Tori woke up and saw Jeanne in the standard room hastily leaving for the classes.

"Shit." Tori suddenly realized that she is going to be late on the first day in this school and got prepared as fast as possible then went running through the corridors.

"Huff, Huff" Tori reached the classroom. Today's first-class for the first year was Charms taught by Professor Filius Flitwick. He looked at Tori, and from his expression, he doesn't seem so pleased for some reason. He gestured her to sit, but before she could proceed to her seat, another person came from her behind.

Zeril was also late, seeing the Malfoy kid also being late Professor Filius's expression changed for the worse.

"Both of you go to your seat but stand the whole class. No sitting." He gestured a few times that go with his speech.

Tori was startled, and it took her a few moments to realize what happened. She came late, and this already made the professor angry somehow and after he dealt with her Zeril also arrived late, which ignited the professor punishing both of them. She looked at Zeril one time before going to the empty seat near Jeanne to stand and continue with the class.

Zeril didn't have any expression on his face; he took everything as is and went to the empty seat at the end of the classroom.

Jeanne looked at both of them with some pity on her face.

"Ok, now we can continue." Professor Filius looked at a student with short hair and glasses and then gestured his hands again a few times while saying, "How many times should I tell you that this is not the right way to cast the charm?"

"Sorry professor, I will try my best this time." The kid with glasses looked at the feather in front of him and waved his wand a few times, "Wingardium Leviosa!"

"Fuss." The feather disappeared from the spot and cannot be seen anywhere.

"Accidental Apparition spell!" Tori commented on the boy's performance. "Try holding your wand on the left hand and try again."

Everyone looked at Tori and then looked at Professor Filius with curiosity. Professor Filius was surprised with Tori's comment and looked at her with some light in his eyes.

"Try doing what she said." Professor Filius commanded the kid with glasses. He then looked at the girl beside him with red hair, "Lend him your feather."

While the girl gave the kid with glasses a new feather, he did what Tori said, held the wand in his left hand and then tried again, "Wingardium Leviosa!"

"Pooh" The feather started to fly, and whole class cheered and clapped at him. The kid's face was also shining. He looked at Professor Filius and asked, "Why couldn't I do it with my right hand?"

Professor Filius finally smiled and answered, "Maybe she can give a better answer." and looked at Tori with some care in his eyes.

"Because..." Tori started to explain the situation, but before she could even start another voice sounded in the room.

"Because your right arm is crippled," Zeril explained indifferently.

Tori was slightly annoyed that he took the opportunity to explain from her then become even more annoyed then he was very straight when explaining because, after his explanation, the boy's face grew dark.

"Don't take it to heart; he means that your right hand is not suitable to use magic. It must have been hurt by some Apparition or similar type of magic before. That is the reason the accidental magic bis similar to Apparition or Teleportation." Tori first looked at Zeril with burning eyes then smiled at the boy with glasses to explain.

"Good eyes, young lady." Professor Filius looked at both Tori and Zeril, "And rude young man." He smiled, "You are good at explaining how about performing the same magic to let us all see."

"The apparition magic?" Tori looked at Professor Filius with doubt.

"No-No" Professor Filius shook his head, "The levitation magic." he then gestured his hand to point at the feather in front of Tori.

"Ohh, No problem" She then brought out her wand, and a gentle white light rained in the whole room, Zeril panicked and hid his hands, but this time the light didn't hurt him at all.

"Whoah," The whole class.

"This is a shiny wand, nothing more." She introduced her wand to everyone, "Now if you all excuse me, Wingardium Leviosa!" She pointed her wand at the feather and didn't wave the wand but directly performed the spell. The feather gently floats up, and then she gestured the wand to the boy with glasses, and the feather followed the command and gently fell on his nose and tickled him. She then continued to do this with several other students.

"Okay, okay, that's enough. Young lady, you are a genius in magic." Professor Filius praised Tori. The whole class also discussed with a low voice about her performance. Then the professor looked at Zeril, "How about you?"

Zeril sighed and brought out his wand; cold chilling darkness shrouded the room for a moment. Everyone felt some fear in their heart for some reason. The light from Tori's wand gave everyone a comforting sensation, but Zeril's wand was different. The darkness quickly passed, and everyone focused at the wand at Zeril's hand, which was crystal black just like a rod of obsidian.

"Wingardium Leviosa!" Zeril performed the spell, the feather gently floated up, and the whole sensation was very smooth even smoother compared to Tori's spell casting. He gestured with his wand and few times, and the feather followed his gestures around the room.

"Marvelous." Professor Filius was pleased toward these two students of his. He looked at Tori and Zeril a few times, "Both Yin and Yang in the same year and the same house. Marvelous, you two would make a great couple! Ohh, I mean great teammates" His final comment made Zeril's throat get stuck, and Tori's cheeks become red, professor Filius sensed the awkwardness in a moment and changed his comment.

"Okay, both of you sit and continue with the class." Professor Filius let both Tori and Zeril sit and then continued with the class. Nothing extraordinary happened in that class or even on that day.

Jeanne was with Tori the whole day, but she suddenly became silent and didn't talk too much like before with Tori or others. Jack sensed this awkwardness, and he guessed the situation. Zeril, on the other hand, stuck with the group even though he didn't mention any intention of teaming up with them. He did say about his interest in the Quidditch game, but later as the bunch didn't show any interest toward it, he also didn't repeat it. Just like that, the first day of Tori, Jeanne, Jack and Zeril were over.

They returned to their living area and discussed the day for a few minutes then went to sleep.

Meanwhile in the Dark Forest.

"The boy joined the school after all." A shadow figure in the dark whose facial features wasn't evident said. The man was rather tall compared to any healthy a.d.u.l.t humans of this time. His whole body was wrapped in a black cloak, and white smoke covered his feet.

"Yes. We can begin executing our plan. But there is a problem." Another shadow figure answered his whole body was hidden inside smokescreen, and only the basic structure was clear from outside.

"What problem?"

"Harry Potter also joined Hogwarts this year."

"What? what is he doing here?" The first figure was surprised.

"His granddaughter also joined and in the same house as the boy; we suspect he joined to keep his granddaughter in check."

"Well, ignore him. Just avoid his granddaughter in this plan, and I don't think he will care about some random boy from a family he never liked." The first figure commanded, "I will mention this again, don't touch his granddaughter, even I might not be his match, so it's better we leave him alone."

"Okay, that will be it then. We will start soon. As soon as that thing appears."

Both of the shadowy figure left with an Apparition spell.
