One month since the incident

Over the past few weeks, Yaorui was assigned a psychiatrist. She was a relatively tall woman with c.h.e.s.tnut brown hair and glasses. Yaorui's condition had improved tremendously with the help of Dr. Fa Meiling, and was back to normal...almost.

At first, she was extremely cautious and had trouble trusting others. She feared the touch of the opposite s.e.x unless she deemed them trustworthy. She was terrified of being in a confined space, no matter how spacious, alone. To prevent trances and panic attacks, she was advised to have a friend or family member with her at all times.

Yaorui was less expressive before, she became one of the cold and aloof chaebols[1] in dramas and books. Her expressions consisted of a flat face and a polite smile, at night, she would cry herself to sleep.

She has a set amount of food and calories to consume every day by the doctor, and she quotes, "The more, the better,"

According to both Wenshi and Angli, her body was malnourished to a great extent and dehydrated as well. Her sisters claimed that the moment her body was gifted with water, she started crying the tears she couldn't before.

Most of her time was spent in her room studying, in the gym training, and with Dr. Meiling.

One month into her treatment, they had managed to figure out, hopefully, all of her trigger words, she had reconciled with the majority of her close friends, and a few others that she is comfortable speaking with. Most of her friends were given skinship permission, as well as all her family members.

She hadn't been able to be trust someone enough to cry in front of them, not even Meiling, was allowed to her weak side.

And now?

She stood in the middle of a meadow with her hair flowing free and simple travel attire.

"You ready to go?"

As for her closest aid, it was none other than her saviour.

"Angli!"

Two weeks ago, she and a few friends and students received an email from the school to attend a newly built school.

The school was built on an isolated island of the east coast of China beneath Japan. It was bought by the school to be developed into an international school for G.E.N.U.I.S students all over the world.

"Coming!" Awkwardly, she ran over, lifting her legs higher than her waist to avoid the tall grass.

Out of the corner of her eye, she spots a bright, bold blue shine. Curious, she dug into the Earth and uncovered a glass container carrying a sort of blue rock.

"Huh," she stuffed it into her pocket and crossed to the distance to Angli. "I'm ready,"

And just like that, they were on their way.

A new school means new adventures, let's see what lies ahead.
