Uchiha's Butterfly

"Heh" Kaname laughed lightly.

"What has happened Kana-chan?" Anko asked.

"Fū-chan woke up, she hugged my clone to death" she replied while feeding the blonde boy his supper.

"How can you hug someone to death?"

"She is petite but packs a nice punch in those muscles of hers" Kaname created another clone and sent it back to the hospital.

"Kana-chan!" Pakura interrupted them.

"What's up Paku-chan?"

"Hokage-sama and Kazekage-sama ask for you two to meet with them"

"Sure" Kaname replied.

"I'm sorry Kana-chan" Pakura said leading them to the Kazekage's office.

"Eh? For what?"

"For Maki-chan's rage and almost killing one of your students, I heard what has happened it was a simple misunderstanding on her part, what's more, Maki told me what you did for her as well. Thanks for that, without your help, she wouldn't be able to take part in the exams"

"Not a problem, but I will do the same for the last finalist, I want to see how she does against another opponent"

"Good, I wouldn't allow her to win the exams so easily" Pakura replied with an evil smile on her face.

"So why were we called?" Anko asked.

"Not sure, they were debating behind the closed doors. Ready?" the green-haired woman asked stopping them before the office door.

*Knock-knock*

"Enter!" Rasa's voice replied.

"You called for us Hokage-sama"

"Yes, Kana-chan, Anko-chan I have a small job for you. After a short debate, we decided to go with my plan, I would like both of you to find the Kumo's team in Suna and deliver them our message before we publish it and prepare the second part of the finals tomorrow."

"Easy-peasy Jiji" Anko replied.

"Good, you talked with their jōnin before Kana-chan, that's why I decided for you two to pass our verdict" Sarutobi said with a calm smile.

"As you wish Hokage-sama. Naruto-chan, stay with my clone, Paku-chan do you know which hotel the team occupies?" Kaname instantly took command.

"The one closest to the northeast gate"

"Thanks, Anko-chan let's go" Kaname created a clone and left Naruto with it.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Pakura asked.

"Thanks, but no. Too many ninjas could be taken as an attack"

Twenty minutes later they found a small hotel, on the balcony, sat the jōnin Kaname met yesterday.

"Hello Toroi-san" Kaname and Anko shunshined in front of him.

"It's you, let me guess a message from Kages?" the man asked.

"Yeah, We have got good and bad news for you and your team"

"Like always, shoot…" he replied.

"We will not take any repercussions against you nor your team for bringing one of the jinchūrikis into the village, but Yugito-chan will be disqualified from taking part in further exams. Get Darui ready for tomorrow, he fights in the semi-finals." Kaname explained.

"Heh, could be worse…"

"In my opinion, Yugito-chan is more than ready to get the chūnin vest, she would plow through any opposition, saying that is she here? I would love to talk with her" Kaname asked.

"If you're 'the red-eyed demoness from the pits of hell that made much stronger jinchūriki faceplant before your feet' as she called her last meeting with you, she is most likely hiding somewhere under the bed right now, hehehe" he cackled evilly.

"Yep, that's our Kana-chan in her full glory" Anko deadpanned behind Kaname's back.

"Hey! I'm still here"

"Thank you for the info Konoha shinobi. We will accept Kage's decision, I will also iterate your opinion in the report when my leader will decide if Yugito-chan is ready for her promotion" he bowed his head in thanks.

"Not a problem Toroi-san"

"Can I ask for your name young kunoichi? You never told me who you are" he asked politely.

"I'm Kaname Uchiha, this is Anko Mitarashi"

"You mean the-"

"*Sigh* I don't like my nickname" Kaname interrupted him.

"Heh, I imagined someone… else, under such a nickname "

"I will work it out Toroi-san. I'm not sure we will meet again tomorrow, so have a safe trip and goodbye"

"Bye old-man!" Anko waved her hand.

"Goodbye Anko-san, Kaname-san"

The next day Kaname found the arena completely renovated, yesterday's craters and fractures were wiped out.

"Hmm, I see they have many earth natured shinobis in Sunagakure" Kaname said under her breath.

