Chapter 1477 Giving Her Back What She Missed In Past Ten Years

"It feels so good," Jiang Yuyan said happily as she heard the songs playing in the car as Lu Lijun had turned on the music player.

She looked at Lu Lijun who was focused on driving but then looked at her to offer her a smile.

She could not help standing up from her seat as she held onto the front windshield glass and continued to enjoy the view while Lu Lijun lowered the speed of the car so she could enjoy it.

In a while, Jiang Yuyan sat back as she looked at the beautiful view of the sea as they continued to drive along that long road with music playing along, "It's beautiful."

"It is," Lu Lijun agreed and held her hand with his one hand and entangled their fingers. "You are more beautiful."

She didn't know what to say to his flirting and looked at her hand as she entangled her fingers back with his while smiling pleasantly. If it was the previous Yuyan, she would have said it was dangerous to drive with one hand only but now she enjoyed this little flirting like any other couple in love.

She could feel that comforting warmth of his hand on her cold ones and she loved it. Probably he didn't know what his little actions were making her feel but to her, it meant a lot as she could not help but continued to have a pleasant smile on her delicate lips.

Lu Lijun was content to see her so happy and being herself. She was always locked behind the door of responsibilities and was buried under a pile of work that he knew she hardly had any enjoyable moments for herself in the past ten years. All these years she did was to continue missing Lu Qiang and fulfilled all the responsibilities he had left behind.

Now he was grown up and could take all her responsibilities in his hand, he wished to give her everything that she had missed in her life, everything that a woman of her age should have been doing ten years back. She couldn't complete her studies as Lu Qiang passed away and didn't even get to enjoy the moments of her university days with her friends.

Passing that long road by the sea, after half an hour they stopped at one place. It was the dock at the sea. So many yachts, cruise and sailing boats were parked at the port and so many were in the sea as already as the tourists like them had occupied it. But as it was a private Island and mostly for VIP guests, the tourists were limited in number making the place peaceful and everyone was in their comfort.

"Are we going to sail?" she asked, feeling excited as her gaze wandered everywhere.

"Hmm," he nodded as he held his hand and walked towards the doc where one British man wearing seaside casual clothes- a t-shirt and knee-length shorts came to them.

"Mr Lu Lijun!" he greeted

Lu Lijun nodded and the man said, "Please follow me."

As they walked, the man said, "Mr Jake had informed me and I had arranged the best Yacht in his Possession. Mr Jake's personal favourite."

Jiang Yuyan looked at Lu Lijun, "Jake?"

Lu Lijun nodded, "Most of the things on this island are owned by Mountbatten along with a few other partners. The resort we are staying at belongs to them as well."

"Have you visited here before?" Jiang Yuyan asked and she got an expected answer, "Yes!"

"That's why you are familiar with everything," she concluded.

The man guided their way to a big size private yacht. Lu Lijun held Jiang Yuyan's hand and helped her get on it.

Jiang Yuyan happily climbed on it and looked around that yacht. She climbed stairs to go up towards the sun deck which had cushioned sitting arrangements to sit along the railing and at the extreme front space to stand to enjoy the ride.

She stood at the deck and said, "We have our own Yachts but I never got the chance to spend time there other than visiting it sometimes during some official dinner meetings or business parties. Never knew, going on Yacht and that to own by someone else will feel so good."

"It's not about if Yacht is owned by us, it's about the kind of time we are spending here," Lu Lijun said.

"True," and she looked at him, "Thank you for bringing me here."

He caressed her head hair gently and they both stood looking ahead while the yacht started sailing.

"Where are we going?" she asked.

"For scuba diving," he replied.

It surprised her, "What?"

He looked back at her, "You don't want to?"

"No not like that but I didn't expect you to plant it," she replied.

"When did I do as you expected?" he asked with a teasing smirk.

She turned around and looked at one more floor up where at the top there was a sitting arrangement with a flying bridge and hard top over it. "I want to go there."

He immediately held her hand and they both climbed stairs and went to the topmost part of the Yacht. She sat on the couch while Lu Lijun accompanied her. An attendant arrived there and brought the drinks and snacks for them.

Jiang Yuyan looked at the wine bottle and then looked at Lu Lijun who answered her, "Though I can't drink, I know you can. You always have to keep yourself in check as the great President Lu but here no one is gonna stop you..."

She could not be happier than this and the attendant was about to pour wine for her into the glass, Lu Lijun spoke again, "But...we are going scuba diving so you can't drink yet."

He looked at the attendant, "You can take it back."

He followed the instructions and took that wine bottle back. "You can drink it later. I won't stop you," he said.

Lu Lijun received the call from the expected person as he stood up and went to the side to talk. That was Jake who was checking if everything was fine.
