The next day....

Rias and her peerage trained for the day. They were all excited for the main event tonight. Koneko had been behaving strangely for some reason. She has been behaving anxiously and nervously. Issei understood that she must have detected Kuroka in the surroundings. Koneko learned the truth from Issei, but that doesn't change the fact that Koneko is meeting Kuroka after a long time. She simply doesn't know how to face her sister.

Issei consoled Koneko that everything would be fine. Then it was evening. Everyone got dressed in their best outfits. Kiba wore a black tuxedo, while the girls all wore beautiful gowns according to their hair color. Shuri, Ophis, Suzaku, Tiamat, Kateria stayed in Issei's pocket dimension with the Nekos.

Issei wore a red shirt and a black jacket over it and also wore black jeans. He pulled the sleves of his jacket a bit below his elbows. Then all of them flew to their destination, the convention hall for the Young Devils Gathering. All of them arrived in the waiting were the opening ceremony of the Young Devils Gathering would be held.

After reaching the place, all of them looked around. All of them separated to enjoy and view the place. Issei was walking around the hall. He noticed Sirzechs, Azazel, Serafall, Ajuka and Falbium together talking with each other. Other members of Grigory also arrived and were greeted by the four Satans. Michael would also come here at any moment.

While Issei was walking, he witnessed a commotion. Two young Devils were quarrelling amongst each other. One was a beautiful green haired and red eyed lady with an hourlass figure; while the other one was a green haired man with green eyes and tattoos on his face. The lady was Seekvaira Agares, while the man was Zephrydor Glasya-Labolas. Zephrydor was mocking Seekvaire about her v.i.r.g.i.n.i.t.y.

Issei couldn't watch a damsel in distress, so he stood in front of Seekvaira. The two devils were surprised to see this youth. They didn't know who this man was. They were confused.

"Would you stop insulting her?"

"Who are you? Why did you interfere?" Zephrydor asked with a look of annoyance.

"I am Issei Hyoudou. Does the name ring any bells?"

Instantly both their expressions changed. Issei Hyoudou. That name recently became very popular in the underworld. It was said that this boy was a member of Rias Gremory's peerage. They heard that this youth killed one of the leaders of Grigori, Kokabiel , a ten winged fallen angel very easily and the boy had also defeated the White Dragon Emperor.

"As for why I interfered, you are causing a commotion. Also I can't stand to watch a girl be insulted."

"Huh! So you're that by who we've all been hearing about. Besides, I didn't say anything wrong. It's funny that she's a v.i.r.g.i.n, even after becoming a teenager. Hahaahah"

"What's so funny about it?! Asshole!!" said Seekvaira.

"I agree. What's wrong with being a v.i.r.g.i.n? Not everyone's a ho like you."

"What the f.u.c.k did you say to me?!!"

"He didn't say anything wrong. He is right."

Issei and Seekvaira didn't say anything. Someone else said that. A brown haired and purple eyes youth with a muscular build could be seen walking towards them.

"Who said that?!!"

"Me."

Looking behind, Zephrydor saw the man who was standing behind him. It was the heir it the Bael clan, Sairaorg Bael.

"Stop causing a commotion here, Zephrdor."

"I ain't interested in talking to some incompetent Bael shit!"

Those were his last words as Sairaorg punched Zephrydor in the stomach knocking him out and sending him flying. But his body was headed towards Seekvaire. Issei punched Zephrydor in the face breaking all his teeth and jaws and sending him smashing into the wall with such force that a lot of his bones must have got broken. Seeing this, a smirk grew on Sairaorg's face. It seems that the talks about Rias's new peerage members weren't just rumours. Sairaorg could feel that this boy could go toe to toe with him.

"I didn't need your help, I can take good care of myself. But still thank you for what you did." Seekvaira said to Issei.

"No, it's fine. Your words are sharp but you're quite cute" Issei said to her. Seekvaira began blushing as her cheeks went red. No one ever called her cute, she was called beautiful, gorgeous, hot but this was the first time being called cute. But for some reason, it felt familiar.

Issei then introduced himself to Seekvaire and Sairaorg. He became friends with the both of them. They weren't as haughty and arrogant as Zephrydor. Both of them challenged Issei and showed their eagerness to fight against him in a rating game. He accepted their challenge and promised to give them a good fight.

After that, Issei again began walking when suddenly two magic circles appeared on ground. From one came Michael, while from the other appeared two people. It was a beautiful tall lady with silver-white hair, aqua eyes and a voluptuous figure. Behind her was an old man with long grey air and a long grey beard. They were Rossweisse and Odin.

Odin was greeted by Michael, Azazel greeted Odin in a casual way, while Sirzechs greeted him in a formal manner. All of them started talking about the peace agreement and what not. They were discussing several different things. Sirzechs called forth all the young devil's to meet Odin.

Rias and her peerage including Issei also went to greet Odin.

"It's nice to meet you, Lord Odin. My name is Rias Gremory and these are members of my peerage." One by one everyone introduced themselves to Odin, and then it came Issei's turn.

"Nice to meet you. My name's Issei Hyoudou."

"Oh I heard about you. You are he one who killed Kokabiel and also defeated the White Dragon Emperor. You are definitely strong."

"I'm pretty sure, I can even go toe to toe with you."

Everyone gasped with shock. What was Issei saying?! Odin is the chief Norse God. He is a total powerhouse in his own league. Defeating him is extremely tough

"You sure seem confident kid."

"Even though I only fight with my fists and magic, that surely does mean that I don't have one or two Trump cards up my sleeve. Anyway, please note that I'm not trying insult you. I apologize if you though I was showing disrespect."

"For a human, you sure have the manners that even most Noble devils don't have. Alright let's begin the opening ceremony."

But then a magic circle appeared in the air and out of it appeared the son of Odin. Loki had come here.
