The capital was an enormous city, perhaps twice as big as Darkage, which was already considerably bigger compared to the others. It once flourished as a beautiful capital of the country, the royal family lived in its huge castle, and there was a large noble district where the nobles lived as well.

The city was so beautiful that it barely had any red-light districts, it was a place mostly reserved for the wealthy, and anybody from other cities always came here to sell and buy food, items, and other materials.

It once enjoyed a rich economy and was well known to be in a much better position economically than the Goldriver Kingdom…

But it was all torn apart. The Demons arrived out of nowhere, burning the forests and smaller villages. The nobles did not care, only sending the bare minimum soldiers to see how things were.

Their own conceited and relaxed personalities ended becoming their greatest curse, and the best possible asset the demons needed for their invasion to be successful.

Backed by rebellious nobles that ended working together with the demon cultists, Silvertide Kingdom slowly, yet steadily, declined.

The surrounding cities gave in, and once Silvershield was invaded and its noble family tortured and slaughtered in front of the captured citizens, and then eaten alive by the Demon Lords, all hell broke loose.

But it was too late now, too late to do anything. The soldiers and knights put in the front were overwhelmed by thousands of demons, tens of thousands of them.

The nobles escaped, some to distant lands, others stayed and fought, only to die pitifully or be captured. The King and the Queen, as their entire castle was set ablaze, left their two children to their strongest knights, who escaped to the distant lands of the Darkage Territory, where they've been kept safe.

The capital was taken down in just a day, burned to the ground, and only the castle was left truly standing, a giant demon, never seen before overwhelmed every knight and soldier, every hero that the Kingdom had… With an almighty strength and the wrathful power of a being beyond the human's comprehension, he destroyed it all.

"This shall be my throne now."

With those words, the Demon Overlord sat down, overseeing what he had done, and smiled pridefully and joyfully. More territory meant more strength, more strength meant he was getting closer to break through his seal.

"If I can keep expanding my territory and my army across most of these lands, I'll be able to gain even more energy as a result." Satan thought as he smiled.

"Congratulations on your first conquest, Satan~"

FLAAASH!

And right in that moment, the manifestation of another Archdemon appeared, resembling a seductive and beautiful demoness, a Demon Lord Succubus who carried her master's voice with her.

"Lilith…" Satan's vessel glared at the Succubus.

"Don't forget that you wouldn't had been able to accomplish this without my help, dear." She smiled, slowly floating over the huge muscular Oni-like demon, resting her delicate arms over his huge shoulders. "Don't let it get into your head, I'm getting a share too~"

"I know." Sighed Satan. "You may have half of the territory, as we talked…" Sighed Satan. "But after you fully take over it… Don't you dare come annoying me; we'll go back to how we started!"

"Yes, yes~ Sure thing." Lilith giggled, suddenly sitting over Satan's legs, and gently caressing his chin. "Though, don't you miss me a bit~? I miss you. How about we go back to how we used to be back then? You and me… together, to conquer it all?"

Satan's vessel suddenly felt slightly infatuated by her charm, the Archdemon of Lust was such a powerfully beautiful woman that she had conquered the hearts of even her fellow Archdemons as well.

"We're over with that." Satan said, quickly yet gently moving her away from him. "You only wanted me because you needed power, and my troops! You never truly… loved me." Satan sighed. "I was just an idiot for believing your sweet words. Just because I am not the smartest doesn't mean I won't realize your schemes, woman!"

"Tch…" Lilith clicked her tongue. "Oh well, not even for a little fun you're willing~ So boring, I'll get going… See ya, Satan."

"Yeah, yeah…" Satan waved his hand, as Lilith disappeared. "Urgh, this woman…"

Although the threat of Lilith was still in his mind, Satan continued his rule as he slowly kept growing his troops over the years, his army continued to expand across the territory, and surprisingly, the humans did little to fight against him.

They were all busy dealing with the other armies coming from the north and were incapable of spending resources of saving just a single Kingdom, creating a golden opportunity for the Archdemons to begin an invasion from within the very core of the continent.

With Lilith expanding to the other side, their combined armies already reached the last territory, the last city, and slowly, and eventually, they would be taken down…

He went as far as using tricky tactics, something he usually didn't like, capturing their leader and keeping him alive as a hostage, so the tenacious citizens of Darkage would give up already.

Yet, in the moments when he thought this entire territory was finally going to be his in a few more days… They arrived.

The Summoned and his friends, a party that had already slain Beelzebub and destroyed his tower, to the surprise of many.

Led by their sworn enemy, the very one that was in fault for the Archdemons current sealed state!

In just a couple of days, the entire war was changed. The three cities were recovered, and all the demons taking over them were slain, including the annoying demon cultists that Lilith had brought along.

Yet instead of feeling frustrated, Satan felt… joy.

"Amusing." Laughed Satan. "So you've grown quite strong after all, Asmodeus!"

He stood up above the castle's rooftop, glancing at his army assembling, not only inside the city but outside, thirty thousand demons, armed and ready, were now awaiting the return of Satan's sworn enemy, someone so incredibly strong he even admired!

"I wonder what you will do in this situation, can you truly face me, Asmodeus?" He laughed. "Will you appear from the skies? The ground? From below?"

Much like Christine, Satan simply decided to sit and await, his confidence was overwhelming, and he was justified, the power that his vessel held was enough to easily kill Rank 5 Spirit Masters, who were protecting this Kingdom's capital before.

He had easily destroyed their pathetic spirits and crushed their skulls and bones into smithereens with his bare hands… To him, all humans were feeble little insects he could destroy easily.

And he gained even more confidence knowing Asmodeus now held the body of a human, instead of being a powerful Vampire!

"You might have been able to defeat those pitiful insects, but it will be much different this time against me!" Satan laughed. "I can't wait to crush the skulls of your "friends", and bathe in their blood so-"

BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOOMMM!!!

"Huh?!"

But before he could even finish his words, Satan's eyes were filled with disbelief as he saw the demon army he had gathered within the inside of the walls exploding, as if bombs were coming out of nowhere!
