The disciple seeing the token was surprised and looked at the uniform similar to the guards who took care of the city and who were sent by the mayor to take care of little things for the sect.

"Where are you going to?"

"Let's go back to our living room to see our friend," Zemin Yan said, as he knew of the evil of Zhong Liang's silence.

"No one can go back into the room until the elders allow it," the disciple boldly said, even seeing the core disciple token.

He felt incredible pressure coming from Guard Zhong, the poor disciple was trembling, but he bit his lip to keep from giving in to the pressure.

As an inner disciple, he couldn't be so weak and give in to pressure!

"Wolf!" Sying barked excitedly at the disciple who had stopped the small group. The bark drew the attention of several people around, the more people looked at the scene and saw the core disciple token there were more thoughts about that disciple from the Realms foundation is looking for trouble.

The poor disciple became tenser with each extra look he received from the other disciples. The double pressure was increased by the pitiful look of Zemin Yan and Yi Yuga who were looking at him with beautiful wet eyes.

Poor children who just wanted to see their friend, how this inner disciple looked so bad now in the eyes of others.

"It's okay... You can pass now" the disciple finally gave up and let Zemin Yan's group pass.

"Nice job, Sying!" Zemin Yan welcomed the little white wolf cub in soft conversation.

Sying puffed out his ċhėst and looked at the little black tiger Wu arrogantly and snorted showing how amazing he was.

Tiger Wu: (...)

Zhong Liang: (...) *looking at the token that let them through*

Tao-Yang: It was his token, wasn't it? *looking at Zhong Liang with pity*

Yi Yuga: Hehehe good work brother Yan! *happy praising little Yan*

Tao-Yang: No one seems to value the Zhong guard's effort... Tsk... *slapping Zhong Liang on the shoulder*

Zhong Liang: (...) *seemingly indifferent, but happy that Zemin Yan receives congratulations*

The group arrived in front of their room where there was a group of doctors debating the subject:

"How strange it doesn't seem like poisoning" .

"Yes, there is no poison anywhere"

"But his symptoms are very strong... He's even delusional"

"Yes, he is talking about such an Emperor Claus... Never to hear of such a martial cultivator or even a mortal emperor with such a name"

"I've never heard of it either... It must be a character in a novel, you know how young people and martial arts novels are"

"It's not reacting to aromatic herbs and Heavenly Qi to awaken"

"Mao Doctor Mao may have a clue"

"That charlatan?"

The doctors were silent at the colleague's comment, but it only lasted a few seconds before someone else spoke to ease the situation:

"He's been doing some treatments that worked... You know"

But it didn't do any good, as the other doctors had similar thoughts to the first colleague, so one of them said something he considered very serious and rightly so:

"That was lucky... I saw one of his patients... I almost lost the entire cultivation because of the diagnosis he gave!"

"True, I saw a maiden who commented that the doctor Mao tried to take advantage of her young miss"

"The treatments that worked were just acting... I know those men who were treated are part of that theater company in the city of Ceifan"

"Oh, how was such a scandalous person called by the great sect?"

"I hear that he blatantly deceived a concubine of the mayor who had a sick child"

"Ah, are you talking about the mayor's dementia son?"

From the solution to the problem of Shou Zuo, it quickly became a conversation about the life of this doctor Mao. Which looked like a bad reputation.

The group of eight doctors was waiting outside, there was a doctor who had been silently listening to the conversation of the others.

Zemin Yan approached the doctors who didn't notice his presence until Sying barked and they snapped out of their contemplation and looked at the group of two children, a civil guard, and a teenager, the last two masked.

It was a very peculiar group.

Not to mention the flashy "necklace" of colored fish on the city guard who wore a discreet outfit, with a tiger with violet eyes and a cute white dog who looked very excited looking at him with those blue eyes like the summer sky.

Zhong Liang without saying anything held up the token to the two disciples who were at the door watching.

"Only the eldest brother can enter" one of the disciples sees the token. Children couldn't get in, it wouldn't be good if it was a contagious and undetectable poison.

Previously Shou Zuo's group wanted to enter with their friend, but they were detained and had to remain in the arena, only Wen Jie was very stubborn and didn't let go of Shou Zuo after reaching the room.

Only after doctors said it was impossible to take care of the teenager if he was not placed correctly on the stone bench.

Wen Jie left Shou Zuo where the doctors asked, but he didn't leave the room, even under threat from the stronger and older disciples, in the end, one of the doctors took pity on the young man and left him there.

Fortunately, Wen Jie was very helpful in investigating where Shou Zuo went, what he ate, when he showered, what he drank, who he talked to, what object he often touched, if there was any peculiar object, anything different... Anyway, ask about Shou Zuo's routine and find out if he had been poisoned along the way.

However, they haven't gotten any clues as to why Shou Zuo's current health status is concerned.

"Young people shouldn't exaggerate…" Doctor Mao began to mutter as if he knew the likely cause of Shou Zuo's problem. Which made Wen Jie a little excited, he hoped it was nothing serious.

However, Doctor Mao didn't know anything. But seeing Wen Jie worried and a little mad beside Shou Zuo and the effeminate appearance of the patient, he made some malicious conjectures.

He wasn't just a new disciple of the Heavenly Sword Sect, so it didn't seem to matter much if he lied a little.

Which showed how doctor Mao had done this before but had gotten away with it.

Doctor Mao didn't have a high ethic like the other doctors waiting out there, he didn't think about how that malicious comment given as a diagnosis could resonate out there.

The way he'd made it through life wasn't honest at all, if not to say it was quite questionable.

He well knew how Shou Zuo-like cultivators ended up in the end. The world was too cruel and he would never reach the top.

Yes, the average Mao who saw only the small context of his limited little world from which much time was spent on how to use others and make space among the nobles in a less than honest way, could not see beyond that small limited space.

What could he possibly know about Great Sects?

How could small sects that feared the nobles and the supporters of doctor Mao context the misdiagnoses he gave their disciples?

Doctor Mao's confidence was based on fog and sand.. Without foundation, it could only be torn down.
