Witcher at Hogwarts

Chapter 143 Visiting Harry’s House

Harry's summer vacation was extremely uncomfortable, it could even be said to be torture.

The Dursleys did not allow him to touch anything related to magic during the summer vacation. Everything he brought back from Hogwarts, including spell books, wands, cauldrons and broomsticks, were locked up by Uncle Vernon.

This made his whole summer vacation extremely boring. The only thing that made his painful and boring summer vacation more interesting was that he took the opportunity of the Dursleys' family to go out and had several phone calls with his friends Ron and Hermione.

Unfortunately, this was the case. Uncle Vernon still found out the clues from the high phone bill, scolded him severely and punished him by washing piles of dirty clothes.

But these physical tortures are not the most painful for Harry. What makes Harry feel most uncomfortable is that he now has no way to complete his pile of summer homework.

He could only seize every moment to avoid Uncle Vernon's surveillance and complete his paper and piles of other assignments.

Because he had no access to any spell books, Harry's homework progress was extremely slow. He could only search his mind and try to retrieve the fragments of knowledge he had learned from his memory.

Harry Vernon was out and about at work, working hard on his long, horrendous paper during bathroom breaks.

The title of the paper is "The practice of burning witches in the fourteenth century is completely meaningless - discussion paper"

Harry couldn't believe that he couldn't finish his homework and faced the professors asking how he should explain it.

But today, on Harry's birthday, Harry felt happy for the first time. After twelve o'clock, he received gifts from his friends brought by owls.

Ron gave him a pocket speculum. If there are any untrustworthy people around. It will glow brightly and spin.

Hermione gave him a broomstick repair kit.

And Hagrid gave him a scary biting "Monster Book of Monsters".

When Harry woke up early the next morning and went downstairs to have breakfast, he even found a big cake on the dining table.

Harry couldn't believe his eyes. The Dursleys had completely ignored all his birthdays in the past, and he had no reason to expect them to remember his birthday this year.

But such a big cake, with colorful ribbons on it, was just placed on the dining table.

Harry knew very well that the Dursleys hated him. He couldn't figure out what kind of medicine they were selling in their gourds now. He would never believe that the Dursleys would buy him a cake to celebrate his birthday.

The only explanation is that the Dursleys are brewing some conspiracy.

Soon Vernon's voice broke his doubts, "What are you doing standing here stupidly! Go put the cake in the refrigerator, your aunt Maggie is coming tonight! If the cake is spoiled, see how she will deal with you!" "

Harry breathed a sigh of relief, now everything made sense, there was no conspiracy brewing.

But soon, Harry began to worry. He disliked Aunt Maggie very much. In fact, Aunt Maggie was the woman he hated most.

In Harry's ranking, Maggie, the most hated woman, and Snape, the most hated man, are tied.

Aunt Maggie is Vernon's sister. Although she is not Harry's biological relative, the Dursleys have always forced Harry to call her aunt.

Maggie is a crueler woman than Aunt Petunia.

Maggie lives in the country and doesn't come to Privet Drive often, but every time she visits, she leaves a terrible psychological shadow on Harry.

At Dudley's fifth birthday party, Aunt Maggie once beat Harry on the calf with a cane to prevent him from beating Dudley in the music game.

A few years later, she came at Christmas and gave Dudley a robot with a computer and a box of dog biscuits for Harry.

During her last visit, Harry accidentally stepped on her dog's paws, and the dog chased Harry into the garden and forced him to climb a tree, and Maggie waited until after midnight. Call the dog back inside.

The Dursleys still laugh when they talk about it.

Sure enough, Maggie's arrival this time was no different from other times.

Even as soon as she sat down at the dining table, Maggie started to mock Harry's school.

She searched and mocked Harry's height, Harry's studies, everything about Harry.

Harry gritted his teeth and endured Maggie's taunts, because Vernon had promised him that as long as he didn't cause any trouble, Vernon would sign the form allowing Harry to go to Hogsmeade.

This endurance lasted until Maggie began to taunt Harry's parents.

"A worthless, good-for-nothing, lazy beggar, that kind of person," Maggie commented unscrupulously on Harry's parents, which made Harry unable to bear it any longer.

He was about to give the fat woman a hard blow, "Shut up!" Harry roared, making Harry tremble all over.

He had never been so angry in his life.

Maggie looked at Harry in surprise, as if she didn't believe that he dared to refute her words.

Vernon and Petunia turned pale, they knew how powerful Harry was.

At this moment, there was a sudden knock on the door, attracting everyone's attention.

"I'll open the door!" Penny said quickly, escaping from this huge powder keg.

Penny opened the door and found a strange, well-dressed young man standing outside. The reason why I said strange was that this man was also wearing a pair of sunglasses at night.

"Excuse me, are you Yiyi?" Petunia asked doubtfully. She had never seen this person before.

"Is this Vernon Dursley's house at No. 4 Privet Drive?" The young man asked Petunia politely, holding a piece of paper in his hand.

"Yes, I am her wife." Penny subconsciously moved her hair, even though her hair was already very neat.

"Are you here to see my husband? He happens to be at home." Penny said to the young man.

"No, no, no, you misunderstood." The young man waved his hand quickly.

"I'm here to see Harry Potter. I'm the professor at Hogwarts, Ethan." Ethan politely introduced himself to Penny.

Petunia opened her mouth in horror. The Dursleys have always resisted contact with the magical world.

Unexpectedly, at this critical time today, someone from the magical world would come to Harry.

"Harry - he's not at home - he went to a friend's house." Penny tried hard to organize her words, trying to prevent Ethan from entering her home.

"Professor Ethan!" Harry's surprised cry suddenly came from behind Petunia.

"Professor Ethan! Why are you here!" Harry squeezed past Penny and came to Ethan.

"Hello, Harry." Ethan looked at Harry with a smile, "I came to see you for something."

"Come in, Professor Ethan," Harry said in surprise, and then he saw Petunia's ugly face.

Only then did he realize that he was not the owner of this house and he had no right to invite Ethan in.

Harry's face suddenly turned red. He thought that Professor Ethan had come from afar, but he couldn't even let Ethan in through the door, which made him feel a little ashamed.
