I went to school today. I thought about the issue with Raynare and I think I know about the situation. It seems like someone from Grigory is ordering Raynare to do these things against her will. But I can't think of any bad guy on Grigory who would do this, except foe one person. Yes, that guy must be responsible foe all this. The bell rang and my thoughts got interrupted. I started walking towards home. I went to thatpark to investigate. But then a certain fallen angel appeared. It's Dohnaseek.

Dohnaseek: How unlucky! For you to meet me that is.

Issei: What does a fallen angel want with me?

Dohnaseek: So, you know what I am even though I haven't shown my wings. It seems that you rather know about us.

Issei: You are Dohnaseek, aren't you? I'm not just an ordinary human.

Dohnaseek: It seems you even know my name. I should kill you.

He then throws a light spear at me. I destroy the spear with the power of my eyesight. He was shocked. He threw multiple light spears and also charged at me with a light spear. I shatter all the spears with my eyesight, including the speae in his hand. I grabbed his neck with one hand and lifted him in the air with my strength.

He started begging me for his life while choking. I shrugged off his words and let him go. He immediately flys away. But I couldn't let him go so easily. I immediately appeared in front of him using teleportation and used flying magic to fly in the air. I look at him with cold eyes and grip on his head. He screamed out of pain.

Issei: Why are you screaming? I'm not even trying, but you still feel pain. You're a loser. Weak and pathetic. And you wanted to kill me? Hahaha. What a joke! Die!!

His face becomes pale and as his eyes are filled with fear. My emotionless gaze filled fear deep in his soul. I tighten my grip on his head just a little bit. His head immediately bursts, as his skull is crushed and is brain has turned to minced meat. I go home.

Rias's POV

I was in the clubroom reading books. Suddenly my Koneko called me. I teleport to her with Akeno. After arriving there I see that a Issei has encountered a male fallen angel. I already know that yesterday a female fallen angel using the alias Yuuma Amano tried to kill Issei, because they think of him as a threat. I don't know how Issei managed to survive. Bur he encountered a fallen angel today as well. I told Akeno and Koneko to be ready. Issei needs our help.

But I saw that Issei scared the fallen angel. But when the fallen angel was running away Issei suddenly appeared in front of him. Issei then grabbed his head and squeezed it. As a result, the fallen angel's head burstlike a balloon. He then went away. I am shocked to see that he's so powerful.

Rias: Wow! He is definity strong. I've never seen such a strong human before.

Akeno: He squeezed that fallen angel's head like it was nothing at all.

Koneko: I think he might be able to go toe to toe with me. We should make him a part of our peerage.

Akeno: I think that's right Rias.

Rias: You're both right. Let's offer him to join our peerage tomorrow at school. Inform Kiba about it as well.

Koneko/Akeno: Understood.

Issei POV

Today I woke up early in the morning and came to the school as usual. The girls are fawning over me and the boys are cursing me as usual. It's almost time for the break. The bell rang and a boy came to our class. He is a handsome young man with short blond hair, blue eyes and a mole underneath his left eye. It's Kiba. Kiba is called the Prince of Kuoh due to his good looks by the girls. But now the girls aren't attracted to him. I was also given a nickname by the girls, Crowned Prince of Kuoh.

Kiba approaches me and called me.

Kiba: Hello, my name is Yuuto Kiba. It's nice to meet you.

Issei: It's a p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e to meet you, Kiba. My name is Issei Hyoudou.

Kiba: The p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e is all mine. Could you please come with me? Our President wants to have talk with you.

Issei: Sure, let's go.

I go with Kiba to the Occult Research Club. Kiba opens the door. I can see Rias sitting on her chair. Akeno is serving her tea and Koneko is sitting on a couch and eating an ice cream. They notice me and Kiba. I enter inside the club room. Kiba closes the door and stands beside a couch. Rias calls me.

Rias: Hello, I'm the President of the Occult Research Club. I'm Rias.

Akeno: I'm the Vice President of this club. My name is Akeno Himejima.

Koneko: I'm a member of this club. The name's Koneko.

Kiba: I'm also a member of this club.

Issei: Wow! The Great Ladies of Kuoh, the Famous Koneko and the Prince of Kuoh are members of this club. So, what do you want with me?

Rias: I want you to join our club.

Issei: Alright, I've no problem.

Rias: I also want you to become my servant.

Issei: You want me to become your servant, Rias Gremory. Why would the heiress to the Gremory clan want me as a member of her peerage?

Issei: You can make a master-servant contract with me.

Akeno: What's a master-servant contract?

Rias: It's a contract where a devil can form a pact with another devil or a another being. Here, one of them will become the master and the other will become the servant. The servant must follow the master's all orders and mustn't betray him. Otherwise a curse will activate and kill the servant.

Koneko: Then why don't you form a master-servant pact with Issei.

Rias: I can, but it's not used. Since the servant won't be reincarnated as a devil. But they are included in a peerage too. So do you really want to forge this pact with me Issei?

Issei: Yes, I do.

Rias: Then let's begin the preparation for the contract ritual.

Then everyone started preparing for the ritual. And after a while the preparations were complete. The ritual would take place at night.
