These Feelings

Chapter 39

*AFTER 7 YEARS*

I was sitting in my office when I got a call from Rose my partner.

I picked up the call.

Y/N : "Hey Rose! How is everything?"

Rose : "Great! Super Great! I have a really very good news for you."

Y/N : "What is it?"

Rose : "We got a business proposal from South Koreas biggest fashion brand _____ and they want to collaborate with us."

Y/N : "Oh my god!!! Tell me you are not joking."

Rose : "No Y/N, I am not."

Y/N : "My god! It is a really good opportunity for our business to grow there in Korea."

Rose : "Yes I know"

Y/N : "You agreed right?"

Rose : "Of course I did and now they want to sign the contract which requires both of our signatures."

Y/N : "Cool send the papers to me here. I'll sign them and send them as soon as possible."

Rose : "No Y/N they want to meet both of us in person and then sign the deal in an event."

Y/N : "What why?"

Rose : "They said it would be good for our business to have this event, it will be a kind of advertising thing. Y/N don't say no it's a really very big opportunity for us please."

Thinking about going back to Korea makes me feel sad, how can I go there but....

Y/N : "Okay, I got it. When should I come there."

Rose : "As soon as possible tomorrow morning would be perfect."

Y/N : "What? Why this soon?"

Rose : "They wanna start working as soon as possible and we can't keep them waiting for long."

I sighed.

Y/N : "It's a bit too soon....anyways I'll be there. I will depart from here tomorrow evening."

Rose : "Perfect! see you soon then."

Y/N : "Ya bye!"

I hung up the call.

Rose and I met in university, We both had very similar thinking and tastes. After being friends for so long and graduating from university we decided to start our own business and it went pretty well here in Australia then Rose wanted to open our branch in South Korea too so she went there and starting working in our office there and I handled everything here in Australia.

*TIME SKIP*

After a long day at office I finally got home and saw dad waiting for me so that we can have dinner together.

Y/N : "Hi dad! How was your golf match today?"

Dad : "Hey!! It was Awesome! I had so much fun. how was your day?"

Y/N : "It was good and I have a good news."

Dad : "What?"

Y/N : "Our company in Korea got to collaborate with one of the biggest fashion brand there."

Dad : "Oh wow! congratulations sweetie!"

Y/N : "Thanks dad but I have to go there for contract signing and stuff."

Dad's smile dropped.

Dad : "What so will you go there?"

Y/N : "I have to dad it's a big project and I can't ignore it."

Dad : "But...."

Y/N : "Dad don't worry I am not a stupid teenager now. I am grown up I will not do anything stupid."

Dad gave me a light smile.

Dad : "Yes I know, okay so when are you leaving?"

Y/N : "Tomorrow, I know it's very soon but we can't make them wait."

Dad : "Hmm....okay go and get fresh. Then we'll have dinner."

Y/N : "Yes Dad!"

*NEXT DAY*

I went to airport and sat in my flight. My heart was pounding as we were about to take off. I just wanted to get off this flight and go back home.

I sighed.

'No Y/N you have to control yourself and focus on your career, nothing else'. I closed my eyes

and started remembering that night, my last night in Korea 7 years ago.

*7 Years AGO*

After having that fight with Dad I went to my room and started crying after like sometime I decided to contact Taehyung and atleast let him know that I am leaving tomorrow but how I don't have my phone and I don't even remember his phone number.

Then an idea popped into my mind. 'Yes why didn't I think of this earlier?'

I rushed downstairs and took my broken phone then I took out the sim card. Then I tip toed into dad's room took his phone quitely and then went in my room.

I removed dad's sim and put in my sim then called Taehyung.

He didn't pick up his phone at frist as he must be sleeping but after some tries he picked up.

Y/N : "Hel...."

?? : "Hello? who is this?"

I heard a women's voice, who could she be?

Then I heard Taehyung's voice from behind.

Taehyung : "Who is it?"

?? : "I don't know no one's answering."

This...this is Eunbi's voice.

Taehyung : "Leave it and just come here...."

Eunbi : "Tae!..."

Then I heard some kissing voices I quickly cut the call.
