Veronica: CEO's Underworld Queen

Somewhere in the mountainous region of Province I, an older man was sitting at the mansion's terrace enjoying the fresh, cold breeze of the morning air. Despite of his obvious old age, the man is undeniably handsome with his bushy gray eyebrows, long lashes, and deep seated eyes.

The old man took a sip from his cup of herbal infusion tea while pretending to read the newspaper. He stayed on that cycle for a moment but as if couldn't take it anymore started to talk to the butler standing within the distance. 'So I already have grandchildren and I've been waiting for anyone of the two to send message to make me aware yet it's been days and no one ever did! Huh!!! They really hated me that much! Even to this extent! That old woman must have done something just to hoard our grandchildren all to herself!' The older man sounded angry yet the butler who was standing in the distance softened his stern expression.

If he hadn't been following the older man as his former secretary, maybe he would really believe that he's very angry, yet,.... former secretary now turned butler Pito knew better. His boss love, always have love the Sy Madame and tried to hide it on the surface of his angry tone whenever he talk about her. But there was never a day, for the last thirty years that he never talk about the Sy Madame. 'Vanessa this, Vanessa that,' that butler Pito sometimes has the urged to smack the older man to bring senses into him.

'Maybe they were just too busy, President.' Despite the retirement from Sy International, butler Pito who grew accustomed to calling the old master Robert Sy in this regard decided not to change it despite of their changed status.

'Huh?! Very busy?! Too busy not to even at least send someone to inform me of this most important piece of information!' The old master Sy argued bitterly. 'If they're not going to tell me, I can't wait anymore!'

'What do you mean President?' Butler Pito knew very well what the Sy Master was planning to do yet asked out of habit.

'You know what I was planning to do Pito. Prepare the chopper and my things! I'll visit my grandchildren one of these days!'

Days passed and twins now grow accustomed with their lives in Country P. Of course, why couldn't then when their family is already complete. Days only had passed yet now, the twins has their own room, additionally, with Baelfire, his computer room and Baelfair, her luxurious wardrobe which Rawlf almost filled with the most expensive bags, shows, clothes, and what nots. If its not for Veronica denying him his d.e.s.i.r.e of endlessly buying stuff for Baelfair, Rawlf could have certainly fill the room.

Veronica also told her mom back in Country R that the twins will be staying with them in Country P for the moment and because there's still left an unfinished business, despite of Rawlf's assurance, Veronica knew that hiding the twins in Country R is much safer. In Country R, because of her uncle Bien's power and influence, it won't be easy for anyone to track their whereabouts which is proven since Rawlf himself, despite of his powerful forces, wasn't able to locate her.

It's nighttime and the couple were already in each other's embrace. After such days with having their cubs sleep with them in their own room, finally they had their private time together. Of course, Veronica would still want to sleep with the twins just beside her yet it also the twins who insist of sleeping in their room. Veronica's mouth twitched after recalling what her little daughter told her earlier. 'Mammeh, Beyfigh ish a big gah(girl) now. Beyfigh wants to sweep(sleep) in her own woom(room)'. Veronica hopeless with Baelfire's newfound independence could only shower her children with kisses before leaving them on their room. But with her paranoia, also had asked Rawlf for the umpteenth times of the security inside and outside the mansion to which Rawlf answered seriously as well.

'I wished they stayed like that forever. Or maybe, I wished they don't grow so fast.' Veronica sighed deeply as she lightly c.a.r.e.s.sed Rawlf's b.a.r.e c.h.e.s.t.

Rawlf gently brushed Veronica's hair with his left hand's fingers. 'I wished for them to grow healthy and safe. It's okey if they grow that fast, as long as we are beside them and watch them with every phases of their lives, that's the most important thing, my love.'

'Veronica stopped c.a.r.e.s.sing Rawlf on the c.h.e.s.t and in an aggrieved tone said, 'You don't understand.'

'My love, I know what you're feeling and thinking. I can understand but I don't want you to dwell on it but rather, I'm just trying to help you come around this fact.' Rawlf moved to put Veronica's whole body on top of his which he smirked when the woman just let him be. The woman although, was still pouting on him. He turned his hands to cup her face on her chin then move closer to kiss her pout away.

Veronica closed her eyes at the soft sensation and she must admit that it's been days since their last i.n.t.e.r.c.o.u.r.s.e and she already missed having Rawlf inside her. A jolt of excitement rushed through hers and something tingles down her core although she still masked what she really felt inside with her casual facial facade.

'I know, I'm aware of it and no, I'm not dwelling on it that much. It's just that, they're my babies, Rawlf. They came from my own w.o.m.b and I couldn't help myself from feeling this way.'

Rawlf c.a.r.e.s.sed Veronica on her slender back through her red, satin negligee. The warmth of his hand seeped through Veronica's skin and the woman has to control herself from shuddering. Veronica sharply looked at him in the eyes after realizing that the man knew what he was doing affected her. She caught him smirking on the act.

The man being caught rather winked at her confidently. 'I have a brilliant idea for you to get over this phase.'

'Hmm?'

'Let's have another baby.'
