An Samuel's POV

When Yaorui stepped outside of the dressing room, he was beyond enchanted. The pine green contrasted her jade-like skin, and her hair was pulled back into a low ponytail that gave a perfect view of her dark brown eyes.

The dress perfectly wrapped around her body and went down to her knees, which was okay in Samuel's books. He'd preferred it covered all of her legs, but beggars can't be choosers.

His mood immediately dimmed when he saw his brother looking at his future queen with sparkling eyes.

"Wahh~! Such a beautiful child! My baby brother got great tastes!" The comment from his childish older brother really made his lips twitch.

An Wade saw his baby brother's expression and inwardly cried.

'He couldn't even compliment his future sister in law!'

Seeing his baby brother standing up and about to sweep his future sister in law away, Wade immediately intervened.

"Baby brother! I just remembered I made a matching set of clothing for you! It's in that changing room," He pointed to one across from the one opposite of the one Yaorui came out of.

Samuel looked skeptically at his older brother before he strode to the changing room. How could he give up a chance to match with his future queen? That would be idiocy.

Seeing the vinegar jar falling for his schemes, he happily gloated his win before he invited his future sister in law over for some of his favourite tea.

"So tell me, has my baby brother been good to you?" An Wade said in English. He was pleasantly surprised by the child's English, he knew she knew the language but didn't know that her English was that good. But what could he expect from a genius child?

"Samuel has been very considerate and patient with me,"

"Anything else?"

"I find it very comfortable to be around him. He is, overall, an amazing person."

"Yeah, but do you like, like him?"

"Yes, as I said before, he is an amazing person."

"No, do you like, love him?"

"I...I don't know,"

"What do you mean you don't know? Aren't you two dating?"

"Ah-no, we are not together, we're just friends right now,"

The graceful man picked up his tea and took a sip.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE NOT DATING!" He spat out his tea and screamed, luckily he aimed behind him and didn't stain his masterpiece.

Yaorui was surprised for a second, how did the man look so handsome and elegant spitting out tea?! Even her mother was not that graceful!

"Exactly what I meant, we're not in a relationship, we're just friends."

"This brat! Looks like he'll need a beating,"

"Don't do that!" Yaorui shot up out of her seat, spilling the tea, "I...um, h-he can't be hurt because we have an event to get too,"

Unexpectantly, her arm was gripped and tugged towards someone. Next thing she knew, Samuel was holding her in his arms while inspecting her hands.

From the angle she was held at, she had a perfect view of his side profile. He had a triangle-shaped face, or in other words, a desirable V-shaped jawline. Samuel's jaw wasn't as sharp and refined as his brother's. In her eyes, this made him look more gentle and carefree, the hints of baby fat added a bit of childish vibe, making him seem, welcoming and playful, as well. His eyebrows were rounded, and his eyes a deep-set gentle, his cheekbones weren't as apparent, but they were still there. Compared to Hu Angli, Yaorui found her "friend," much more appealing to the eye. She looked at him like he was the most mesmerizing thing in the world, there was one thing for sure, his kids were gonna be damn pretty.

While Yaorui fantasized Samuel, a certain man was being forcefully fed dog food by the soon to be a couple. At first, it would just seem like a fine young gentleman checking on a young lady's injury. But if you look hard enough and long enough, you could practically see the hidden love of the two just spilling out like a waterfall down a cliff. This upset An Wade to a great extent. He wanted to act lovey-dovey with someone too! And the matching outfits only did more damage to his already suffering heart.

An Wade allowed himself to be tortured while throwing a "small," tantrum inside his head.

*knock, knock*

"Sir, your sister has arrived for your lunch appointment,"

"Rouxi! Save me! My brother and my future sister in law are suffocating me with their mushiness!" An Wade shamelessly (yet gracefully) threw himself onto his female secretary.

'Why do I still deal with this?' The female secretary inwardly chided herself while trying to unhand herself of the clingy male on her waist.

After what seemed like forever, Bai Rouxi gave up and dragged the clingy man out to meet his sister.

Meanwhile

"What just happened?"

"My brother, that's what."

"I know that, but how does he look so good throwing himself?!" Samuel looked at the door in annoyance, how dare his brother steal his future queen's attention away from him.

