body, and Luke heard her low laughed, "Hahaha, stop it, it tickles," There were tears in her eyes, and Luke let her go and walked to the kitchen again.

"You are not fair, Luke, and you run away," I shouted at him boldly.

Mary saw this and helplessly shook her head. She never knew that her son to be childish on his age now.

"You are familiar with Luke, and you even dare to get angry at him," Mary bent her eyes and smiled a little on the corner of her mouth elegantly.

"Yeah, you are right, mom, I am familiar with Luke and his expression last night was shocking for me, and he....," Before I could continue our conversation, Luke was already showing his ugly expression towards me. I felt cold all over my body, "I will shut my mouth, okay, darling," I sweetly smiled and coaxed him while I walked towards him and clung to his arms with spoiled eyes. 

Luke didn't want Elena to talk about last night's event because his heart was not at ease. Luke walked out from the kitchen and accidentally heard Elena told his mother about last night's events with his mother, and his body trembled with fear. He was not angry at Elena at all, but the memory of that night was his nightmare. Luke never felt that scared before. He never saw ghosts and didn't believe with one, but that night was scarier than any ghost.

Luke saw her clinging to his arm sweetly and gave all her weight on to his arm. She leaned on him softly like there is no bone in her body, so soft like a fluffy little kitty coaxed him with her cute meowing. Her watery eyes looked at him pitifully, like an abandoned kitty in a box asked him to bring her home. Luke couldn't bear to hold his anger any longer, and the fire in his heart distinguished at this time. He was helpless and didn't know what to do about Elena. He wanted to get angry, but he couldn't get mad and the only helplessness left inside his heart.

Luke circled his arm on Elena's thin waist and kept silent. He heard Elena calling him sweetly, "Luke, darling, big puppy," Her eyes blinked with happiness and hoped that he was not angry anymore. Luke only shook his head and kissed the side of her cheek and walked towards the kitchen to bring the last food.

Mary never saw Elena coquetry with Luke before, and Mary never knew that Luke let Elena did this because as long as she remembered, Luke hates a girl that flirtatious to him. Luke likes to sneer a girl for her indecent attitude and made the girl lost her face in front of the public. Luke was known for his coldness and majesty attitude, and he also was known for his difficulty getting along in social circles. Everyone changes when they fall in love and her son also changed after he falls in love.

After the food was ready, we sat down and saw there were many kinds of foods on the table. Luke saw Elena's happy expression, and his heart is full of happiness, and there is a smile on the corner of Luke's mouth that hard to detect. Luke turned his gaze at Elena with spoiled eyes and said softly, " How is the steak?" Luke saw Elena ate the steak elegantly like a noble girl that full of manners, but Luke could still detect her blissful eyes like she was eating the best food in her life. Luke knows now how it felt when a chef got praises from his customer, and Luke wants to see Elena's happy smile forever.

Her eyes are soft, and her mouth is puffing like a little kitty eating her favorite meals, and Luke could hear her low meowing satisfied. She is so cute that he wants to pinch her cheeks softly. But Luke couldn't handle his hand precisely, and his hand pinched Elena's soft cheek lightly without him knowing it.

"It is good, and I never ate such a yummy well down steak before, and do you know that I didn't like medium steak and well down steak is overcooked. It didn't satisfy me at all, but your steak is the best, honey," I smiled happily at Luke while nonstop praised him proudly.

Luke couldn't hide his happiness and smiled sweetly at Elena. His heart surged in a bliss that he never felt before. Mary and Luck saw their interaction, and they never expected that Luke and Elena could be together and had harmonious interaction like this. If someone told them that Luke would be a gentleman that spoiled his wife tenderly, they would never believe them and told them a liar. But now, they saw their interaction and felt goosebumps all over their body. Luke never gave them such a gentle smile before, and his face was always expressionless that no one couldn't guess what he thought. But now, he could show any expression that they always thought that Luke didn't have expression function on his body.

"I never knew that you are a normal guy, Luke," Luck interrupted his son's lovey-dovey moment at this time. He didn't felt any guilt at all, and Luke didn't get angry and showed a happy smile at his father. Luck felt severe goosebumps all over his body and shivered in cold water. This man is not his son and asked, "Who are you? Are you my son, or maybe there is someone else in your body?"

"What are you talking about, Father? I am your son, and I am completely ordinary. Nothing is wrong from me, and everything feels different when you fall in love," Luke said while looking at Elena tenderly and pinched his cheek gently and kissed the place that he pinched. 

Mary saw her husband and son interaction and shook her head lightly and interrupted Luck's conversation, " We came here to make sure your relationship was not in turmoil then we give this to congratulate your new happiness." 

Mary is happy to see her son happy, and she is also glad that they dare to act lovey-dovey in front of her without worry and gives her dog food. His heart is relieved right now because she also knows that this is not the only conflict that will come to their life. There are many hurdles that they have to go through on their life, but Mary believes that they are powerful to face this hurdle in the future.

"What is this, mom?" I asked mom while looking at a piece of a luxury envelope on the table while shaking it. 

"It is a gift from us. Both of you didn't go on a honeymoon when you got married, so we thought that this is a perfect time to have a holiday and go on honeymoon trip for a week in our private islands," Mary said with a happy smile on her face.

"Honeymoon?" I blinked my eyes in happiness. Luke circled his arms around my waist and stroke my waist gently and tenderly, and he whispered in my ear, "We will have our two worlds without anyone bothering us," Luke smirked at me with an evil smile as he planned on something in his mind. I seemed to see how charming he is when he had an evil plan in his mind, and I said, "Shall we spend a whole day on the bed at the private island to see how good your stamina is," I smiled evilly at him. Luke blushed, and his ear turned red.

Mary looked at how they whispered to each other and felt happy in his heart. Mary saw Luck held her hand and said, "Shall we go on honeymoon too?" Mary rolled her eyes and didn't answer him.