"Yeah, they have more of them then we do in Konoha, still the most earth users are found in Iwa" Hokage explained in his fatherly voice.

"So which village will win? Suna has an unfair advantage, Darui and Shisui have to fight each other first" Anko asked.

"It's their turf and their rules Anko-chan. How much can you heal one of them if you have to do it in fifteen minutes Kana-chan?"

"In fifteen? Most bruises and cuts, maybe recover a broken bone or two. It all depends on how much damage both of them will deal to each other."

"Okay, I give you my permission to leave my side after the semi's and use your full power on healing the competitors before the finals. Now we should head to the Kage's terrace" Hokage ordered.

"Ladies and gentlemen, after yesterday's events we will witness only two fights this day. For the only semi-finals, Darui from Kumo will fight with Shisui from Konoha!" A loud voice of Baki announced.

"Hey Kana-chan, does Shisui know you're here?" Anko asked.

"Hard to say, Hayate-kun did not see me. Maybe he heard that I stopped Fū's rampage, we were hidden from his sight all the time"

"Eh? How did Hayate-kun did not see you? You were healing his hand!"

"Heh, I knocked him out before he knew what is going on"

"Why the secrecy?"

"No reason, it's funnier that way" Kaname answered with a smile.

"*Sigh* You knocked a would-be chūnin without him being able to react. It's easier said than done Kana-chan. I would say your skills are way above the pay grade of tokūbetsu jōnin" Anko sighed.

"Hmph, Kaname is on my level and I'm easily a jōnin to Anbu rank in Sunagakure" Pakura commented.

"Sasa rocks!"

"Yeah, I do. Now let's watch the fight"

(POV Change: Shisui)

"Good luck Shisui" dark-skinned boy said.

"Thanks, you too Darui. I hoped we ended up dueling from the first round"

"Heh, me too" he charged at me, only thanks to my eyes I was able to dodge his sword slash. Then I heard a distinct sound of electricity coming from his swordless hand, I luckily shunshined away, making my afterimage suffer the electrocuting.

"<Katon: Kyodai Kakyū no Jutsu>!" (Fire Release: Gigantic Fire Ball Technique)

My vision was filled with flames, Kaname-san's jutsus do their work really well, it's would be impossible to fill half of this stadium in flames with the standard fireball, but damn it takes a lot of chakra.

I saw a movement coming from the corner of my eyes, almost directly above me.

"<Raiton: Yari>!" (Lightning Release: Spear)

(AN: I will make Kaname learn how to use jutsus without hand seals and screaming the name of the techniques … it's way cringy, gives your enemy heads up, and most OP chars don't do that either way, at least not for the weaker techniques :-P)

I barely dodged the fast-moving bolt of lightning, but the shockwave from it hitting the ground got to me. Before I was able to stand back up Darui was right next to me slashing with his katana. Shit, according to the teacher I suck at kenjutsu, I blocked the strike with my kunai, but before I was able to flicker away I felt a strong kick delivered into the right side of my ribcage.

Looking at Darui I saw his chakra concentrating onto his sword, there is no blocking that with a simple kunai. If a simple fire doesn't work then you're simply not using enough of it, right? I shunshined behind my opponent's back way above the arena. After seven hand seals the jutsu was ready.

"<Katon: Gōka Messhitsu>!" (Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction)

Breathing out a sea of fire I saw Darui quickly hiding deep underground before the conflagration got to him. Hmm, right I should use my enemy against himself! I quickly cut the chakra that kept the flames up and copied Darui's technique hiding in the ground. I can't use more than one shadow clone but it should be enough, I left my clone at this spot and slowly traversed the underground heading to the middle of an area.

When Darui jumped out of the ground he started shooting his lightning spears all around the fighting grounds trying to flush me out. My clone showed himself and with the Sharingan copied his jutsus one after the other canceling each projectile out. A couple of seconds later I found myself hidden underground two steps behind my enemy, it's now or never.

Slowly and silently I crawled myself out and flickered to Darui, putting the first kunai to his throat and second pressed to his heart.

