After meeting with Xiao Rin, Ren sent White bear home and went to a nearby cafe with Xiao Rin. He didn't want to keep White bear as he was also tired because of the flight. 

Although Ren was also tired, he didn't want to send off Xiao Rin. 

He had a feeling that Xiao Rin had specifically come to meet him despite her busy schedule. He wasn't able to send her off because of this reason. 

"Brother Ren, you don't need to go out of your way to accompany me."

Xiao Rin said as soon as the waiter left with their orders. She was happy that Ren was accompanying her and she also wanted to be with him as it had been a long time since they have spent time together.

But she also knew that Ren was tired and she didn't want to add to it.

"I wanted to relax. That's why I came with you here. We would just be wasting time if you keep worrying about me."

Ren said as he waved his hand and Xiao Rim smiled sweetly. 

Ren also listened to her with an amused smile on his face.

Xiao Rin was rather indifferent with other people but when she was with Ren, she would act like a completely different person. Maybe it was because of that, the people in the cafe were looking at them from time to time.

The only silver grace was that no one came forward to ask for an autograph. 

Ignoring all the looks, Ren looked at Xiao Rin silently, then he asked when he got the chance. 

"Xiao Rin, why did you take up the role of Miao Ying?"

"Ah...!"

Xiao Rin stopped speaking and looked at him. She seemed to be thinking about how to reply to his sudden question. Why did she take the role of Miao Ying despite her busy schedule?

Ren was curious about it since he had heard that Xiao Rin would play the part, but he wasn't sure why she would take this role.

It was just a small role that would appear in a single episode and if you think about it, any slightly well known actress was enough for it.

"I just wanted to act with Brother Ren again."

'What did she say?', Ren stared at Xiao Rin with a confused expression and asked to confirm.

"You wanted to act with me again?"

At his words, Xiao Rin nodded and said with a resolute expression. 

"Yeah, I missed the time I spent with you on the sets of «The stars above» and «A born star». So, I just wanted to act with you again."

"What's with that...?"

Ren was really dumbfounded at Xiao Rin's honest answer. She looked a little shy but it was just because her reason was a little embarrassing. 

"Is that really the reason?"

After all, she didn't know how Ren would react if she said that she just wanted to spend more time with him. 

Despite her thoughts, Ren didn't know how to properly react to this. He was dumbfounded at first but he soon let out a laugh. His talk with CEO Xu had made him tired but now, he was feeling slightly refreshed. 

He looked at Xiao Rin with a smile and spoke. 

"You shouldn't take a role just because of that.Moreover, you are too busy with your other movies and dramas. You are just adding unnecessary burden on yourself."

"... I know that but..."

Xiao Rin just muttered with a sad face on Ren's scolding but she soon smiled at the soft tone of his next sentence. 

"Anyway, you have already taken the role, so we can't do anything. Just do your best now. Director Chen is not an easy director to work with."

"I understand."

Both of them talked like that for a while and Ren gradually started to feel better. He had felt it before but somehow, being with Xiao Rin would always make him feel better. 

"Xiao Rin, do you think I should try in Hollywood?"

"Hollywood? Are you planning to do a Hollywood movie next?"

Ren's question was too sudden that Xiao Rin suddenly blurted out in a loud voice. Ren quickly shook his head and realising her mistake, Xiao Rin lowered her head and asked in a low voice. 

"Then, Brother Ren, why are you suddenly talking about Hollywood?"

"I was just thinking about it."

Ren lied as he scratched his head. After all, it was not good to tell her about what happened between him and CEO Xu. 

Xiao Rin also thought about it and said in an honest voice. 

"Well, I think that If you really decided to go there, then you would definitely succeed even if it's Hollywood."

"Haha, I don't think so. After all, it's hard to survive in Hollywood."

"I know but if it's you, I think you can definitely do it!"

Xiao Rin said with resolution and Ren just smiled. Even though he knew that Xiao Rin was just overstimarin himself, he didn't feel bad.

Opposite to that, he even felt that he should work hard so that he won't disappoint her.

'Brother Ren will go to Hollywood...'

While Ren was thinking about working hard, Xiao Rin was getting worried over something else. If Ren really went to Hollywood, then the distance between them would grow more.

She didn't want that at all and like that, an unnecessary worry was planted inside her.

"What happened? You don't look good?"

"N-no, I'm fine. I was just thinking about tomorrow's schedule. Nothing much!"

Ren didn't think much about it and simply glossed it over and Xiao Rin expertly hid her worry that was growing inside her heart every moment.
