Chapter 2708: I think others think therefore they think

Chapter 2708 I think about others, so I think about it

  『Tao』, 『Cultivation』, 『People from other places』…

Fei Qian wrote these few words, then stopped writing, and shook his head slightly.

The concept of "people from other places" and so on, actually did not come from Laozi, but from Zhuangzi, but Laozi and Zhuangzi did not separate their families.

In fact, Lao Zhuang is lonely.

Confucius had a large group of apprentices, and Mozi had a vast army of non-attacking troops, but around Lao Zhuang, there were not so many people. They were either old cows or butterflies. That's why Zhuangzi has built four good friends who are devoted to each other among the great masters?

If you say you are a "people outside the Fang", can you really transcend this "Fang"?

   Obviously impossible.

   Just like increasing entropy.

The development of human society is intertwined with each other. The later, the higher the level of productivity, the more interconnected it is. It is impossible to jump out of the square and truly be detached.

Even if you return to the mountains and isolate yourself from the world, you still have to rely on others for food, clothing, utensils and utensils. Unless it is the kind of Robinson Crusoe who lives alone on a deserted island, most people cannot say that they are truly and completely detached. To Fangwai.

This is not to mention those fakes who talk about practicing but miss the world of mortals in their hearts.

If you really want to pursue the outside world, those who have no need for material and only pursue spiritual development, Fei Qian respects them very much.

But the question now is, among these so-called people who pursue spiritual practice and want to be invisible at every turn, er, reclusive, how many people really follow the old and Zhuang ideology, rather than waiting for the price and waiting for the opportunity?

『The Tao must have the Tao. 』

   Fei Qian said softly.

The Taoist priests that China needs, or religious people, should be both born and joined the world, instead of using the name of someone outside the party to engage in privileges and make money...

This point, in fact, has not been clarified in the feudal dynasty.

Chinese people have a "circle" culture.

Speaking of it, this so-called "circle" seems to be tall, but in fact it is simply a tribal sequelae caused by human social needs.

People from the same tribe are of course easier to talk to. For people from another tribe, of course they are laymen, outsiders, or those who don’t know how to do it...

When Feiqian first promoted the five-party Catholicism, it was to better accommodate these messy **** systems and local beliefs in China. After all, China is too big, and there are customs in different places, and there are various myths and legends. If It’s like saying from a certain religion that God is the only one, and others are evil gods. Let’s not talk about whether those people who are used to the local religious **** system will believe it. As a result, Fiji encounters various unexpected resistances when it expands outwards.

Fei Qian needs a system that can help, a religious force that can provide support for the outward expansion of Chinese civilization, rather than a religion that creates various things at every turn and then causes conflicts within the region.

So, after the original expansion, it must go into the norm.

With the expansion of religious influence, the establishment of an overall religious system has become increasingly urgent.

In the final analysis, religion is for people.

It is people who spread the word, people who believe in it, people who worship it, and people who practice it.

Get rid of people, and religion doesn't have much meaning. After all, human beings don't care about or study whether there is any religious system in a group of ants or a group of bees.

Since we are human beings, we must not get rid of our human nature.

  wealth, status.

   Wine, **** and wealth.

The normally repressed desires of people outside Fangfang, if they accidentally burst out, the stimulation is enough to stimulate, but it is also easy to go to extremes.

   So, let's take the exam...

Fei Qian felt that when things were in doubt, it was decided by the exam.

Or it is called a mule or a horse, pull it out for a walk...

As for the system of ultimatums, it is actually not appropriate, because the people who certify the ultimatums do not have to pay taxes, which forms the soil for the formation of religious landlords.

All you need is an exam, no degree is required.

It's like screening talents by exams. If you pass the exam, you may not be able to get a good position immediately, and you have to start from a small official.

The imperial examinations of later generations often became a bad governance that many people satirized, but it is undeniable that the imperial examination system ensured that the Chinese feudal dynasty had officials available for a long period of time, so that they would not be monopolized and controlled by large noble families.

Isn't this the same as "people from other places"?

The inheritance model of Chinese cultivators is actually somewhat similar to the disciple system before the Great Han Dynasty. A master has a large number of disciples, and then everyone is a brother. One sect rejects another sect, and one mountain confronts another. Then when the hills get bigger, they start to do things, like the three brothers Zhang Jiao, Zhang Lu Wudoujiao, and a large group of later generations such as Bailian, Maitreya, etc. These people have completely deviated from Lao Zhuang and used the name of religion to seek benefits for themselves, doing all kinds of harm but no benefit.

If there is an examination system, the central court regulates the standard of practice. On the one hand, this kind of clique-forming preaching mode will undergo some fundamental changes, just like officials will get out of the noble family. On the one hand, it will also reduce the soil for the birth of some cults. Religious people without official "certification" will naturally have no soil for preaching.

Of course, this will have disadvantages, but just like the imperial examination also has disadvantages, it can only be said that things have to be viewed from two sides, weighed and used. Before the best method is found, the existing plan is naturally the best. strategy.