"Eh?" he asked perplexed filling the cold steel pressed to his body.

"Good fight Darui"

"Heh, good fight. I give up!" he announced.

"The winner is Shisui Uchiha from Konohagakure!" Baki ended the fight.

"Damn you're the fastest shinobi I ever fought Shisui. When we meet the next time I will have my rematch"

"Wouldn't have it any other way. You kick like a mule Darui, I think something broke, hehe"

We finished the duel with a handshake before the medics lead us for the check-up. Leaning on the wall of the medical room I was waiting for the lead medic to ask me to enter it. I looked at Darui, I saw his sight venture above me, his eyes got larger in fright, and I felt someone trying to catch the back of my neck. Flickering away I threw a kunai towards the now empty spot, as it left my hand it vanished from my sight.

'F.u.c.k, he is way faster than me!' At this moment I saw my kunai dangling in front of my face held by a female's hand.

"Hehe, you have gotten faster Shisui-kun"

"Kaname-san?" I immediately recognized the voice.

"Yo!" she imitated Kakashi-san's greeting, knowing that it pissed me off every time I was sparring against him.

"You know each other?" asked Darui with his sword in hand.

"It was a good fight. But there is no time for talking, get in both of you and take off your shirts I need to examine you" she ordered, fl.u.s.tering Darui making him blush with her words.

"*Sigh* I will have a headache before the finals start…" I murmured entering the room.

A soldier pill later, and recovering two of my ribs I was ready for my finals in my almost prime condition.

"Okay, thanks Kaname-san! Darui have fun, I need to go"

"Wait! Don't leave me alone!" Darui shouted at me, his blush went all the way to his ears.

'*Sigh* Kaname-san is all business when she gets into her medic-mode, she doesn't even notice how she makes everyone fl.u.s.tered around her. But it's hard for all of us ninjas to be touched and examined by a beautiful kunoichi barely above our age…F*cking hormones'

(AN: They're 12 years-old boys… While Kaname is 14 looking closer to 16-17)

"Nah, I see you are enjoying it. Cya!" I waved my hand.

"Good luck Shisui-kun, I will watch your fight. Don't bore me with it" My teacher said.

"Yes, yes. I know you don't like to be bored, I will see what can I do" With those words I left the room hearing Darui's scream before the doors closed.

"TRAITOR!!"

Fifteen minutes later I was flung into the air by a piece of cloth, deflecting the shuriken thrown by Maki-chan with my kunai I shunshined back to the ground. After the fight with Darui and intense two minutes against Maki-chan, I was starting to get tired now, but the worst part was this intense stare I felt coming somewhere from Kage's terrace.

'Shit, I can't get through her defense. Gekko had a lucky shot, now her defense does not have any weak points…'

The stare intensified when I was standing and brainstorming my next move.

'*Sigh* If I can't power through the cloth, then I should try to surpass it with speed…' I started to flicker away all over the arena leaving mine after images. At the same time, Maki attacked every after image I left that was near her. Luckily the expanding cloth left a small window of opportunity for me. Jumping through the scarcely opened dome of rotating material I was finally able to counter-attack.

"<Katon: Tsumabeni Ayaku>!" (Fire Release: Nail Crimson Crow Leap)

Delivering five fast consecutive punches Maki was launched through her cloth shield I sent a flame-infused kunai behind her, I watched her snorting at me when she intercepted my kunai with her own causing the small explosion too far away to hurt her, I immediately understood what's going on, looking around me I saw a dome of cloth closing in on me from every side.

I barely dodged the full-body biding by flickering away.

"*Wheeze* Good fight Maki-chan. Ready for round two?" I readied my kunai.

"Hehe, bring it on Shisui-kun"

(Pov change)

Kaname was watching her student and taking notes where should she help him further.

"So want to bet who will win Kana-chan?"

"Nah Paku-chan. Shisui-kun is hardly holding up, while Maki-chan is barely sweating at the moment. What's with this cloth I never knew it could be so resistant?"

