"Who are you?" 

Luca was deafen in an instant, there was something inside him that pricked his heart out. He suddenly felt stiff. His body ignored the coldness from the rain. Then a languid smile stretched his face, he aimed for the male's forehead and kissed it.

"It's me...Luca" he replied

Homura was stunned the moment he heard the name, he looked up once more and saw Luca's lonely face. 

"What happened here? I don't remembered a single thing" he said

Luca was petrified when Homura fell down, groaning in pain. 

"Homura!" he quickly support the male as he held him tightly after pulling him into his embraced

Homura smiled "Can we stay like this for a while? It's warm.." he spoke

Luca patted his back "Should we head inside? The rain is too cold for you.."

Homura's eyes become gloom "I don't want to go there…" he paused "It's lonely"

The dripping drops of rain became thick and heavy as they stayed under it. Two bodies shared the warmth from each other. Silence crawled between them. 

Homura was trying to figure out what's happening around him, he was completely a nuisance. Then he remembered the scenario the moment he woke up.

"How long have I been sleeping?" he asked

Luca froze, his chest became tight "You have been sleeping for so many years.." he couldn't control himself from hugging the male more "I thought you would never wake up.." he uttered

"Luca.." his little voice called out "Can we dance, under the rain?" 

Luca smiled and started to sway Homura's hand in the air, as their body twisted and turned in the rhythm of the rain. Luca held him with so much gentleness in his eyes.

Homura held the curse inside his body by sleeping for so many years, eating his memories and the moments they shared together. Tadashi reached his old age by taking care of Homura until his very last breath. The Mansion became abandoned as the time passed by. Homura didn't turn into a vampire but his body endured so much pain so Luca decided to put him to sleep not even having a chance if he would wake up.

Luca did not give up on him, he was patiently waiting everyday and taking care of Homura until his head turned white and his skin turned old. He was still a human after all while Luca is a vampire who doesn't age. It was a miracle that he survived even though he was now corrupted by the curse.

"Luca.."

Luca looked at him "What? Are you tired?' Then he turned the male around gracefully, backed to his arms as they both swayed slowly.

"Let's rest for a while.." Homura said

Luca and Homura headed inside,they stayed in the living room. He let Homura sit near the window. Because he said that he wanted to enjoy the pattering sound of the rain for a while.

Homura could feel it, his breathing was becoming short and he was running out of air. 

"I will get you some hot water to warm you down.." Luca said

Homura used all his remaining strength to pull Luca back beside him "Can you stay with me for a while?"

Luca was surprised when Homura's words pierced him. He took the seat beside the male while Homura snuggled with him.

He showed a languid smile "Can you tell me some of our happy memories. I don't remember them so I want you to remind me.." Homura requested

Luca stayed silent for a while as he stared into nothingness, closing his fist and taking deep breaths, he replied "Okay, Where should I start?"

Homura chuckled "Anything is fine to me.."

Luca started to utter some words Homura wanted to hear, he was smiling while telling him while his heart was secretly shattering.

"Do you remember the sunset? I love the sunset so much because it's color is the same as your hair and everytime I'm looking at it, I'm always remembering you.."

"The night when we tried to escape? Learning different things for both of us.."

The first time you saw my true form, you were so scared like your tail were curling under your skin while I'm teasing you.."

"Homura, I'm always watching you from far away, and I couldn't believe that we are now sharing the same breath.."

Homura suddenly chuckled "Thank you for waiting.."

Luca caressed his face "I will always be waiting for you"

Homura leaned closer to him "I wanted to stay with you for so many years..but I'm not a vampire like you.."

Luca comprehended the words. It suddenly became heavy and all of his nerves stopped in a minute. There was a rapid stiffness inside his body that wanted to hide Homura somewhere where they could always be together.

Homura gasped, grabbing his chest. He can feel his body slowly weakening. "So this is the feeling of dying old, huh" he uttered

{I feel bad, I will die in a rainy day}

Luca cupped his cheeks for the last time, he saw how Homura's lips turned to dry. "I will always love you until the day I die.." he mumbled

Homura tried to smile and cupped Luca's cheeks back, then finally; Luca cried. The tears flowed continuously from his crimson eyes that are now showing sadness and pain.

He hugged Homura so tight "I-I-I'm s-sorry...I c-couldn't s-save you.." his voice cracked as he secretly clenched his fist.

The male stayed in his embrace until his last breath "Homura..I-I-I love y-you..always.." then he watched the male's hand slowly fall from his cheeks.

Yang saw how Luca cried so hard after he left Homura's body, he was still sobbing.
