He told me that the blood of the vampire he drank from was a direct descendant of the original undead. Plus, he had his added power being a warlock. I share half of Kevin's power now so I'm confident to say I can take whatever Katherine might throw at me when I finally release her from her confinement." Ivano traced my cheek with his feathery c.a.r.e.s.s. "But just to put you at ease, I'll go call Kevin. Besides, this had been the help I told him I'd be needing him with."

"Thank you." I told him before blowing a relieved sigh and picked his hand to plant a kiss on his wrist. "I'm afraid, Ino. For you."

"Don't be. Why else would I be called undead, sweetheart, when I've already beaten death. Nothing will harm me, I promise."

"Can we just put off the unleashing of the evil Katherine for another day? I'm emotionally unprepared for this. Plus, I also have to practice what to say to Kevin once he gets here. I really didn't expect this turn of events in my life."

"Understood, sweetheart." Ivano kissed me on the mouth before I felt his hands becoming frisky and aggressive. "I want you again, sweetheart."
