War-Gods Trip To The Future

After the press conference ended, Sakura and Grandfather Ye headed for the temporary office of Ye Entertainment that was currently located in the Ye Corporation main building as Grandfather Ye had recently purchased a building that was still being renovated for Ye Entertainment.

Once they arrived, Sakura walked into the office to find two people waiting for them inside. One was a middle-aged woman with brown hair wearing glasses who Sakura found beautiful. The other person to her surprise was someone she knew, the man who looked like her childhood friend, Koda Rei. She paused in her tracks the second she saw him and, as her grandfather exchanged greetings with him and the woman, she was going through her thoughts trying to figure out what she should do in this situation.

"Sakura?" hearing her grandfather's voice calling her name she came back to reality still not sure how to act. Realizing they were waiting for her to say her greetings she quickly decided to just ignore the fact that this man looks like her childhood friend and let fate work its magic from there.

"Hello, I'm Ye Sakura," she said looking at the women wearing glasses. She didn't mean to ignore Koda Rei, but, that is what ended up happening due to her new resolution.

From the moment Sakura entered the office, Koda Rei's eyes had been glued to her. Noticing that she was ignoring him he felt his heart ache. Had he fallen in love with this girl already? Or was it just that she reminded him of his first love. Ignoring his hurt feelings, he decided to move on with introductions.

"Hello Miss Ye, you already know me so let me introduce to you your new manager. This is Suzuki Sana, she is a talented manager that I brought in along with my investment just for you," he said with a smile.

Ignoring the fact that Koda Rei had just introduced her, Suzuki Sana decided to reintroduce herself.

"Hi, I'm Suzuki Sana, your new manager. I hope to work well with you. Oh, and please call me Sana"

"Yes, it's nice to be working with you and in that case please call me Sakura," Sakura replied.

Seeing as they were being ignored, both Grandfather Ye and Koda Rei decided to leave the two girls to their work. Koda Rei was disappointed as his plan to get close to her wasn't working as he had planned, but at least there was still time to improve the situation, he thought.

"Please take a look at these scripts and pick one or two you like and I will attempt to get you into the production. I would like it if you could pick one before you leave today," said Suzuki Sana as she handed Sakura a pile of scripts.

"Yes, will do, thank you," she said as she dived in to the first script.

"Oh, and one more thing, an assistant will be hired for you soon," Suzuki Sana said before leaving the room to let her read the scripts.

At the same time in a hotel room not that far from the Ye Corporation building, Miko was meditating on the bed again when the man in sun glasses entered the room with an envelope in his hands.

She could sense the nervousness he was releasing into the air. She had yet to say a word to the man but she could tell he wanted something so she stopped meditating and said the first words he would hear from her.

"Can I help you?"

"Umm, this envelope was sent by my boss for you," he said while holding the envelope out with his whole arm shaking. Miko could also see sweat dripping down his face.

Wanting to get rid of this distraction, she quickly swiped the envelope and said, "you can leave now."

Hearing this, the man in sunglasses darted out of the room at top speed.

Not caring in the slightest about that man, Miko turned her attention to the envelope. The only words on it were: "From Sensei." She expertly ripped the envelope open before pulling out the contents. Inside was a couple pieces of paper. The first page was a letter from Sensei.

For Miko,

Enclosed with this letter is information on your target, as well as, information on the job the customer will provide for you to get close to the target. Also, for this mission you will be using the identity you used to enter the country by plane, Yamamoto Miko. Do not fail.

Sensei.

Moving on to the next page she finally got her first sight of what the target looked like as the next page had a picture of the target. The picture showed a girl with long pink hair that was sitting on a hospital bed. The words above the picture were her name, Ye Sakura. Under the picture was a list of information about her.

The last page was information about being an assistant at Ye Entertainment.