『Zuo Yuanfang…』 Fei Qian looked at the handwriting he had written, and smiled slightly, 『Let’s see if you can use it well…』

Fei Qian handed over this matter to Zuo Ci, but it doesn't mean that Fei Qian can be lazy. He also has to think, and generally has to form his own thinking, and then collide with, integrate, or modify the ideas provided by Zuo Ci and others.

A person who does not have his own main idea is easily influenced by others, not only in terms of religion...

But right now, we need to get the scripture collection ceremony done first, and we can’t get arrested because of Qiao and Zuo Ci before he takes over, which will lead to an anticlimactic situation.

  …( ̄o ̄).zZ…

With Zuo Ci as the backbone, many things can be carried out.

Let’s not talk about Qiao Bing’s character and temperament, but the preparations he made before to learn from the scriptures, he can indeed be called a talent.

In fact, basically speaking, the scripture collection ceremony already has more or less the prototype of the Dajiao of later generations.

People are forced out, and Dajiao is actually also forced out.

Dajiao appeared in the Tang Dynasty, and it was found in Tang Suzong in the annals of history. It was the first "Luotian Dajiao". Tang Suzong was the successor of Tang Xuanzong, and the position of Tang Xuanzong was obtained by Tang Xuanzong through means...

It’s like Tang Taizong obtained the throne through means, and then needed a brand new religious system to justify himself. Buddhism is to Tang Taizong what Taoism is to Tang Xuanzong and Tang Suzong.

The so-called "big" refers to the world of Luotian, which is all-encompassing. The so-called "Ji" means sacrifice, and the three animals are worshipped.

Of course, at present, there is no so-called "Luo Tian", only "Five Fangs". After holding such a big sacrifice, it will indeed improve the health of some people, which seems to be the blessing of the gods in the big sacrifice, but in fact, it is just that the people who participate in the big sacrifice get extra food only.

We must know that in the feudal dynasty, most of the poor people basically struggled on the hunger line every day, not the so-called food and clothing line, let alone a well-off line.

Therefore, Dajiao is simpler to say, it is to treat guests to dinner. This "guest" of course refers to all kinds of gods, and another word is called "worship".

For those who have never had any experience in large-scale events, how to hold them and how to run them well is a big problem. The histology of later generations is a discipline, and in the feudal dynasty, this may be what some people rely on. Exclusive "secrets" for survival. There were even some people who won the favor of the emperor because of the "Luo Tian Dajiao" agenda.

Zuo Ci did not make too many changes to the procedures formulated by Qiao Bing, but only made some minor changes to indicate the change of the host. Opening the altar, praying, raising the flag, declaring, swaying the filth, inviting the saints, giving scriptures, lowering the flags, sending the saints, setting prescriptions, blessings, etc.

In each link, there are prescribed movements and music, similar to the queue performances of later generations...

Of course in Taoism, it means stepping on Yu steps and stepping on Gangdou.

With that said, there seems to be nothing unusual?

Don’t forget, this is in Dahan, not to mention the split queue performance, just a marching queue can make the people who lack entertainment enjoy themselves and tremble with excitement.

Since it is necessary for the common people to participate in such activities, of course the most important thing is to notify in place. Of course, it is impossible to say to post a notice or something, or send a small official to knock on the door from door to door. If you really do this, how much will the gods lose in price?

It must be spontaneous and willing to "worship" by the people, so before the whole ceremony, there must be a street parade.

Taoist priests wear Taoist robes of five colors and follow flags of five colors representing the gods of the five directions. Bells, or prayer flags, start from the Wufang Daochang all the way out of Chang'an City, then pass the Weishui Bridge, bypass Changling, Anling and other mausoleums, and then return to Chang'an.

Walking around here is a day.

have lunch?

Are you kidding me? In the Han Dynasty, apart from the emperor, who would dare to brazenly eat anything at noon? Even the Hushi and others, or the children of the aristocratic family, eat a snack instead, and never dare to say that they have to eat three meals, so the Taoist priests use early dried meat before going out in the morning, and eat late dried meat after returning to the dojo at night.

Need to pee on the road?

Without drinking water along the way, non-stop fatigue, coupled with the crisp autumn air and dry climate, not many people have the urge to urinate at all.

It is indeed tiring to do so, but none of the Taoist priests said that they have worked too hard, and they have to lie down and let the troubles pass.

On the one hand, it is because of Qiao Bing’s incident that all the Taoist priests in the Wufang Daoist Temple are naturally trembling, and they will not miss it when they finally have an opportunity to perform. On the central official road that can only be walked, and those officials who are usually arrogant and arrogant, they still need to give way when they see them, not them...

In the imperial examination room in Chang'an, every time the top three in high school can parade in the street, or call it Kua Street, which is the only honor for candidates in their lifetime. The same is true for these Taoist priests, who may walk like this once in their lives. Undoubtedly, if there is no next scripture-taking ceremony, or a similar big sacrifice ceremony, these Taoist priests may not have the second chance to walk on this central official road, so even if these Taoist priests work hard, No complaints.

