White Snow- Princess Li Bai Xue

"Tian gege?"Tang Lin said. Her tone held surprised and shock.

Li Bai Xue look over to her and back at the man,"LinEr do you know this man?"

Tang Lin who was shock at first immediately smiled,"En! He is Tian gege, my Muqin older brother son so he my cousin. Tian gege this is Luye jie who saved me, and took care of me for the past few days."

Li Bai Xue understood right away. Tang Lin went missing so her family sent a trustworthy person to come find her. Luckily they have found her. Now she can return home safe and sound.

"I am Pang Luye. Thank you again for saving my life,"Li Bai Xue said. She still had to maintain that fake name for a while.

"I am Tian. You help took care of our little miss so considered it even then,"Tian said. Li Bai Xue knew that he didn't want to say his surname which she didn't purse because everyone has some secrets. That's why he thought those assassins were after him.

"LinEr since your family is here then you should return back with them."

Tang Lin was kinda sad that she would depart with her friend, but was happy that she could return home so she smiled happily. "En!" She ran over to Tian, and pull his sleeves. "Tian gege you came to bring me home right?"

Her clear brown eyes met with Tian eye which was very spoiled. Tian could only sigh and not fight with her,"En." He rubbed the area between his brows. He was minding his own business when he receives a letter from his aunt telling me that his little cousin has went missing because she went out on one of her adventures. So she asked him to bring her back.

Tang Lin knew that he wouldn't fight with her. She didn't want Li Bai Xue to know that she had lied to her. She wants to leave her house for a while, so she board a ship and left her hometown who would have known having such an adventure would be so rough.

Li Bai Xue smile at their interaction. They were close unlike her with her sibling. Her siblings and her were very far apart from each other. Only Li Mei Tang was closed with her. They were suddenly interrupted by loud noises from downstairs.

"Hump! I am closing this inn down! How can there be an assassin here if you haven't been careful enough!"a man shouted. "Don't you all agree?!" He points his finger to the other customer.

Whisper rose among them. The old lady who was the innkeeper started to panic,"Please Lord! This assassination was out of my control please be believe me!"

"What if anyone of us were hurt!? We are so scared that our soul has left us! Are you going to pay us back the damage that was caused here!? What is the difference between paying all of us or closing this inn down!?"

Tian whispered something into one of his attendant ear. Li Bai Xue saw this, and knew he was going to deal with this matter. Lin Qian also saw this, and remembered that this man was the man who was from afar. She had some doubt in her heart, but she didn't voice it out.

Li Bai Xue really wanted to help, but it wasn't her business and she didn't want to cause more problems on her tail. She turns to Lin Qian,"Lin Qian prepare everything. We are leaving." The assassins has traced them all the way here. That one assassin had also disappeared. So they better leave as fast as they can. "LinEr I leave you with your cousin. I and Lin Qian will be leaving now."

She then returned to her room before Tang Lin could ask anything. Lin Qian was really fast. Li Bai Xue didn't have any clothes other than the one on her right now. Lin Qian pack the money, and any other things that they need on the way. She got the horses ready for them.

Tian had settle the matter by paying the inn damaged. He had also compensate for the other customers with the same amount of damage fee. This way the inn can pay for the damage the assassins has caused. Li Bai Xue couldn't help, but think that this person was really rich.

Tang Lin watch as Li Bai Xue, and Lin Qian left. They didn't even glance back. "LinEr let's go,"Tian commend behind her. He had already got everything ready. The carriage was ready for her.

"En,"she sighs. She turns away from them, and boarded the carriage.

Li Bai Xue and Lin Qian had been on the horse for an entire day now. They didn't take a rest at all. Li Bai Xue was following Lin Qian on where she was going. Lin Qian had a place for them that would be safe. Lin Qian was taking Li Bai Xue to Jiang Yue place.

Jiang Yue told her that she was always welcome to come back. She wouldn't have gone back no matter how thankful she was if it wasn't for Li Bai Xue safety. "Gongzhu it getting late. How about we rest here?"

Li Bai Xue nod. They were quite far from the town already. Even if the assassins did come after them they couldn't travel far. Lin Qian didn't dare to set up a fire so they had to stay in the cold without any heat others then the body heat they posses.

Li Bai Xue and Lin Qian eyes were closed, but they couldn't sleep. They were caution of all the sounds around them. When they heard a branch that was step did they both opened their eyes. Lin Qian sword was already beside her while Li Bai Xue summon her sword.

'Master you should also summon me,'Lu Hu said.

'You should wait for a while.'

Lin Qian got in front of her to protect her. Just then a voice came out,"Gongzhu you and your friend should already know that we are here. You know the reason why we are here. You just take your own life, and we will leave your friend alone."

Li Bai Xue scoffed,"You think I will believe you that easy. You will kill her off because she is a witness. Even if you don't take her life you will do something to silence her. You really think I am stupid."

A laugh echo the forest,"You are stupid. Even when someone is right behind you. You didn't even notice."

Lin Qian grew alarm, and threw her toward the ground. The results was that Lin Qian got injury instead. She was pierced near her heart, but it still misses her heart. However, she couldn't think because she was in too much pain. "Lin Qian! Lu Hu!"

Lu Hu petite body appeared, and she kicked the assassin away. Lin Qian fell, but Lu Hu caught her. She lay her down. Lu Hu then started to battle the assassins all at once. "Master! You should let me release my true form."

Li Bai Xue shouted,"Qiang Tiger Lu Hu!" Lu Hu petite body changed into an enormous dark green jade tiger.

She looks at the assassins with only one mission. Kill them! She roars at them, and charged. Li Bai Xue tried to stop the bleeding on Lin Qian body after she had taken her somewhere safe. "Gongzhu- it pointless. I am going- to die anyways. I only want to protect you. Forgive me for being useless."

Li Bai Xue had tears streaming down her face. "No please don't say that! You have always protect me at every turn. You never fade away! You even gave up your life to just save me! You are not useless!"

Lin Qian smile,"Gongzhu go find a doctor- named Jiang Yue in the mountain. She will help you. Also if you- ever need- anything then go find Wang Hao Han. He will also help you. Gongzhu I have never ask you for anything so promise me one thing. Promised me that you will live, protect yourself, and be happy."

Li Bai Xue already knew it was too late for her, so she could only compromise,"I promised."

Lin Qian broke into a happy smile,"Gongzhu thank you." She then closed her eyes with a happy smile on her face. Li Bai Xue held her body close to her. She didn't let go of her. Lin Qian had drifted off into a deep dream.
