The White Demon Fox

"More children? You have something for little boys and girls?" Asked Minato with a bit of disgust in his voice.

"Yes, NO, I mean NO, what the actual f.u.c.kity f.u.c.k! Do I look like Orochimaru to you? I don't even have the tool or the drive for what you are implying, stupid blonde." Huffed Kurama in agitation.

Minato smiled faintly at finally getting one over the scheming fox. 'Why those two? Is he aware of the growing trouble between the village and the Uchiha Clan? Every indication is pointing out that he is more informed than any of us about matters within the village and outside it. How? He was in a Kami damn seal, it was so tight that it humiliated him in more ways than one, Kushina was very wary of him and made sure to keep him under a tight leash. Either way, he wants to start a civil war in Konoha, perhaps to keep us off his back.'

"No can do, it will lead to a major conflict within Konoha, especially since one of them is a 5-year-old clan heir who is not even a Genin yet, I have absolutely no say over him, it would be a direct interference with a clan internal affairs which is against one of Konoha founding charters. As for the other one, while he is a Genin he is still part of the same clan which will cause a major internal strife within Konoha. This goes against our original deal for handing over Naruto to you, what you are asking for will obviously weaken Konoha and make her vulnerable." Stated the Yondaime Hokage with a confident tone.

"Not unless one of them is dying and won't live past his teens while the other mother is sick and on her way to an early grave. I can cure both, while Tsunade Senju can't." Said Kurama.

"Hmm." Minato was not even surprised anymore at the fox wealth of knowledge nor that he knew something no one else knows, the whole night was proof enough of the fox cunning and intelligence.

"I will still have to run it by the Uchiha clan, it will be their decision, not my call to make. Is that good enough for you?" Said Minato.

"Have the hospital search and run tests for rare genetic disorders on Itachi that affect chakra cores and lungs. As for Shisui, he will jump at the chance to cure his last living immediate relative. The Uchiha clan can probably get something out of Konoha council for their cooperation and hopefully, for your village, curb their treacherous thoughts." Said Kurama.

'So far nothing too bad or excessive, I wonder why is he being gentle with us. I would have thought his anger would have demanded half the village commit seppuku to heal his wounded pride. Is he hoping that we won't come after him if he doesn't ask for much? Pipe dream that is, I will give up my hokage mantle before I leave him alone, I will take my child back.' Thought Minato.

Kurama sensed all the different emotions coming out of Minato, while Minato kept his face schooled, his emotions, however, were not.

"Good, now we can discuss my new employment terms." Said Kurama as he schemed.

"What?" Asked Minato in surprise and it showed on his face.

"You do not have a Jinchūriki anymore, Iwa got two, Kumo also has two. Now imagine the battlefield or better at Konoha door steps, two or more Jinchūrikis attacking your poor village that lost it Jinchūriki." Said Kurama smugly.

'A delay tactic, for as long as we need him, Konoha will think twice before attacking him, this will also force the Shinobi I send to Uzushiogakure to take their jobs seriously. It is a race then, whether we can get a new Jinchūriki, or we stay under the fox thumbs, and he knows it. I can deny him this for now, but for how long? We will need to find a new Jinchūriki fast but from where?' Thought Minato.

"There will be no need, Konoha is strong enough to defend itself from any combination of Jinchūriki attacks." Said Minato.

"Fine, I was going to do it for cheap, a nice, giant, hitai-ate and for Konoha ANBU and Jonin to display 9 tails with Uzu whirlpool symbol on their vests. When you come to me next time with employment offers I won't even consider it without a certain perfect copy of a giant scroll." 'And full alliance with Uzu.' Said and thought Kurama.

Minato grimaced and slightly regretted not taking the fox on his offer, at least until they got their own Jinchūriki. 'I'm too personally involved in this, I should have gotten the third to be here and advise me before I made any decision.' Thought Minato as he sighed internally at his blunder.

"How long do you need to get everything done and in writing?" Asked Kurama.

"A month." Answered Minato.

"Great, three days it is then, and another two days for Itachi full medical check up. Remember the next time you come to me with everything, you and the Sandaime are going to be under a lying test that will make your T&I division envious of. It will be both of your lives on the line and I will be very thorough, of that you should be confident. Getting one over a fox will be a true testament of intelligence and wits. Inform your Shinobi forces that I will consider anyone aside from you or the Sandaime to be hostile forces in a 5 km radius." Said Kurama.

Minato just nodded and flashed away in a yellow light.

'Chōmei & Saiken, those two are Konoha obvious choices since I know where the rest roughly are and under what village. I need to get to them first, if I can figure out the link between us that father talked about when we were little it would make things easier. Once I got things done here I will smash everything in my way to them, I can't afford for Konoha to be independent of me. Not yet at least. I believe they are both sealed, for the life of me I can't remember who or where they are located at.' Thought Kurama as he laid down to figure things out and plan his next course of actions.

Minato appeared right next to the third hokage and his dragon masked ANBU commander Ryu. ANBU immediately knelt down awaiting orders.

"Have you heard everything that went between me and the fox?" Asked the fourth addressing the third.

"Yes, between him attaching chakra to his voice now and then and the Hyūga clan members in ANBU we got almost a full live feedback." Answered the third.

"What of his allegation against Orochimaru? Did you send ANBU to apprehend and question him?" Asked Minato.

