Rawlf couldn't understand as why he had gone to this extent just to make a 'meeting' with this little enchantress. All he knows and ever wanted was to indulged himself with her, make her his possession.

He was a very ruthless and cold-blooded businessman and he's very much aware of that. He is a genius and his intelligence qoutient is far higher than Einstein by 30%. Rocket Science, Engineering, Architecture and Economics is nothing but pieces of peanut for him and yet here he is, doing all these unimaginable stupid stuff just to create this accidental meeting. He can still recall how he had been after she dissappeared out of a sudden five years ago. He had gone irrational just to find her and even abused his powerful force and yet, it bears nothing. But irrational he maybe just to find her, he was also very careful not to leak this pursuit as it will endanger her if his enemies lurking in the shadows ever find out.That's why he decided to overturn the whole Country P so that he could control it and by this, he could protect her from any harm if he ever find her.

'Veronica,Veronica,Veronica' , he thought as he continued to ravaged her lips and mouth with his kisses. This intense scene continued for a little longer until Veronica suddenly pushed him. Fear crept on him. 'No, I won't let you get away from me', something in his mind shouted. He was about to kiss her once again when she put her finger on his lips. 'My room'.

Veronica was trembling not because of fear but of intense d.e.s.i.r.e she felt for him, for the magnanimous Rawlf Gutierrrez. She realized what happened between them five years ago was not because she was younger and got easily attracted to a very handsome and powerful man but she, as she is, is wholly attracted to the very existence of this man. 'Heaven forbid, I am a very selfish mother and l.u.s.tful kind of woman'. Veronica was conflicted at the thought of her twins. Meanwhile, her twins' father was already indulging himself and her by how he kept on kissing her neck. Him sitting at the edge if her bed, her, stradding him on his l.a.p. Veronica frowned when she realized that how Rawlf aggressively kissed her earlier in the hallway was the very contrary as to how he softly kissed and nimbled her neck and ear and lips. 'You sober up?'

Instead of replying, Rawlf s.u.c.k.e.d on her neck instead. Veronica flinched at the passing pain but relaxes when he licked and kissed it in a feathery touch to sooth it after. 'I think your Secretary is back and could've been looking for you.'

Rawlf stopped and looked at her. 'He's my secretary for many reasons and one of those is his quick understanding of the situation.'

'Wow, I just made myself pretty available for his boss, huh.'

Rawlf did not respond because he finds it hard to explain to her.

Hurt crept on Veronica's heart. 'Well indeed, I made myself very much available for him five years ago and I seemed to have grown this habit four years later. Wow!..... But I'll be only staying here for a week so maybe I'll just consider this as a reward for my hard work here.' Veronica tried to rationalize her irrational action.

'I have missed you.' Rawlf said as he sudenly lifted her off his l.a.p and laid her on the bed.

This time, his hands were over her blouse's button. Veronica was still shocked hearing what he said. 'He missed me? The magnanimous Rawlf Sy missed me?! No, does that mean he remembered me?' Veronica was about to confirm this but was halted when she realized that he successfully took off of her bra and was now fondling her two mounds. Heat rushed through Veronica's face seeing as how Rawlf look at her and her b.a.r.e upper body with a predatory gaze.

Veronica was left speechless. Yes, she might have been an expert with martial arts and guns and had seen the dark and twisted world of the underworld but this, this situation right here is very different. She's at loss as what to say and what to do. All she knows is the fact that the attraction between them is mutual and strong. With this in thought, she rise up her upper body, anchored both her hands on the back of his neck and initiated to kiss him to which he was surprised but quickly responded as she pulled her down on the bed.
