After getting a permit for the human experiment Duran wasn't willing to waste a 100th part of even a millisecond.

He immediately called his assistant, commanding him in a rather low pitched voice to arrange a man for the human experiment and check everything of him from blood group to his pulse rate. Duran just wanted to make sure that he wouldn't embarass himself to officials when performing the experiment in their supervision so he would be playing against law to test at a human before the main experiment, this wasn't anything very new to him that was one major reason for him to be this successful a scientist. He had feelings of both fear and courage. If the world had him known in reality he could be declared a special case even by an idiot
