Trigger warning: Dead corpse and choking

Lady Melissa was suddenly stopped in her tracks when the brunette-haired woman had suddenly walked closer and closer to her, Lady Melissa could feel her heart start to race up, and she had begun to feel anxious and uneasy.

Sophia took another step before whispering to Lady Melissa's ear.

"You can run, but you can't hide."

Before, the brunette-haired woman had suddenly gone back to the Crown Prince, and this time they weren't quarreling anymore. At least it didn't look like they were.

Both the Crown Prince and brunette-haired woman had a smile on their face, and they were happily chatting, even feeding each other food.

Lady Melissa was still very much shaken by the brunette-haired woman's actions, but the best way to solve a problem was just to face it.

She decided that the next time the brunette-haired woman appeared in her dreams, she would confront the brunette-haired woman or at least attempt to.

Well, technically, Lady Melissa could do it right now, but she hadn't gained enough composure and braveness to do so, especially after what had happened just a few minutes ago.

Lady Melissa thought it was weird how the both of them had changed moods so..quickly, but maybe it was just an unnecessary detail?

That was what she thought of it, at least.

'I should probably start writing down the details of the brunette-haired woman so later when I wake up from my dream, I could remember.'

Lady Melissa could know when she was in a dream or not. Still, there were a few exceptions. If the dream were too vivid, she wouldn't be able to differentiate whether it indeed was a dream or reality, and even when Lady Melissa knew she was in a dream, she couldn't control the dream.

'Hmmm, the brunette-haired woman seems around 160-170 centimeters, so she's shorter than me. She doesn't look that strong, physically at least. Hmmm, and maybe one more detail about the brunette-haired woman? OH, how about how she always appears in my dreams with the Crown Prince, yet I had never seen her before in my past life? Hmm, I guess that'll do.'

Lady Melissa quickly decided, not wanting to give herself a headache anymore if she continued to think about it.

Lady Melissa decided that she had enough of thinking and not observing the Crown Prince and the brunette-haired woman, so she raised her head, curious about what they were discussing or looking at right now.

The moment Lady Melissa raised her head, she could see their stares burning holes into her body. She didn't know why but their gaze was just so...intense for some reason.

The Crown Prince mouthed a few words towards the brunette-haired woman before the both of them laughed, changing their attention from Lady Melissa to each other once again.

Lady Melissa squinted her eyes, attempting to try and find out what the Crown Prince Henry had mouthed to the brunette-haired woman.

Although Lady Melissa didn't exactly get the entire thing, she did get a few words.

'You, him, sleep.'

Lady Melissa wasn't exactly 100 percent sure those were the exact words that the Crown Prince Henry had said, but that was the most she could figure out.

'What do those three words mean? I wonder.....'

Lady Melissa furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.

'You and he is still making sense, I guess? Well, one thing's for sure, the words you and him are still less confusing than the sleeping part....'

'Maybe I mouthed the Crown Prince Henry's words wrongly? I mean, it's possible. After all, I might've sawn it wrongly or interpreted the Crown Prince Henry's words wrongly.'

'You know what? I'll just think of this later, and I'm curious as to what the brunette-haired woman and the Crown Prince are doing.'

When Lady Melissa raised her head once more, she was met with the brunette-haired woman just a few centimeters away from her.

Lady Melissa gasped. She was surprised, and she hadn't felt the presence of anyone at all. Maybe it was because she had been too immersed in her thoughts and ignored her surroundings.

Before suddenly, the body of the brunette-haired woman had change into something else.

This 'something else' was.....certainly going to trigger Lady Melissa.

It was none other than Sophia's dead corpse that Lady Melissa had previously sawn in her dream.

Lady Melissa scrunched her nose in disgust, and the smell was absolutely horrible.

'Is that Sophia's body?'

Lady Melissa thought to herself, and she was definitely going to sleep with one eye open tonight.

'Please, please, please wake me up, Sophia, please, met please, PLEASE wake me up.'

Lady Melissa's eyes were closed, and she was practically on her knees right now, begging that someone or something woke her up from this horrible nightmare of hers.

She wanted nothing more than to leave this nightmare. She couldn't bear the sight of Sophia's dismantled corpse body, nor could she stand the smell of it.

The body was practically decomposing at this point, so it wasn't exactly the best smell.

Lady Melissa opened her eyes. Sophia's dismantled corpse was closer to her body now, almost touching Lady Melissa's head.

'I need to go NOW.'

'Deep breaths Melissa, deep breaths.'

Lady Melissa closed her eyes, anxiously hoping that by some miracle or chance, she would just wake up.

'PLEASE, SOPHIA, PLEASE WAKE ME UP!'

Lady Melissa could feel a rough hand holding her throat, and in just a few seconds, she could feel all the air leaving her lungs.

'FUCK FUCK FUCK PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, SOPHIA, WAKE ME UP.'

Lady Melissa was on the verge of tears, and she was scared to even open her eyes. She didn't want to be met with Sophia's corpse.

Lady Melissa suddenly started to choke, and she was losing oxygen FAST.

All of a sudden, by a miracle, Lady Melissa's surroundings had changed into a pitch-black room.

The brunette-haired woman who had initially taken the form of Sophia's corpse had shifted back into her original form.
