Time Turner

Desta fidgeting with the stare Alfizar shot at him. Feeling impatient, with how much time Desta need to answer his question, Alfizar raised his voice with the intention to scare him.

"Answer me!"

"It wasn't mean to hit anyone but you!" Desta yelled the answer while closing his eyes. He was breathless.

"What?" Henry looked at Alfizar from where he sat, "Didn't we all agree to not catch any kind of attention from others around us? Did you try to snatch the first rank? I heard that Harloz only targetting smart students in his class."

Indeed, Henry forced him and Aurina to promise to not catch the teacher's attention or anyone's, so whoever looking for them with ill intention won't notice them. Stood out too much won't do be good for them.

"I didn't!" Alfizar said in defense, then he turned to look at Desta. "Do you know the reason why he ordered you to injure me?"

"I didn't, really! I was not allowed to ask any question, I was threatened if I didn't obey, the only investor of Carazo Co. will withdraw! It will push Carazo Co. to bankruptcy in this early development of the company! I can't let that happen, Carazo company is my father's hard work!" Desta said with his voice keep rising with each word. Henry would have laughed at his weird voice because of his broken nose, if not for the serious situation and the determined words of Desta.

"Who is the investor of Carazo Co.? Is it Sweinzrev?" Zio asked. He dreaded the answer he knew would come from Desta's mouth, was he really just reveal their whereabouts to a potential enemy?

"That's right." Desta's face was grim.

"Carazo Company... Was it stationed at Moonsole city?" Zio questioned slowly. And a nod from Desta almost gave him a heart attack.

"We have to move again!" Zio announced suddenly. Henry and Alfizar snap their head at Zio in surprise.

"What?!" Henry jumped to his foot with his eyes widened.

"Why so sudden?! We just move here!" Alfizar exclaimed at the serious Zio.

"Didn't you notice any men wearing a black suit at GIPEC?!" Zio yelled in agitation as he began to point at the wall, that was the direction of where GIPEC should be at. "They are Sweinzrev's men!!"

"Uncle! You asked a 'Sweinzrev' out of all the people for help?!" Henry shouted in disbelieve, he was so shocked that he forgot that he can't call Zio uncle in front of other people. But Zio didn't miss it.

"HENRY!" Zio actually slammed his palm on the thick table that caused a loud bang and the thick glass actually shook. Good thing it didn't shatter. Henry takes a step back and fell back to the sofa. Thet stayed silent for a full minute before Alfizar decided to speak.

"Didn't you know what kind of reputation Harloz Sweinzrev has at GIPEC?" Alfizar questioned Zio carefully.

"How would I know? We a.d.u.l.ts at GIPEC didn't listen to the students' gossip." Zio sigh as he leaned back heavily.

"That's right. Don't you think that it was possible Harloz Sweinzrev's bad reputation and all his 'deeds' only a mere gossip?" A soft voice not far from them suddenly said. Alfizar looked back to find Aurina standing in front of the front door holding something.

"Aurina! What are you doing here?" Alfizar asked. Didn't Henry have Aurina back to her bedroom?

"My friend help deliver my thing that I forgot to bring back." Aurina lifted the thing she was holding up for everyone to see as she keep walking closer to the sofa. In her hand was the familiar device Alfizar thought has broker back at GIPEC.

"Isn't it Virtual Hammer? I thought it was destroyed." Alfizar said. He took the device from Aurina's hand to take a closer look.

"It is Virtual Hammer, the original one." Aurina sat down beside him, she gave him a closed eyes smile. Then she looked at Desta.

"Can you let him go home, brother? Haven't you done beating him up? I have something we need to talk about, without him being here." Aurina said before her brother could ask another question. Alfizar nodded in agreement.

"I'll treat you before you go home." Then Zio began to work on his nose and bruises. In the process of it, Alfizar asked Desta to tell them how he got threatened by Sweinzrev, and Desta did.

"A knife?" Henry asked to make sure. Desta nodded as he looks at Zio injecting Sclerosant to his bruises. Soon the bruise disappeared.

"Didn't GIPEC prohibited the student to bring weapons from outside? They also won't let the student bringing a sharp weapon out from the club. The sensor on the door will make sure of it." Zio said, his hands keep working on Desta.

"I also doubt that, with all the sensor in the whole school. It's impossible to bring a knife in the school ground freely like that." Henry's thumb and index fingers were on his chin in a thinking manner.

"The only exception is if GIPEC gives out permission, which is impossible," Alfizar muttered, he looked up to see Desta. "When did he threatened you?"

"The morning on the day I accidentally shoot Emma on her t.h.i.g.h." Desta looked away in shame.

"And the message?" Alfizar asked when he remembered.

"Only 'Stay Away'," Desta confirmed. Zio stepped away after he finished fixing the boy up. Alfizar suddenly remembered something important to ask.

"Wait, how did you are so sure it was Sweinzrev? Did you see his face?"

"I didn't see his face, he covered it and he also forcefully lowered his voice so I won't recognize it." Desta shook his head, his answer earned him several eyebrows raised in confusion.

"Then how did you know it's Sweinzrev?" Aurina asked the question on everyone's mind. Desta let out a wry smile when he remembered that his father's hard work is in danger of bankruptcy.

"His choice of words to threaten me is a dead give away," he shook his head sadly.
