Chapter 1 - Gods Ruler Released

I was what you would call a lucky child, loving parents, good grades in school, even called a genius by many. I have girls always chasing me for no apparent reason except that I apparently was really handsome even tho I never noticed. I looked at myself in the mirror. I have black hair reaching to my shoulders, I am 1,8 meters tall. But what is most special about me is my emotionless blue eyes.

"I wonder if there are anything to do today… Probably not, God this world is so boring" Ding "hmm what was that?" "LONGER" yelled my dad from downstairs. I got dressed and got downstairs. There I see a big man in a business suit and a little box in one hand. "Longer, you cant just leave stuff everywhere" he says. And hands me the box who is surprisingly heavy. "Sorry dad- I just thought that it was another gift from a girl, so I didn't bother with it" I said. "Are you stupid?" my dad asks me with a confused expression. "What? I don't think so?" I said confused to my dad. "There is a logo on the package, son. It's from 'Myriad Corp'" he said while he walks out of the house. "WHAT" Myriad Corp- the world-famous company who is said to have created a new world full of many wonders???

I tore off the paper, and inside I found a helmet and a note. I took the note and read it: "Dear little Haven". I instantly tense, no one should know of my other name Haven, the martial God. But I continued to read anyway. `Dear little Haven - have you ever felt that this world is boring or meaningless? In that case I have good news for you: the new VRMMORPG (Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) Gods Ruler is releasing tomorrow at 6 Pm.

"This actually looks exciting… Gods Ruler, what a domineering title- I want it. After all I'm the Haven the God of martial arts already"

Unnoticed by Tian a strange aura that makes the grass bow and the light in the house dim. As its welcoming the sovereign of all.

Well, I was thinking to myself- if I want to play this game I should at least try to learn as much of it as possible before the release tomorrow. I pull up my computer and start researching as much as possible.

One day later

I did my normal routine morning stretches and then kept on researching everything about the game from levels to classes and secondary classes. But now its time to enter Gods Ruler.

I lay in my bed and try to stay as calm as possible. Then everything goes black and the next thing I know I'm in a white space. An angel is in front of me and calmly smiles to me. She has golden hair to her knees and a pair of white majestic feathery wings on her back.

"Hello adventurer" the angel says with an angelic voice. "My names Elisabeth and I am here to welcome the adventures who comes to this world."

"Are you ready to start with the building of your character?" She says. I only nod my head slightly

"What will be your new name?" she asks. I stay silent for a while, it is really har to decide.

"Haven" I say brimming whith fighting intent. If my enemy's dare to come here to challenge me, I will slaughter them, and itwon't be in a mercyfull way.

"Do you want to change your appearance? Keep in mind you can only do up to 15% change." She asks

"No" I say as unemotionally as ever.

"Good luck then, have fun on the adventurer" Elisabeth said.

Next thing I see is a huge mob of people all around me, chatting or shouting. I run away from this place immediately, untill I was far enough not to see them.

'Now then - time for the fun: I think' Status.

That's all there is there, nothing overly exiting then it is the question of have to spend my attributes. I think I will go with a swordsman build, so 3 in agility and 2 in strength

I equipped the beginner sword who was in my bag and started to walk towards the forest.

In my way right now was a 1 meter tall boar.

That was all it said, but it was fine because I longed for this battle and I couldn't wait to fight.

I charged straight at it, and right before I was going to hit it I took a step to the right so the giant horn narrowly missed. Then I pierced straight at its eye with my sword, and managed to damage value of '-20'. This appeared in yellow. Yellow stands for critical damage.

"It's as I thought, if you hit the weaker areas of the enemy its critical." An evil smile crept on my face, as I muttered "this will be fun, let the slaughter begin"
