The Universal Villain

Kirio was in shock as she felt her Reiatsu draining faster and faster by the second. 'I won't be able to hold.' As the wall of branches in front of her began to crack Tenjiro and the other Royal Guard members behind Kirio hesitated for a moment before getting out of the way. Letting out a cruel grin, Shen's Ki output almost doubled as the beam of energy grew twice its normal size.

"Dammit." Running out of power to keep up the wall, the branches quickly disintegrated as the area in front of Kirio turned into a flash of light. Engulfing her and a wide area behind her the blast continued into the distance as Shen lowered his hands. Turning his head to the side he saw that all of the Royal Guard members surrounded him, excluding Ichibe.

"He killed Kirio just like that… Even the Oken wasn't left behind." Staring at Shen, Senjumaru seemed a lot more cautious. "You know she was never suited to fighting." Gritting his teeth Tenjiro had a look of anger and mixed disgust as he stared at Shen. "Despite the dangers coming with the job you just made a big mistake kid."

Looking down on Shen, Senjumaru spoke in a cold tone as well. "We would have rather kept ourselves suppressed while in the Human World however, I think we'll take your advice and stop holding back." Suddenly the hands of Senjumaru's back doubled as the air around Shen turned cold.

Standing there Shen could now sense Spiritual Pressure and the amount of force being exerted onto his body at this moment was no joke. "Die." Extending her golden arms from behind her back Shen could see hundreds of strings attached to the fingers of each arm glittering in the sun. 'That's not good.'

As each arm moved Shen could hear the sound of air being cut as he quickly leaned backward dodging the strings by a hair. However, before he could take a break Tenjiro had jumped above Shen as his Zanpakuto's blade shone a bright yellow light leaving seemingly after images in its wake. "Ten No Hikari O Ayatsuru!"

Shen was surprised when he heard Tenjiro. 'Something that wasn't in the original story.' Putting up his guard, Tenjiro began to fade out of Shen's vision as the sky where Tenjiro once was contorted. 'Observation Haki.' Sensing everything around, Shen's reactions matched his agility stat as he conjured a sword out of the void before swinging his sword to his right.

"An illusion?" As Tenjrio's figure appeared Shen had managed to block his attack as they stared at each other face to face. "Heh. can't figure it out?" As Tenjrio mocked him up close Shen thought for a moment. 'The Sharingan should make me immune to any kind of illusion. After all, even Aizen's Kyoku Suigetsu was useless against it.'

However, trying to figure out Tenjiro's ability was cut short as Senjumaru launched an attack from above Shen. Backing off, Tenjiro broke from the clash as Senjumaru's golden arms manipulated thousands of strings from above Shen. As if creating a spider web all of the strings rushed towards Shen coming down on him like a net.

Dodging each bundle of strings Shen cut down hundreds of strings like mowing down grass but no matter how much he cut there was always more to replace them and while he was distracted one of them grabbed onto his leg. "Crap!" Pulling Shen the moment it latched on Senjumaru pulled him upwards into the air before sending him hurtling down to the ground.

With a loud bang that shook the ground, Shen flew through an entire building before hitting the floor. Shortly after the building began to fall on top of him adding to the destruction. "Don't think you're getting off that easy." Calling upon his hot spring's Tenjiro made the water that had begun to appear around his body beyond boiling before using his Zanpakuto to direct it downwards.

And now falling from the sky like rain a large body of water fell onto the destroyed building Shen was under. As it made contact with the ground and the surrounding destroyed city the water's volume was enough to cover half a mile of it with water.

Soon that entire mile wide city range began to melt as the spring's water temperature reached a level beyond logic. Staring down at the area Shen was under, however, Tenjiro saw something glowing.

A large red spot began to glow from under the seawater as a wave of fire shot out from the ground. As the water around the fire evaporated something shot out from the steam like a bullet towards Senjumaru.

"You really think you can touch me? Hilarious..." Pointing all of her golden hands downwards a wall of string fell from the sky towards the approaching flying object. "Chibaku Tensei." As Shen's figure became clearer something black with a white glow could be seen in his hands.

Throwing the black sphere into the air, Shen's Chakra reserved dipped by quite a large martian however the result was more than worth it. The strings that were heading towards Shen immediately redirected themselves as if they were being drawn in. Wrapping themselves around the black orb due to its gravity soon the rubble and earth itself from below them began to move as well.