"He ran away, he was with us here but as soon as he heard what the fox said about him and Danzo he did not even allow us to look at him before he bolted. I sent ANBU teams after him, a different team to his home, and another team to scour all of Danzo known bases." Sighed the third disappointingly at his traitor student.

"Ryu, withdraw to the village and leave a single ANBU team here with a Hyūga member to keep an eye on anything that happens around the fox. Tell them not to approach him or break the 5 km radius blockade. If any foreign Shinobi approaches the fox within a 10 km radius they are to immediately report back in haste. Send someone to every Shinobi clan head for an emergency meeting in 30 minutes. Asleep or awake, does not matter, they need to be at the council meeting room in 30 minutes." Ordered Minato.

ANBU immediately disappeared to do their duty. Minato bite his thumb and went through Kuchiyose no Jutsu to summon a messenger toad. The little toad appeared and Minato said "Inform Jiraiya-sensei that he is to return to the village in haste, tell him the Nine Tailed Fox is running around free, and he better be here as soon as possible. Also, if Tsunade is on his way back, by any chance, he is to tell her to return to the village immediately or I will have her and her student added to the Bingo book and hunt them down myself." Said Minato, the toad nodded and went poof to deliver his message.

Minato pressed the bridge between his nose as he was truly drained, emotionally and physically. The Sandaime Hokage put his hand on his shoulder and said "We will get her back one day, I'm sure, do not lose hope."

Minato shook his head and said "He is too powerful and too intelligent, I don't know where those eyes of his came from. If he had them before, then I doubt the Shodai would have been able to handle him and have him sealed in his wife as easily as he had done. I'm starting to think this is some kind of divine retribution, my family, all gone. A part of me believe he is also a victim and it was our own greed for his powers that got us where we are now. I fear not just for Konoha or even the Shinobi world but for every single human being alive today if we don't handle this delicately." Said Minato tiredly.

"We better head off and start the meeting, we will be very busy from this point forward." Said Minato as the sun rays started to shine on the far horizon.

Minato and Hiruzen arrived together to the council meeting room, the room is already filled with all the different clans heads of Konoha. The meeting lasted for two hours as Minato gave them a full rundown of everything that happened and issued several commands.

1- Every single clan is to search for anything related to the Sage of Six Paths, his eyes and the 9 different bijū in their clan personal libraries and hand a complete copy to the hokage office immediately.

2- All of Uzushiogakure related scrolls, notes, weapons and items are to be collected and gathered to be handed over. No one is allowed to keep anything they gained from Uzushiogakure in any form or shape to avoid the fox wrath upon discovery of missing items. They were all to assume that the fox is fully aware of everything that each clan holds from Uzushiogakure or the Uzumaki's even if it was not public knowledge.

3- Itachi Uchiha is to immediately go through a full medical examination with the full work even if the Uchiha clan decided not to allow the two kids to go anywhere near the fox.

After the meeting was done Minato did not allow any questions and said that they are on a tight schedule, there will be time for questions later. Fugaku Uchiha was the first to leave in haste, his heart almost left his body when he heard that his pride and joy, his son and clan heir might be dying.

"Lord third please stay." Minato said as the clan heads started to leave. After everyone left Minato stared at the third hokage to make sure he captured every single muscle twitch on the old man's face as he asked "I need to know, did Konoha have anything to do with what happened to Uzushiogakure?"

Hiruzen Sarutobi sighed deeply, he knew this was coming and thought very hard about it ever since almost everyone heard the fox claim as he personally never ordered or had anything to do with Uzushiogakure destruction.

"No. Mito-sama was still alive back then, I honestly was not brave enough to ever order such thing on her first home secretly or otherwise even if it had saved Konoha from being surrounded by the 4 other major villages. It was not public knowledge back then or even now, but Hashirama-sensei and Madara Uchiha were not alone at the top of the Shinobi world. Hashirama-sensei once told me that Mito-sama was fully capable of completely sealing his chakra away without even touching him. There was a reason why Tobirama-sensei never uttered the word no '' to her, we were all afraid of her to some degree." Said Hiruzen as he fondly recalled the Senju and Uzumaki matriarch of Konoha.

"However, Danzo was another matter entirely, unfortunately I can't say for sure he had nothing to do with it. In fact, I would not put it past him. We may even find some evidence as ANBU continue their search and find more of Danzo secret basis." Finished Hiruzen Sarutobi.

Minato listened and watched the third intensely. He found no lies on the man's face or voice and thought 'Shodai power level and Uzumaki temper? Yes, I would be scared too.' Minato had a shiver run down his spine as he thought of his late wife having powers at the level of the Shodai Hokage.

"There is another matter I would like to speak to you about." Said Minato as he moved on to another matter.

"It is about Biwako, the fox claimed he can bring her back to life as you have heard previously." Said Minato as he noticed the pain that ran through the old man's eyes.

"I'm making this a Sarutobi clan matter. You may approach the fox as the head of the Sarutobi clan and negotiate with him about bringing back Biwako. You are to do this in secret and late at night, do not inform anyone of it. I honestly doubt the fox can do it, but we should confirm it anyway, the more we know about his eyes the better. However, I fear if this gets out others may approach him to bring others back to life and strike different deals with him. We can't allow that to happen which is why I forbid anyone from approaching the fox let alone talk to him." Said Minato.

Meanwhile, a certain fox is having a major stomach ache, a crying hungry baby kind of stomach ache.
