On their way to the house, Yang Lan got to know about Luo An. He was a graduate student from Business Management and he was the only child of Old Luo.

They finally arrived at the place. The house was two-stories tall, the ground floor was wide and it had a large patio. It had a wall tall enough to cover what was at the ground floor and a large metal gate. The first floor had 3 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms.

Lou An opened the gate and they went in. "This house was built not long ago but the owner has to migrate overseas. That's why it's quite cheap."

Yang Lan nodded and looked at his surroundings with satisfaction. "This is great! I just need to do some renovations and I will be able to open soon."

Lou An smiled and said, "I'll give the owner a call and sign the papers at the office."

"Good! You do that. In the meantime I'll take a look at the house." With that said, Yang Lan separated from Luo An.

On the first floor, Yang Lan checked each of the bedroom and was very happy with it. He couldn't wait to move in. But this didn't last long. At that moment Lou An appeared with dejected look.

"Sorry Brother Lan, the owner said that someone has given him a good offer and it's going to sign the papers in 1h."

Yang Lan looked at him and hurriedly said, "There's still time! Let's meet the owner. I think we still have a chance." Both of them got on the car and went directly to the office.

"Brother Lan, the owner already said it. How will you convince him?" Lou An asked.

"Just trust me. The one who will sign that paper will be me." Yang Lan answered with resolute voice.

On their way to the office, Luo An's phone suddenly rang and within it a familiar voice sounded. "Hey Xiao An, how unlucky you are. The house you are visiting is about to be sold to my client, hahaha!" This voice belonged to Lin Dong, the man they met at the parking lot some time ago.

"It was you!! You are going overboard Lin Dong!" said Luo An with angry voice.

"Just a coincidence Xiao An. Who could have guess that my client also wanted that house? You should blame yourself for your bad luck." he said while laughing and hanged up.

"That bastard, he was doing it on purpose. I'm really sorry Brother Lan. If not for me this wouldn't happen." he said with an apologetic tone.

Yang Lan shook his head and said, "As I said, leave everything to me. In this world, anything I want, I'll take it."

The mini car parked and they both got out. They went to the 'Signing' room and found the owner. His name was Eric, he had features of both chinese and western people.

Yang Lan got near him, extended his hand and said, "Hello Mr. Eric, I'm Yang Lan. I'm really fond of your house and willing to pay more for it. Just name a price."

Eric shook hands with Yang Lan and said smiling, "Hello Mr. Yang, I heard from Luo An that you were very interested in my house. But just before he called, someone offered me a good price for it and I accepted it. I think it's better if we wait for the other party to appear and we all could talk."

Yang Lan smiled back but didn't say anything and just say on a empty chair.

After some time, the door opened and 2 people entered, a man and a woman. The man was Lin Dong and behind him was a beautiful woman. She was about 5'6 tall, had a 'S' like body and very smooth skin.

Yang Lan looked at her and was amazed at how beautiful she was, 'Wow' he thought. In his life he had never seen someone as beautiful as her.

The woman ignored the gazes of everyone in the room and said with soft voice to Eric, "Hello, my name is Song Lan."
