White Snow- Princess Li Bai Xue

Li Bai Xue lay on the bed with closed eyes, and she had her arm to support her head. Laoshi Hua was still not feeling good, so Li Bai Xue did not have any lesson. She was having a peaceful time of quietness. That was until a knock was heard. Li Bai Xue open her eyes slowly.

"Enter,"Li Bai Xue said softly. Lin Qian entered the room. Lin Qian did not open her mouth waiting for her Gongzhu to tell her to speak. "Speak,"Li Bai Xue said as she sat up.

"Gongzhu, Empress had requested for you."Lin Qian said.

"Anything else,"Li Bai Xue asked.

"Er Gongzhu, and San Gongzhu have also been invited,"Lin Qian reply to her.

"Er Mei mei is invited?"Li Bai Xue pondered to herself,"Bengong understand. Let's go."

"Yes Gongzhu,"Lin Qian said.

She was in the Main Hall along with Li Fu Ling and Li Yun Meng. The Empress have yet showed up. Li Yun Meng was punished by kneeling the temple for three day and she was to write the Imperial family rule 100 times. The Empress did not punish her heavily or else the Emperor would have gotten mad at her since she did have Consort Xian backing whom is his favorite Consort.

Li Yun Meng had a calm smile on her face, but her eyes were boiling with anger as she stared at Li Fu Ling. If it weren't for her then she would never had to look like a fool in front of so many people. Li Fu Ling drink her tea calmly as if though she didn't felt Li Yun Meng glared. Li Yun Meng felted even more anger.

Li Bai Xue felt the intense aura around them. "Er mei mei... I heard that you went to visit the Xiang kingdom. How was it like over there? Is it comparable to our Ling kingdom?"Li Bai Xue asked hoping to break the intensely. Li Yun Meng heard what Li Bai Xue said and instantly smiled brighter.

"Jiejie, Xiang is indeed beautiful as the rumors had say it to be. The food was really delicious. Even so it cannot be compared to our country Ling. Ling food, clothes, and landscape is even more beautiful and better than Xiang. The women are even better than Xiang women,"Li Yun Meng said. She said the last sentence slowly for Li Fu Ling to hear it.

Li Fu Ling instantly look at her. Just as she was about to speak a voice sounded out,"So are you saying us woman of Xiang is not comparable to the woman of Ling?" Everyone instantly got on their knees.

"Get up. Was YunEr just insulting Bengong?" Feng Jiu was the Princess of Xiang who was sent to Ling for a marriage.

Li Yun Meng heart rejoice a little,"Of course not. I was what I was just thinking compare to us. Wasn't Da jie mother a woman from Ling? She was also the Empress before Muqin. So..." Li Yun Meng paused when she felt the glare from Feng Jiu.

Feng Jiu clutch onto her dress without anyone knowing. "Enough! Bengong call for you over because Prince Zhu Shan just arrived. We should welcome him with a banquet. His Highness has already agreed. He has given me the opportunity to show off the princess. What do you think, LingEr?"

"Muqin, LingEr think this is a good idea. Just not sure if both jie jie will agree to this?"Li Fu Ling said with a smile. Feng Jiu looked at Li Bai Xue.

Li Bai Xue step out and said,"XueEr dare not listen to Muqin." Feng Jiu smiled.

"Good... Ling'er since you did a great job of the banquet the other day. I will put you in charge. XueEr will assist you with anything you need help with. That all everyone is dismissed. YunEr stay behind because Bengong still want to listen to your story of Xiang."

They both left and Li Yun Meng was trembling slightly. She had forgotten who the empress was. It was not her mother, but Feng Jiu. Feng Jiu smiled as she looked at her. Li Yun Meng fell backwards to the floor. "Empress..."

Outside the Empress Manor was Li Bai Xue and Li Fu Ling walking toward the exit.

"Muqin surely trust you,"Li Bai Xue said. Li Fu Ling looked at her. She was wearing a yellow green dress pattern with light pink straps. Her hair was made into a braid updo. She had a jade peony hair pin in her hair. Her crystal phoenix eyes. What did Li Bai Xue had that she did not have?

It was aura. Li Bai Xue had an aura of a strong and delicate princess. She had an image of an exact princess and soon to be Empress of the entire world. Li Fu Ling had the image of a sweet and polite aura. She had an image of a sweet princess who was never going to leave her mother's shadow. Li Fu Ling smile bitterly.

Li Bai Xue bid her farewell. She then walk the way to her manor. Lin Qian then spoke up.

"Gongzhu don't you think the Empress is overbearing? She made you the Da Gongzhu follows the order of San Gongzhu,"Lin Qian said.

Li Bai Xue smile at Lin Qian,"Lin Qian... Empress did it for a reason. First she wants to show of the authorities of an Empress to me. She also want Zhu ge to noticed Li Fu Ling. He is after all the Crown Prince. If he take notice of her then Li Fu Ling would be the Crown Princess of Liang."

Lin Qian nodded her head slowly. "Nubi now understand Empress way of doing things. Thank you Gongzhu to have to teach Nubi,"Lin Qian said. Li Bai Xue smiled, but it wasn't a smile.

She looked out her window into the sky. It was clear blue with white clouds. The cloud to Li Bai Xue looked like a new land. A new land that is free of trouble. Only a land of people who were laughing happily. A New Land.
