A noble sacrifice from the Grand Duke, rats and nails which made me sick to my stomach, yet another Named, the truth of what happened to Loreina (and his offer to Sienna to become his queen.. Ugh, gross!), Sienna’s readoption, and more relationship development between her and Ashiel. Also, I wonder what’ll happen to Michael?

To the end, the Grand Duke was absolutely considerate of Sienna and honestly, I don’t think it was his fault that she died in her first life. Despite this stemming from the Grand Duke slaying of Loraxar, each side was fighting for their own reasons and I suppose what I’m trying to say is that, it’s almost and unavoidable event especially since there was still prophetic power still remaining on the magical beast’s side which led to them wanting to deal with Sienna either way.