Floating into the sky higher and higher the black orb began to suck up all of the destroyed buildings forming a stone layer around its surface. Meanwhile, flying past the Chibaku Tensei orb, Shen made his way towards Senjumaru who had been left defenseless without her strings. Seeing that Senjumaru scoffed as she pulled out a large sewing needle. "Thinking you can defeat me with hand to hand combat just because I use long-range attacks is quite ignorant of you."

Planning to meet Shen's attack head-on, she was surprised when Shen's hands began to move, forming different seals. Without any warning just a few meters away from Senjumaru Shen exploded into a puff of smoke. "Huh?" Seeming confused, Senjumaru saw Shen rush out of the smoke once more. 'A trick? No matter.' Shen raised his fist punching Senjumaru straight in the face.

However, on impact Her face seemed to fall apart as a feminine laugh echoed out. "You fell for it." The Senjumaru in front of Shen along with the sky and other details began to fold and fall turning out to be cloth as well.

Soon the real Senjumaru appeared further in front of Shen she threw her sewing needle as the needle went straight through his head. "Oh?" Ichibei along with the others seemed shocked that that simple trick actually worked.

However, that shock was erased as Shen's eyes suddenly moved while the needle was still going through his head. Watching as Shen she saw in front of her turn to smoke Tenjiro yelled. "Behind you Senjumaru!" As her head went to turn Shen's attack was already primed. "Uno Reverse cardo!"

With his hand covered in both Haki and the Gura Gura halo, Shen's strike hit her right in the back. Shattering the space in front of his Senjumaru's eyes widened from the pain and realization. "Dammit…" As Senjumaru's body seemingly fractured like glass the force from the impact finally hit.

Like a cannonball, she shot through the air with so much force, not even her Oken clothing could protect her. Slamming into a now-massive floating meteor in the sky she was buried deep into its surface as new ruble was immediately s.u.c.k.e.d in covering the crater and her. "You little!" Seeing Senjumaru was now stuck inside of the floating meteor, Tenjiro activated his Shikai's ability once more.

"Ten No Hikari O Ayatsuru!" Using this ability Tenjiro could manipulate and warp light in a certain area around his Zanpakuto's blade. Using it in such a way he could erase himself from Shen's sight even if he was using the Rinnegan or Sharingan. "The same trick won't work twice." Reacting even quicker to this ability, Shen reeled back his arm punched the air slightly to his left.

However, to his surprise, Tenjiro revealed himself as he grabbed Shen's arm using it as a platform to perform a handstand in the air. Twisting his entire body, Tenjiro's grip cracked the black armor covering Shen's body before the sudden twist caused a snap to ring through the sky.

Shen's arm almost immediately went limp however instead of screaming in pain or any reaction at all Shen ignored it. Using his other arm to counter, Shen used one foot to hop into the air, slightly lining up with Tenjiro's back. "What the hell." Not expecting Shen not to react to the pain, Tenjiro was surprised when he felt the force of a palm on his back sending his flying forward.

Suddenly Shen felt an ominous feeling flood his mind as a cruel smirk appeared on his face. Allowing the massive 100 Type Guanyin Bodhisattva to appear behind him, a quick strike hit the already flying Tenjiro mid-air. The strike came from below so fast and strong Tenjiro couldn't even recover as the strike made him change directions flying up into the air.

"Hehe." Watching Tenjiro as he flew higher into the air Shen's bloodl.u.s.t became more frantic and obvious to the two remaining Royal Guard members. "Now fall." In an instant, the large meteor that was hovering idly in the air gaining mass suddenly stopped s.u.c.k.i.n.g in mass and disappeared. And then it appeared once more right behind Tenjiro as it now gave into gravity.

Slamming into the large Chibaku Tensei meteor, Tenjiro couldn't fight the pressure caused by being pushed down by the meteor. "How unlucky for a city to be hit by two meteors in a single day." Chuckling Shen watched as the meteor's speed increased its lower half becoming redder as it sped up. "Agh!" Tenjiro's scream echoed out as the meteor approached the ground reaching its maximum speed.

Hitting the city below the entire city along with the surrounding mountains seemed to shake as a large explosion echoed out. Flattening out any remaining structures the entire meteor fractured as thousands of fragments flew into the sky creating a large pillar of debris. Enjoying the view from where he was standing Shen's arm began to change.

The sound of flesh being pierced and bones cracking became evident as both Ichibei and Oetsu turned to Shen only to look at his arm in confusion. Seemingly twisting itself back around the arm snapped itself back into place. Following which the armor which was previously scuffed and cracked in some places healed itself seemingly bringing Shen back to full health if not for the wounds on his face.

"And then there were two huh?"