"Do you want to meet my sister?" Despite his obvious jealousy, Samuel managed to hold himself back.

'Relax Yaorui, it's only his sister. It's not like every sister is mean and picky and would do anything for you to stay away from their brother.'

"I would love too," She smiled and reached out for Samuel's hand in an attempt to comfort herself. Samuel, being the amazingly kind gentleman he is, happily allowed her to hold his hand.

"Get off of XiXi Jie, she is mine to hug and mine alone!" A loud silvery voice exclaimed.

This unexpected exclamation did not seem to faze Samuel by the slightest. Contrary to the girl beside him, who has started to worry about the pitiful secretary. Even her sisters were not that fierce when fighting over her.

When the pair had finally made it to the door, they were greeted by a rather amusing scene. Wade's arms were still securely locked around the secretary's waist as a girl about the age of sixteen, tugged at his legs, urging him to let go of the pitiful secretary holding onto a wooden pole. His body was suspended into mid-air, and his feet lacked shoes, which Yaorui later pinpointed all the way by the elevator.

"Omo!" The sixteen-year-old girl dropped her brother's feet and ran over to Yaorui, "Is this the future sister in law you were talking about giving me baby brother?! Wahhh~! She's so pretty! Good job, brother! I salute you!" The girl gave her younger brother a soldier's salute and gave him a big thumbs up after.

The girl was short, she was only about an inch taller than Yaorui and behaved like a child on Christmas day. Her hair was cut into a short hairstyle that was short and straight. Her eyes were doe-like, and her nose long and pointy, her lips were small but pouty, and her body was on the slimmer side of things.

She wore a cute white kawaii blouse with a baby blue skirt, her hair was styled into a low ponytail that rested on her shoulder.

Samuel g.r.o.a.n.e.d and proceeded to introduce his sister, "Rui-er meet my older sister, An Akari. Akari, meet Li Yaorui, the current President of the infamous Li Corps."

"EEEEEeeeeeeeeek!" A loud and shrill voice exploded from the little lolita, "I love you! You're my idol, you're so smart and beautiful and...AHHHHHH!" Akari praised the stunned President while cl.i.c.k.i.n.g photos and hugging her. The disp.l.e.a.s.u.r.e was clearly inked onto Samuel's face.

'This brat, trying to steal my future queen. Hmph, no chance.'

Driven by his jealousy Samuel picked the girl beside him bridal style and ran off towards the elevators.

"Yah! Come back here with my idol, you thief!" The little lolita ran after her brother.

Luckily, Samuel had managed to reach the elevators before his sister and impatiently waited for the elevator doors to close.

"Come on, come on, come on!" He repeatedly pressed the button to close the elevator doors.

"Hah!" All of a sudden, a small and frail-looking arm stuck right through the elevator doors, "I win! Now give me back my idol!"

"No, never! She's mine! I met her first!"

"Well, I loved her first!"

"Nuh-uh,"

"Yuh-huh,"

While the pair of siblings bickered over the red tomato in Samuel's arm, the 'invisible' passengers in the elevator embarrassingly turned their eyes away while pitying the poor girl.

Yaorui kept tugging and pulling at the ignorant boy's suit jacket, trying to signal him to stop. When that didn't work, she continued to poke at his neck and cheeks. That too was a failure, disappointed and slightly amused she decided to bring out the big guns.

"Back off, sis! She's-," Samuel stopped mid-sentence when he realized that the little beauty in his arms, has begun to sniffle. "Oh, no, no, no, no, don't cry! I'm here, I'm here, don't worry. Why are you crying!? Do you want to cuddle?! What's wrong?!"

Followed by his worried nagging, Samuel continued to rock, snuggle, tickle and hug Yaorui in an attempt to comfort her.

All of a sudden, a small giggle escaped Yaorui's lips, which soon became full-blown laughter. She couldn't help it! He was too cute when he worried about her!

Before Samuel could reprimand the laughing goddess in his arms, the elevator dinged* as it reached the main floor.

To escape from the clingy fangirl he called his older sister, he bolted towards the black Mercedes Benz waiting just outside the doors, earning a small squeal from Yaorui.

"Precision Boutique," Hearing his order, Uncle Tang immediately sped towards the boutique leaving behind an enraged lolita.
