To Be A Hero: A MHA Fanfic

The surrounding area around Shino and her classmates was suddenly tinted scarlet. Sora had responded to Shino's order immediately and pulled up a shield as fast as he could. It didn't take a genius to figure out that was was going on was no drill. Aizawa was already pulled into a fight with a group of lowlives and Thirteen already had his hands full.

"What the hell! Villains actually got in here? " Daichi was in shock watching the scene outside of the protective barrier around them

"But how? Doesn't this place have an alarm system? "

"They bypassed it" Akio said calmly as he rested a hand on his katana. "A portal"

"Sora, how long can you keep this shield up? " Shino walked up to her friend and placed a hand on his shoulder. Her eyes weren't focused on him. She was glaring at the purple mist like portal right in front of them. She knew for a fact that Kurogiri could not get in the shield with them. Sora's shield was just like his mothers. It protects everyone inside from any thing outside. Nothing can teleport in.

"15 minutes max"

"Let me out of this thing! I'll take those bastards on! " Katsuki yelled and punched the barier.

"You'll get your chance Katsuki. We can't stay in here and do nothing" Shino told her friend before turning to Iida. "Iida I'm going to need you to run like the wind. Get back to the school as fast as you can and inform the teachers of the situation "

Iida stood up straight with his hands at his side and nodded. "As you wish"

"It seems you lot are quite prepared and fast in your reactions"

Kurogiri was now right outside the shield just drifting in the air.

"I have to admit I did not expect to run into such a snag. It seems I can't get in, troublesome"

"Who are you? "

"We are the league of villains. A p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e to make your acquaintance" Kurogiri spoke. "As for what we are here for, well we have taken it upon ourselves to infiltrate UA simply to engage with the symbol of peace, All Might"

"Iida, go now. Sora, let him through"

Sora nodded and Iida started his engine making a bolt for the door.

"I'm afraid I can't allow that"

The purple portal around Kurogiri began to widen and reach towards Iida. Shino reacted immediately by sticking a web to Iida and with a swing threw him out the door just in time to not get caught in the portal.

"Too bad" Shino said to Kurogiri, this time a smile on her face. "I don't care what you can and cannot allow"

"You are quite the bothersome child"

"I'll take that as a compliment " Shino pulled on her hood as she stepped to the edge of the Shield. "So portal man I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that your quirk is some kind of warping. Its obvious your entire body is the portal, but im gonna take an even wilder guess right now" Shino rested a hand on Sora's shoulder.

"Katsuki, Kirishima let's go"

Katsuki grinned a massice grin and stepoed towarss the edge of the shield. kirirshima was surprised to hear his name called but grew a small smile of his own. He activated his quirk as he stood next to Katsuki.

"Sora"

"On it"

With Sora's word the three left the shield standibg fully unpretected in front of Kurogiri. The man chuckled upon seeing the three and the mist like portal arojnd him started to move towards them.

"Ok boys" Shino grinned brightly as she tugged on her glove. "The man's wearing something Shiny, let's ruin it"

"Now you're talking! "Katsuki shot forward with his explosion going straight for the target. Kirishima followed his lead aiming a fist at the metal plate around his neck. Kurogiri let our a sound of shock and made a move, but Shino shot a web at the one material part of him and pulled making him mess up what ever it is he was about to do.

"You see, my wild guess is that your entire body cannot be made of that odd mist you have there. At least one part has to be intact. So that one body part that is still available must be protected, must it not? That metal plate around your collarbone and neck seems pretty obvious"

Katsuki had connected and was tugging on the plate all the while creating explosions in his palms. Whenever Kurogiri tried to do anything with his mist Shino would send a jolt of electricity to the metal plate. It did jot harm Katsuki for he was wearing rubber gloves as Shino advised him to. Kirishima soon got a hold of the plate as well and together they got it off and crashed to the floor. Shino smirked and shot a web at the exposed skin, but Kurogiri acted faster and warped himself away.

"So close"

"Holy cow! "Daichi exclaimed behind the three. "How the hell did you know that?! "

"I have a huge knowledge of quirks. I've studied them a lot. It wasn't that hard for me to analyze and come to the most logical conclusion"

That was a lie obviously. Well not entirely. She did indeed study quirks, but that was not how she knew what to aim for. The information that had gathered upon seeing the man was what gave her the answer.

"Drop the shield"

Sora did and sighed when the mental strain faded slightly. Holding up a shield is always tiring.

"Shino, what's the plan? " Izuku asked standing next to her.

"Divide and conquer. These guys aren't that throng. There are only two main bosses here. That portal guy and the one with the hands over there" Shino pointed out Shigaraki who was furiously scratching his neck in frustration. Things arent going his way. He hoped to separate and torture them, but he was not prepared for Shino's quick thinking. "We're gonna have to go our separate ways, but we go in groups as to not be at any disadvantage. There are six zones here. The flood zone. The storm zone. The landslide zone. The mountain zone. The confragration zone and the ruin zone. You all know where you will be at your best. Tsu, for example will excel in the flood zone. Izuku in the confragtion zone. Uraraka in the landslide or mountain zone. Everyone has something they're suited for and others are adaptable. Stick together, take our the enemies and meet back here"

"Right"

Everyone immediately split apart going their separate ways. There were teams of three and four formed as they went. Surprisingly Todoroki stayed with Shino.

"Not going off on your own I see" Shino smiled as she headed to her chosen location. Aizawa was in trouble or he would soon be. She was going to help him. Izuku, Katsuki, Sora and Momo were to meet her in the central plaza as soon as they accomplish their mission.

"You're going towards our teacher"

"He's in danger" Shino replied. "So why did you stick with me? "

She didn't get a reply to that. She only sighed and adjusted her hood. She had her teacher insight. He was engaged in a brawl with Shigaraki. He seemed ok which meant he hadn't injured his elbow yet. The moment was near though. Shigaraki was getting dangerously close to him and Shino was aware of the countdown.

"Todoroki, ice wall if you please"

At Shino's word Shoto did just that. A massive wall was conjured between the fighting men causing Shigaraki to come in contact with the ice instead. The ice quickly started to decay.

"Todoroki, Kiddo what are you doing"

"Protecting out teacher obviously" Shino said it like it was the most obvious thing in the world. It kinda was seeing as she just prevented Aizawa a major injury.

"Pests. Kurogiri failed" Shigaraki was scratching his neck again.

Shino just took one glance at him before pushing off the ground heading straight for him. She gripped his arm before he came in contact with her and pushed him against the dirt. She held both his hands behind his back, carefully as to prevent being a victem of his quirk. She would disable him completely but she is limited to one quirk alone.

"Todoroki"

"You're biting off more than you can chew. All of you. "

There was a loud roar piercing the sky and Shino flinched at the sound. A massive mutated humanoid was suddenly crashing into the picture and Shino gulped.

Things were getting serious.

Beneath her Shigaraki was giggling like a little girl. He wasn't even trying to escape her grasp.

"Awe crap"
