Trouble With The President

This is for me?" Tina was directly looking into his eyes which were filled with hopes. Tina was a little startled because Paiming's sudden proposal caught her off-guard.

"Yes you are my fiance now." He caught her shaking hands in the mid air and continued, "I don't have enough time to prepare a proper diamond ring." As he said this, a little embarrassment appeared on his face. "Can you accept this?"

The ring was so old fashioned and the diamond on the ring was also tiny so he thought that Tina might not like this ring this is the reason, why he was a little embarrassed. But her next sentence made the embarrassment on his face gradually disappear.

"But this is your mother's relic!"

Looking at her startled face he understood that she didn't think about the ring being old fashioned but she is thinking that the ring is very valuable and very precious to him because it was his mother's last momento.

"Tina don't refuse."

She couldn't resist Ming's hopefull eyes and kept her mouth shut. If other people see this they will just think that the guy is emotionally blackmailing her.

"My mother would like to see it on your hand." Then he held her hand and gently put that ring in her ring finger. The ring perfectly fit her finger, it seems like the ring was only made for her finger. Ming remember the memories when his mother also wear this ring when he was just a little kid and this ring was so precious for his mother.

"She must like you" remembering the memories of his mother he squeezed out this sentence.

Tina was staring at the ring which was shining on her slender finger. She didn't know that the ring would perfectly fit her finger which made her a little astonished.

"Thank you I will cherish this ring." She was so happy knowing that he trusted this ring to her which was also the last momento of his mother but she was also under the pressure that now she have to to take good care of this ring.

"Thank you too, now go to your work. Don't be late." Saying this, they bid farewell and then Tina dissapeared in the Chin headquarter's building.

Paiming didn't left to his work immediately but stood their and watched her back slowly fading from his eyesight.

"Ah!" But suddenly an immense pain appeared in his head, holding his head, he somehow stabled his footsteps.

'It hurts again... is it because I haven't had a good rest?!'

This pain isn't new for him, he always suffered from this pain in the past but as time went by, this pain only grew more instead of dissapearing.

'No I cannot rest now, I have a lot of work to do.' Saying inwardly he somehow managed to fully stablize his condition and after a few moments, this pain gradually reduced, ' I'd better hurry!' He immediately sit inside the car and dissapeared into the bustling road.

Not so far away from the Chin headquarter building, a girl was peeking from the side of a wall. She saw the whole thing, starting from Paiming giving ring to Tina to driving away.

She clenched her tiny fists and with a look dissapointment she squeezed out some words from her mouth, "Brother Siao...."

"What!? 100,000 bucks?"

A shout filled with anger can be heard from the office of Chin headquarters.

The office door had a name plate written [Chief Manager].

Inside the office, Yi Kuan was comfortably sitting on his chair and Tina shouted at him again, "It's just an intern position, so why should I have to pay 100,000 bucks! It's a blackmail."

A little from her shout, Yi Kuan tried to comfort her, "That's what the contract says, afterall your high salary are not for anything."

It was completely a blackmail but what can Yi Kuan do in this, his hands are bind from the contract and he also knew that if he do anything then Jim Chin will eventually fire him.

Tina didn't say anything and just glared at him, 'Damn!'

'What should I do? I can't get that much money in such a short amount of time!'

'How can I get out of here...'

Suddenly Paiming's face appeared in her mind 'Ask Paiming for help?'

'But can he afford 100,000 bucks?'

It'll be wrong to ask Paiming for such a huge amount and she also dosen't think that Paiming have that much money, but if she ask him, then he'll do everything to help her.

'No I can't ask him for help...'

'Ok, I'll take one step first!' She finally put all her thoughts together and made this decision, then asked in a calm tone, "So, what's my job?"

Yi Kuan scratched his face in an awkward manner, "Well..." after a small moment of silence he said with a fake happiness, "The assistant to the president!"

Tina's current thoughts were, 'No fluctuating in the mood, but I wanna punch someone.'

Although she expected her work to be something unusual but being that maniac's assistant was just like sending a lamb inside a Lion's den. Being his assistant means, she have to stay arround him for the whole working hours and she doesn't know what will he do to her.

"You need to clean up the CEO's office today, come-on!" Pointing at Jim Chin's office, Yi Kuan explained her work with an awkward smile on his face.

"Ha-ha" As usually Tina tried to act happy.

Pushing open the big door, she entered the room, 'It must be that damn perfect' sighing in disdain she understood Jim's plot against her but she can't fight back which made her completely helpless.

'I am glad that he's not here...'

Thinking all this, suddenly she had an idea and her eyes lit up again, "Want me to clean your office? I'll make a mess!"

Laughing like a little devil, she looked around. "Maybe I'll get fired in this way!"

And after just a few minutes, the room which was almost as clean as a renovated five star hotel's room is now complete in a mess.

The files are on the floor, some papers are scattered on the desk and she also through the garbage of dustbin on the floor. It was like a storm just passed away and left the office in a complete mess.

"Done!" She was so happy from her hard work, like she did hard work and now is satisfied from the outcome, "Ha-ha piss you off! Jim!"

Suddenly she felt cold at the back of her spine and her laughter stopped in the middle, and she heard a familiar voice from the back.

"Tina! Who are you gonna piss of?"
