Through Apocalypse

After checking all the warehouses, Huang Jin with Xun Wei continued walking to the other side of the Big Tree. After a while, they saw a slope leading to a cave.

" I saw the cave after the fog was gone, I had a hunch that I can't get inside if you're not with me, so I waited till now. And there were many symbols that I was able to understand. The first thing was It said I need to enter with my partner. Then drop blood to the entrance of the cave." explained Huang Jin.

" So, will you come with me?"

Xu Wei looked at Huang Jin. His eyes were deep red like human blood, full of trust, and said: "You don't need to asked this kind of question, I believe in you." then Xun Wei kissed him hard.

Huang Jin melted in his kiss, returning it hungrily.

His lips covered him in a long warm kiss that left Huang Jin short of breath. Xun Wei felt the rise and fall of each breath and was inches from the slightly parted full lips just begging for another kiss.

After the long and hungry kiss, Huang Jin laid his head on Xun Wei's c.h.e.s.t and hugged him.

They did the ritual that was indicated in the cave. Huang Jin and Xun Wei drop each a bit of blood. The barrier flashed, and then the symbols started converging. Then combined into a two huge seemingly alive dragon and turned into a figure of Yin and Yang.

The symbol then shrinks into the size of a coin later the Yin and yang symbol separated again and magically detached itself and flew towards Huang Jin's neck and Xun Wei's temple.

The couple felt a slight burned then hissed from the pain.

After a while, the pain receded.

The mark of the white dragon went to Huang Jin, and the black dragon was branded into Xun Wei.

They both felt every muscle of their body was full of energy. It was different from drinking the spring water from the lake.

It was like endless energy running through their veins.

Their capabilities were pushed to a superhuman level, allowing them to see kilometers away, see in the dark, see the faintest distinctions, and track things too fast for the average eye. Because for Huang Jin, he can naturally see the highest peak of the mountain inside his dimensional space

Huang Jin never heard this kind of power, because there are only one or two line types of abilities that a human being can have. Or it may keep people from upgrading their power with difficulty.

He looked at Xun Wei, seeing his brows wrinkled and asked:

" What's wrong?"

" I can feel your dimensional space Ahjin." Xun Wei said.

" Really?!" Huang Jin was shocked.

"Yes," Xun Wei nodded.

"Truly? You're not playing with me?" Huang Jin asked seriously.

"No, I really can feel your dimension. I can even see how big your space is Ahjin." Xun Wei's voice was hoarse; he tried to swallow the lump that insisted on staying in his throat.

" Then? What's wrong with that? Why do you look worried?" asked Huang Jin.

"Because when I felt your Dimensional space, I felt something terrifying sleeping beneath that mountain," Xun Wei pointed with trembling hands the tallest mountain in Huang Jin's dimensional space.

His face gradually turns white when he felt the creature blink its eyes a deep violet round pupil and vertical slits, seemingly endless abyss has its intelligence and wisdom, focus at him intently.

His eyes then closed, and he was soon fast asleep. The dragon leaving him a sentence in an ancient language that Xun Wei clearly understands.

"Welcome back."

That sentence struck a chord in his heart. It felt like coming home after a long journey, he felt an indescribable feeling leaving him breathless.

Then it's aura and power, the sense that—whatever it was—it was something humankind wasn't prepared to face.

"Ahwei!"

"Ahwei?! What's wrong? What did you see?" Huang Jin's face grew more worried after seeing Xun Wei's not responding.

Xun Wei wasn't able to hear Huang Jin's voice calling his name.

But after the creature closes its eyes and slept, his aura also withdrew. Then he heard the concern in Huang Jin's voice.

Xun Wei gazed at Huang Jin, his expression unreadable, then became thoughtful.

"Ahwei? What's wrong? You're scaring me." Huang Jin's eyes and voice were unsure and nervous.

Xun Wei with a deep and long-drawn sigh, he seemed to be prepared for a lengthy talk.

"Let's sit down, shall we?" Xun Wei, with the wave of a hand, a couch appeared beside him. He pulled Huang Jin with him and sat on the sofa.

Xun Wei's warm hands slid around Huang Jin's waist, pulling him back against him.

Then Huang Jin realizes that Xun Wei can use his dimensional space.

"How?!" Xun Wei was holding Huang Jin's hands.

"I know, right? I can't believe it too.

I'm sure that it has to do with the drop of our blood in the barrier. And the symbols that were marked on our skin.

After my skin was marked, I told you I could perceive your dimensional space, right? So I thought I, too could use your dimension. I was not mistaken." Xun Wei said his guest to Huang Jin.

"Okay, so that happens, then it's great news we don't have to be worried. We can enter and leave the space freely...

Then why were you worried then a while ago?"

"It's because I felt the creature. I don't know what kind it is, but, I had a hunch it's a dragon. It was too dark to distinguish, but I feel it is a dragon-like our tattoo.

And It talks, I heard its voice."

"Huh? A dragon? But how can't I feel it? Then? What did it say to you? I didn't even hear it talk." Huang Jin was aggrieved, thinking it was not fair. He wanted to listen to a dragon talk too.

Xun Wei can't help but laugh at Huang Jin's expression. Not knowing what to feel about Huang Jin's reply.

" The most important is the dragon clearly knows me.

Did you forget to tell me something this important? That there is a dragon living and sleeping inside your dimension and knew who I am?" Xun Wei was getting angry.

"No! I already told you everything. Nothing is missing in my memories. And I don't know how that dragon came into my dimension at all." Huang Jin tried to explain and coaxing Xun Wei, who is at this very moment, was getting angry.

" Then, why did the dragon said those words to me? He told me Welcome back, so it means that at some point, the dragon was with me then was place inside your dimension.

How was the dragon able to stay at your dimensional space?

Xun Wei asks the series of questions to Huang Jin.

Xun Wei stared at him through those deep beautiful red eyes, and Huang Jin frowned, uncertain why the dragon was inside his dimensional space and the memories that Xun Wei said much bothered Him. At last, he can only answer: " I really don't know."

"If all the memories you have were intact as what you said, then it seems that a huge amount of your memories are either sealed by the dragon or you deliberately forgot them."

Xun Wei wanted to know what happened. If those memories were sealed or not. Is it a part of Huang Jin's memories? How the dragon was able to enter, and stayed at Huang Jin's dimensional space.

And how it came back with Huang Jin's rebirth. How does he know me? Why did he say, "Welcome back."

If Huang Jin doesn't remember, the only thing he can do is disturbed the sleeping dragon and asked him.

Xun Wei pulled him even closer in an embrace, his lips warm against his temple, trying to soothe Huang Jin and get rid of his doubts and anxiety.

Turning toward him, Huang Jin melted into his warm embrace.

The couple stayed that way for hours trying to digest everything.

Huang Jin fell asleep in Xun Wei's arms, then he waved his hand, and a king size bed appeared beside the sofa, then a bunch of pillows and a blanket. He carried Huang Jin and laid him down, and Xun Wei pulled the blanket towards Huang Jin.

Huang Jin continued sleeping when he felt something soft. Xun Wei watched him sleep, breathing deep and steady. Xun Wei left his sleeping mate in their bed with a lingering glance.

Then he moved away and observed the cave.

He wanted to go inside, 'but I promised to go with Huang Jin. Nevermind, I'll just wait for Huang Jin to wake up.'

Xun Wei went back to Huang Jin and laid down beside him.

He pulled Huang Jin's back to him and put his arms around his waist.

Then closed his eyes to sleep.
