Trouble With The President

At REN'Ai Orphanage,

A sister came to the main gate.

She joined her hands and said in anxiety, "Hello, I'm director Xu."

"What can I do for you?"

Mr. Kuan said with a smile, "Nice to meet you. Director Xu."

"This is Chin Group CEO. I'm his assistant Yi Kuan. Pls take a look of this file." He passed a file to director Xu.

Director Xu took the file and started reading it. A moment later she was shocked and said in unbelief, "Thi... This is you.." the words are not coming from her mouth.

Yi Kuan smiled and said with a calm face, "Don't worry director Xu. We don't come here with malice...."

"Can we talk about details inside?"

The children of that orphanage were watching all of this from behind the wall in disappointment.

A drop of sweat rolled from director Xu's forehead and she said in despair, "Ok. pls follow me."

Inside the director office,

Director said in despair while pointing her hand towards the chairs, "Sit down pls."

Suddenly their eyesight falls on the beautiful picture of Tina which is hanging on the wall with other pictures, "Huh?"

Jim lightly blushed when he saw Tina's beautiful and innocent smile.

Yi Kuan asked in curiosity, "Is that miss Tina Tung?"

Director Xu get surprised and asked, "You know her?"

He replied in cynicism, "Kind of."

She started telling them about Tina with a proud feeling on her face, "Tina is the best sensible kid I'v seen."

"She left here quite early and started to live on herself."

"She works hard while studying. People can't even look after themselves."

"She sends us money every month and always thinks of...and brings gifts to our kids."

"Tina is really nice. She's like an...." Director Xu is about to say forward but Jim suddenly said, "...Like an angel..."

He said again while touching her picture lightly with a light joyful smile on his face, "She's really like an angel!"

Director Xu and Yi Kuan, both get surprised and lightly blushed.

Yi Kuan coughed, "Eh-Hem!" for brushing off the situation and said, "Let's sit down and talk about business."

Director Xu said, "Yes have a seat!"

The file and some cup of coffees were kept on the table. 'Land Transfer Agreement' was written on that file's cover.

After few minutes, Director Xu said in despair, "I read the file."

"Based on the file. The land use right of the orphanage is now Chin Group's."

She asked with a sad look, "Can I ask you something?"

"Can I have some time to raise money and find a place for the kids."

Then she said while remembering the kids of orphanage, "Orphanage is the only place they can live."

"Without it. The kids are homeless."

Yi Kuan said with a fake smile, "Director Xu. We don't need you to move right away. What about a month?"

She replied in tension, "A month? That's too quick!"

Then Jim calmly said while gently grabbing the cup of coffee, "Director Xu!"

"About this land. We haven't decided whether to buy it....We just came for a survey today."

"I'll let you know when we need it."

As he said with a joyful smile, "But won't be in a few years. Is that alright?"

Yi Kuan got surprised and went silent for a moment, "......" he is thinking in his mind, 'That's not what we agreed!'

Director Xu get surprised and said with a relieved face, "Really? Thank you so much Mr. Chin!"
