Morning Hotel

At the dining room, Yang Lan was having breakfast with good mood. He was eating peacefully until someone sat in front of him the smile on his face disappeared.

This was Jiang Jun again!

"Good morning Mr. Yang. You must be wondering why I'm here." he said

Yang Lan looked at him but didn't said anything.

Jiang Jun was a bit pissed so he went to the point, "The reason I came to find you is because of the car you bought. I'm interested in it. I'm willing to pay more for it."

"My car is mine and no one else. If you want one then find yourself one and by it somewhere else." Yang Lan said coldly. After saying those words, he stood up and left the table.

Jiang Jun was angry and slammed his fist on the table attracting the attention of everyone eating in the dining room.

Afterwards, Jiang Jun took his phone and made a call, "Bro Wei this is Xiao Jun. I need your help to teach someone a lesson."

On the other side of the phone, "Who dares to offend Young Master Jiang?" he said while laughing.

"It's just a little insect. He's currently staying at Morning Hotel. His name is Yang Lan."

"Don't worry, we'll have the jod done" this Bro Wei said and hanged up.

After having breakfast Yang Lan decided to visit the market. He had heard from Old Luo that there was a lot of interesting stuff being sold there. This piqued his interest.

He drove his new car to the market and arrived twenty minutes later. The place was bustling with people. There were of all kinds, old, young, etc.

After a few minutes of walking and looking around, he finally saw something interesting.

It was stone gambling!

He had read online that stone gambling was quite popular this days. One gamble could make an ordinary person wealthy and turn a rich person poor overnight.

"Hello little brother. I haven't seen you before. Are you new here?" a voice sounded behind him.

Yang Lan turned around and saw an old man. "Yes. I'm quite interested in stone gambling so I decided to try my luck."

The old man smiled and said, "Then do it moderately little brother. Don't lose all your money in your first try." After saying that the man left.

Yang Lan went near the stones and said in his mind, "Zero can you scan this stones and tell me which has jade inside."

A voice answered in his mind, [Yes master. Just point your watch to the stones and I'll scan them for you.] This voice was 'Zero' an Advance AI. It has the ability to search anything as it was connected to the virtual world of the Internet and was a very powerful hacker. Yang Lan found this AI on one of his missions. But that's another story for another time.

He then pointed his watch to the stones.

[Master I found a stone with jadeite inside. It's the one in the centre.]

He then took the stone which was the size of a human head and payed for it.

While paying, the man in charge asked him, "Mister would you like it to be cut?"

Yang Lan nodded, "Yes please." He then followed the manager.

At the same time, Yang Lan was being followed by two man with tattoos on their necks. Yang Lan as a former mercenary noticed this but didn't bother with it.

"This Yang Lan sure is lavish. He just arrived and the first stone he sees, he buys it." One if the man said.

"It's his money. He can do whatever he wants. Our job is just to teach him a lesson." And they continued following him silently

At the cutting room, there were dozens of people idling around. These was very common in stone gambling as they would wait for someone to cut open their stones and if it had jade inside they would buy it.

One of this people was the old man that gave Yang Lan an advice minutes ago. When he saw Yang Lan walking inside, he got close to him and said, "Little brother you came. Did you buy a stoen?"

Yang Lan nodded and said, "Yes, this is my first time so I hope it's not a dud." Even though he already knew there was jade inside, he didn't want to 'show off'.

The old man laughed and slapped his back, "Hahaha, little brother I wish you luck."

Now it was Yang Lan's stone turn to be cut.

Yang Lan stood there expressionless and when it was finished cutting, he revealed a smile.

Everyone in the room was shocked, even the two man following Yang Lan. The reason was simple, his stone had jade inside. But not any type of jade, it was an blood imperial jade! The rarest type of jade that exist. According to the stone's size, Yang Lan's jade was valued in the tens of millions!

(A.N: I'm just making up everything LMAO. I don't know if it really exist this type of jade)
