Trouble With The President

On seeing Tina looking at himself from top to bottom again and again in a surprised look on her face. Jim thought that Tina would be amazed on seeing him in this look. The corner of his lips curled upward revealing a smile.

Tina is still in a daze, she is continuesly staring at Jim's new look, her eyebrows were frowned upward and her mouth is still open and her hand is trying to cover her mouth, this kind of expression tells that Tina is totally surprised.

Jim moved forward towards her in way of showing off his new look, but as soon as she came closer to Tina.

The surprised look on Tina's face changed into a big laughter like some kind on clown stood in front of her and she can't stop her laughter.

"Ha Ha ha.. What the hell are you wearing?"

"Not good." He got stupified on Tina's reaction.

"Not that! That's not your style." She was still laughing loudly.

It was the first time when he saw her laughing, today he actually made her happy which also made him happy from the bottom of his heart.

But suddenly a feeling came in her mind and please stop laughing, a serious look appeared on her beautiful face, the lines on her forehead deepend and she coughed like an old lady or a grandpa like she don't know anything and is very serious, "Ahm anyway...."

Tina who was laughing just a moment ago on seeing Jim in this clothes is now acting like Jim is an stranger.

Just now their relationship seems very close like they were couples or at least best friends to the crowd but now even the peoples in the crowd seems confused about the relation between Jim and Tina.

she turn around and move her gaze away and again coughed a little and said in a serious tone like she is very busy woman in the whole city, "Enough I am going home!"

Jim's eyesbrows raised upward and the smile on his face disappeared which was there a moment ago. His face became gloomy on Tina's behaviour.

When Tina laughed, so he thought that he made her happy and they could become friends but now seeing her sudden change of behaviour made Jimm very depressed.

Jim stood there quietly, he didn't utter even a single word like he was frozen or something.

But seeing Tina leaving him in the middle, his silence broke and the words came out from his mouth, "Skip dinner?"

she shook her head and a worn out expression appeared on her face like ok she was suffering from all these questions of Jim. Now Jim has asked about this so she is obviously stuck because she told him that she haven't ate dinner yet, which gave Jim and excuse to stop her and now she can't leave without having the dinner.

After a short-term silence she took a long sigh and said "...I lied to you, I already had it!"

But inside her heart knows that she lost her appetite when she saw Jim. So in this situation she could only lie instead of telling him the truth and can easily run away from him.

Jim didn't lost his spirit but a puppy like smile appeared on his face, although his keen eyes saw through her act but he didn't dare too you ask her directly.

"Then let me take you home, my car is over there."

Her expression became more grim, no matter how much she tries to run away from him but Jim is like a sticky bubble gum which is stuck with her and no matter how much she tries to remove him but he can't let go her.

She said inwardly looking at him with her eyes narrowed like she saw a joker or the king of idiots, 'he believes me? It turns out he is a chief fool!'

Jim waved his hand in front of her eyes and she came out of her thoughts. Looking at him in surprise like she just went to another world, "No, I'll take a bus ahead."

"You.." as Jim could say any further his lips were tightly sealed with her cold behaviour.

He lowered his gaze and thought that maybe he is not worthy in Tina's eyes but when his gaze raised upward to see her leaving, "Watch your step!" he noticed that Tina stepped on something and was about to fall on the ground and he immediately caught her in mid air before she could fell to the ground.

Moved her in his embrace and said in her ears in a caring manner and a worried tone, "I told you to be careful.."

Tina didn't replied and he was also silent, suddenly his hand touched a part of her body which made her blush and his cheeks became also red due to that touch.

A worried man, this hugging position and the blush on the girls face made all the peoples in the crowd think that something unusual is going on and the crowd started whispering.

The whispering was so loud that Tina and Jim could easily hear those chattings.

"What's going on over there?"

"Couple's quarrel?" one of the girl from the crowd whispered in her friends ear.

But Tina heard that girls words and her cheeks became more red, she got fl.u.s.tered and started struggling to get free from Jim's tight embrace. "Let me go! They are looking!"

It's not like everyday they stuck in this kind of situation and the whole crowd is supporting their relationship.

"Honey I'm sorry." instead of letting her go he embraced her again and said in a pleasant tone. As she continued with the act, "Forgive me okay?"

Listening jims words her mind gone blank, she thought inwardly. Is Jim gone mad? What is he saying out loudly in the middle of of a crowd.

Suddenly her eyebrows frowned downward making an angry expression and she figure out what is Jim doing she figure out that he is taking advantage of this situation.

The crowd started laughing on Jim and Tina's behaviour.

"Just forgive your boyfriend."

"Yeah."

One of the couple from the crowd said while laughing out loud.

"Enough!" Tina yelled loudly and stormed out from that place.

"Tina! Wait for me!" Jim also chased her.

After walking a dozen metres when she came out from the middle of that crowd she looked backward and saw Jim chasing her.

"I have something to tell you!" his breathing were heavy but his tone was very serious matching with his serious expression.

He caught her off guard and gently hold both of her soft hands "I was still stuck with what happened at the HotPot restaurant. It was my fault, I'm sorry, please forgive me."

The guilt in his tone and the pain in his eyes was clear to everyone and to her. "Tina, can you forgive me?"

Tina was at a loss of word, she thought that Jim was just fooling around with her but now she realise that he was deeply sad and guilty and just wanted to apologize.

'Does he still care about that?'

'Did he done all this for apologizing? Why bother..'

"Let bygones be bygones. Is it necessary to ask for forgiveness?" She shaked her hands off and turned around to leave.

Seeing her cold expression again he replied in a sad tone, "Yes."

"Okay" She stop moving and turn around when Jim saw her turning he thought that Tina is still angry and he will again see her cold expression when she face him but it was a shock for him because when Tina turn around there was not a cold expression on her face but a bright smile and forgiving aura, "I forgive you!"

Her voice was so gentle that it easily melt when entered in Jim's ears.

Jim was already at the verge of crying, his eyes were almost filled with tears, the forgiveness which he wanted for a long time and the guilt in his heart finally removed and he finally get her forgiveness.