Before arriving at a Lifang, the queue will pause for a while before the incense tables lined up in the Lifang. On the one hand, it is to rectify the queue and reorganize the formation that has become a little loose and out of shape during the march. On the other hand, it is also for the Lifang. To carry out "blessing", under the guidance of the Taoist priest, the scriptures will be recited on the archway of the inner square or at the gate, and then two charms will be pasted and some water will be sprinkled. At this time, flags of five colors will appear The flags moved in unison, and the momentum was really not small, so that the people near the gate of the square couldn't help but lie on the ground and worship the majesty of the gods of the five directions.

But after leaving the gate of Lifang, when walking on the street, it will change from solemnity to lively. I can see that both sides of the wide Chang'an Avenue are crowded with men, women and children watching the excitement. If it weren't for the soldiers and patrols sent by the hussars to maintain order, I'm afraid these spectators would have blocked all the roads.

The common people are basically unaware of the turmoil in the Wufang Taoist Temple and the Chang'an officialdom, and they also don't know that such a grand ceremony was actually planned by Qiao Bing so hard, and then Zuo Ci Picked up a bargain and used it to make wedding clothes for Zuo Ci for nothing.

For these common people, having fun to watch may be their happiest thing and all they care about. As for which hen gave birth to the egg or the melon, it doesn't seem to matter at all. .

The Buddhist scriptures were also among the common people. They were guarded by the patrolling soldiers, and they were able to stand in front of the cross streets in Chang'an without being pushed and trampled by the common people. When the queue of the five gods arrived in front of them, although it was not yet a formal teaching of the classics, these Buddhist learners were already so excited that they couldn't help themselves, and they just knelt down and kowtowed to express their agitation.

DeGrandzi kowtowed on the slate with his forehead dripping with blood. But in this situation, no one would feel that DeGrandzi and the others were in any pain, and even looked at them with envious eyes. Even though their foreheads were torn and blood was streaming down their faces, they were still talking about how lucky they were.

The queue of five gods continued to move forward slowly.

DeGrandzi stood up slowly, and then wiped the blood left on his forehead with his sleeve. It's just that the skin on the forehead is broken. It looks like there is a lot of blood now, but it will stop in a while.

『I...I'm not going back...' DeGrandzi whispered.

『Yeah, after taking the scriptures, we can go back to... eh? At this time, the people around DeGrandzi realized, "Prince, what did you just say?" Is it back...or...』

"No return. ’ DeGrandzi clenched his fists, as if this would give him more courage, ‘I want to study in Chang’an. You can take the scriptures back first...』

DeGrandzi took a long breath, and then repeated, "I won't go back first, I want to learn these things from the Han people, these... not just this scripture..." DeGrandzi paused, his eyes followed five directions The tail of God's queue, "You know what? Every day I'm here, I feel like we've wasted so much...wasted time! There are so many things about the Han people, I need to learn... Only after learning can I truly understand! Otherwise, what you take back is just a scripture! Those of the Han people are the true scriptures among the scriptures! 』

The people around DeGrandzi looked at each other, and said in unison, "Then we will accompany you too!" 』

"No! You have to go back. You have got the scriptures, you have to go back! ”DeGrandzi turned around and looked at the little friends who followed him out of the snow area, “I’m really ashamed...I stayed, but you have to walk back hard...”

DeGrandzi reached out and grabbed the sleeve of his partner, "But only when you go back can you tell the scriptures, everything about the Han people, and everything we've seen, to the people in the snow area... tell them, This day is very big, this land is very big...』

『Only by bringing more people out! Come out! ’ DeGrandzi’s eyes were a little wet, and he didn’t know whether it was because of the excitement of the five-party God’s queue outside or his current mood was resurgent, “Our side...needs these too much...such as the mill. It's not that we don't have mills, but how many people have a mill? Not a single tribe has one! Grinding wheat and barley requires walking dozens of miles with oxen and horses! And here, in Chang'an? Out of the square gate, you can find restaurants at most 500 steps, you can find grocery stores, and you can buy them! The scriptures are a mill, a good mill! If I go back, at most it will be like bringing back a mill! But is this one mill enough for us? We need more! More! 』

『So I want to stay,』 DeGrandzi’s voice was excited, but his face was resolute, 『I not only want to bring a mill, I also want to learn how to build one, two, and more mills! After you go back, tell our people, come to Chang'an, come and learn the knowledge of the Han people, and bring more mills to your hometown in the future! 』

『But...Your Prince...In this way...you...' The friends looked around, and they still seemed to be hesitant.

That’s right, DeGrandzi came to Chang’an at the beginning, although he said it was for the scriptures, but in fact it was for the restoration of his own tribe, or the word restoration is not appropriate, to revive?

DeGrandzi's tribe was defeated in the battle in the snow area.

DeGrandzi could not find hope in the snow area, so he came to Chang'an desperately. On the one hand, if he could seek the scriptures, he would become a missionary of the Han people. At least no one would dare to do it easily in the snow area. Your own life can have a higher guarantee. On the other hand, if you can get the support of the Han people, you can revitalize your tribe...

But now, DeGrandzi has changed his mind.
