Luke is so childish because Alex and I are no longer have anything to do between us, but he is still jealous of Alex. He is even bolder to do this kind of intimacy in front of someone else, I am a little embarrassed you know.

"You don't need to be this jealous, you know because Elena and I never have an affair, do you really understand what an affair means?" Alex said with dissatisfaction because his friend is so stupid after he falls in love even though he is always on the top in the examination.

"An affair? What is that? I don't understand," Luke said while avoiding Alex's gaze.

"You are deliberate, and it is impossible for you, not knowing the meaning of an affair," Alex yelled at Luke with anger.

Luke turned his gaze at Alex, but he kept silent and didn't answer Alex's sentence at all. I didn't know what happened to them, because I couldn't guess what Luke was thinking at this time. Luke wrapped his arms around my waist, and we walked towards our boat, then we came back home. I suddenly feel sleepy and lean on Luke's arms.

After they arrived at Luke's private island, Luke carried Elena like a princess to the second floor, which is where the entire second floor is their bedroom.

Luke put Elena's body gently at the bed, and Elena didn't wake up even after they arrived at Luke's villa. Luke saw Elena's cute face, and his heart softened. Luke took a bath later he walked out of the bathroom after he used his pajamas. Then Luke walked towards the bed, and he laid down beside Elena and hugged her tiny body. Luke smelled her body, and he felt relax a lot and said, "Good night, my princess."

When I fell asleep, there is something strange in my memory. My head hurt so much at this time. I heard someone was calling my name, but I couldn't open my eyes at all. It hurt so much that I felt like my head would break into pieces.

"Elena?" Luke saw Elena's struggle, and she looked like she was in pain, and Luke became worried. Elena also sweated a lot like it was in the summer, even though it is winter here right now. Luke checked Elena's forehead, but she didn't have a fever at all. Luke was worried at this time. Then He remembered that one of his best friends had a seminar in this Z country. He is a surgeon doctor that an expert in any disease patient's situation because he is also interested in another major in the world of medicine.

Walze Almond is the most skillful surgeon in K country as the top doctor. Walze saw his phone vibrate then he was shocked to see who it was.

"Luke, what happened? It is rare for you to call me," Walze picked up the phone, and he talked first to Luke.

Walze also heard that Luke is around Z country because, in the middle of the night, Alex was calling him and said Luke is a bastard. Walze never knew when Luke got married to Elena, and Walze also thought there was something wrong, so when Alex said that Luke has a wife, his eyes widened in shock. Walze didn't know that Alex ever had a relationship with Elena, who is also Alex's first love after he retired from his playboy life. Walze knew that Alex has first love that he couldn't ever get in his entire life, but he didn't know that she is Luke's wive. It is so complicated.

"Come here, quickly," Luke's voice woke him up from his mind.

"What happened?" Walze asked him in confusion.

"Don't ask more, just come here, quickly," Luke said.

"Alright, alright," Walze also knew it was something urgent.

Walze didn't know what happened, but from Luke's voice, he knew there is something happen with Luke. Of all Luke's close friends, Waze is Luke's closest friend, and Luke also always tells Walze about his problems. Walze also knew that Luke has a private island near Z country. Walze and Luke are so close, and they even exchanged information on where they were currently.

It didn't take much time before Walze arrived at Luke's private island. All Luke's bodyguards already know Walze's face, so that is why he can enter without worry. Walze arrived at their villa and saw Luke's panic face. It is rare for Luke to look so worried like this.

"You took so long time to come here," Luke complained about his dissatisfaction with Walze.

"Sorry, you know that I come as fast as I can, If I can grow wings behind my back maybe I can come faster," Walze said.

"It is not time to joke around," Luke pushed Walze to the second floor.

"Be patient, You don't have to push me like this," Walze said.

They arrived at Luke's bedroom and saw Elena was in pain. Walze walked towards Elena to check her condition.

"What happened?" Luke asked.

"I need time to check what happen to her," Walze said. 

Walze saw Elena in pain, and she tightened her head tightly as if her head was the cause of her suffering. Elena was also sweating a lot, and it was like she was having a bad nightmare. Walze checked Elena's forehead, and she didn't have a fever at all, but her heart was beating pretty hard. Overall, Elena is alright physically, but she doesn't look fine mentally. These symptoms are-

Walze turned his head at Luke. Luke also turned his head at Walze.

"This symptom is usually experienced by a person with amnesia who then recalls an incident that he or she doesn't want to remember," Walze said.

"Is this possible? As far as I know, Elena doesn't have amnesia," Luke said. Luke was shocked to hear that Elena maybe have amnesia because, as far as he knows, Elena is okay with her memories.

"Do you think amnesia should forget what her name is and forget everyone she knows, you think?" Walze said.

"Everything is like that in soap operas, they all must be asking who I am and where I am, and Elena never did this kind of thing at all, and she also remembered our memory that I never know such as she used to be my stalker and many else," Luke said.

Walze also heard the same thing from Alex, because Alex was the one who found out that she was Luke's stalker then Alex threatened her to become his girlfriend with a term that Alex wouldn't tell Luke that she was Luke's stalker. Walze also got a headed because Alex complained all night with him about his first love sending him dog food with his best friend. Alex spent all night drinking alcohol in sadness when Luke called him, Walze had just returned from the bar after driving Alex back to his apartment.

Walze never knew Elena before because he is the same as Alex, who didn't know that Elena is the only daughter of the Marlen family. Walze Almond also comes from a noble family. His family business is medicine, and all of his family is a prominent doctor. Strangely, no one wants to have another major as their future job.