"Normally it isn't, it gives just a minimal dose of protection for the typical cloth manipulator, but Maki-chan is a genius in its use. We could easily overpower her, but she will become one hell of a kunoichi in several years"

"Probably you're right, either way, she had a good teacher. So congrats for your student winni-"

"The winner of this year's Sunagakure exams is Maki!" Baki's loud voice interrupted Kaname.

"... winning the tournament"

"Thanks Kana-chan" Maki outshouted the cheering crowd.

"Hokage-sama, when do you want to begin the return trip?"

"We will go in a couple of hours, I want to hit the main desert when the sun sets, it should give us a direction and some warmth until we hit the forests" old man explained.

"Okay, and you Kazekage-san. It's the last chance for me to examine your youngest son, are you sure you don't want me to do it?"

"I see Pakura trusts you. But I can not allow someone outside of my village to examine the seal we hold-" Rasa started.

"barely" Kaname slipped the word making his eyelid twitch.

"- the Bijū captive. Thank you for your offer but the answer is still no" he answered.

"I will not insist, a freebie for you, from my brief observation of Gaara-kun, he is on the brink of a meltdown with the way he is treated a small spark can set the Ichibi out. I hope you're ready for that." Kaname turned around her heel and returned to Anko and Pakura.

"Paku-chan I suppose you want to talk with Maki-chan right?"

"Yeah, I heard you're returning to Konoha in several hours?" Pakura asked.

"Yeah, I have to talk with Fū-chan before that"

"Okay, I will kick Maki-chan's a.s.s a couple of times before the win gets into her head, and will be right back with you"

"Naruto-chan, want to meet Fū-oneechan? I believe you will have many many topics to talk about when you grow up"

"Eh? But Sasa is my sister"

"Hehe, I will explain it to you someday. Anko you coming?"

"Sure"

Five hours later Kaname was getting ready for the return trip.

"Hayate-kun and Shisui-kun you will be my transport mules for the duration of the trip back, that's an order of a higher-ranked ninja!" Anko commanded jokingly.

"Anko-chan, they have got their own equipment to carry, but being so eager you can take mine" Hokage replied.

"Guh, okay you did not see me here…" Anko flickered away.

"Hokage-sama, I hope you don't mind I talked with Pakura-chan about a certain topic"

"What now Kana-chan?"

"It's hard to imagine but I do not believe that Kazekage is a good leader. I promised Pakura-chan that there is always a place for her in Konoha damn the consequences" she explained.

"Hmm, it could potentially worsen our relationsh.i.p.s with Suna, but I would never close my doors before someone that needs my help Kana-chan"

"Good, Fū-chan promised to visit Konoha as well"

"*Sigh* There is no boring day with you is there Kana-chan?"

"That's one of my positives" Kaname smirked.

"Okay let's go people! Today, I and Kana-chan are on the front, we will change the formation when we reach the Land of Fire. Move out!" he ordered.

With a quick stop in two oases, they reached the forest line signaling they crossed the border, the trip took them eight hours, two hours less than the trip to Sunagakure, this time they did not get attacked by a sandstorm.

"Anko-chan with me, Kana-chan protect our backs, Hayate and Shisui in the middle" he ordered.

With a quick reshuffle, they entered the forest. Three hours later the sun slowly started to rise in the east, its eternal road on the sky was eclipsed by a small grassy hill. With her Sharingan active Kaname noticed two cloaked silhouettes on top of it watching their every move, she felt the activation of chakra coming from the top of the hill coming right at Hokage and Anko.

"SHIT! IT'S AN ATTACK! DODGE!!!" she yelled out.

Kaname saw a black translucent square box instantly trap Hokage and Anko inside. Snake kunoichi tried to hit at the barrier but got zapped and instantly downed, Kaname saw Hokage examining her and giving Kaname a thumbs up hand sign. Before she was able to check the seals a massive ball of fire interrupted her.

In front of the barrier stood two men in black cloaks with red clouds, Kaname instantly recognized them both from the bingo book as S class threat.

"Akai Chinoike the Blood Manipulator and Kakuzu the Immortal, to what do I owe the disp.l.e.a.s.u.r.e of meeting you two?" she asked hiding Naruto behind her back.
