Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's: The Master Of The Duel

[POV Narrator]

After finishing the duel, Yusei had found the memory as in the anime. Yusei wanted to leave but Leo and Luna pushed him to spend the night.

[POV Genesis]

I was lying on the couch and watching Yusei change the Duel Disk of Luna and Leo.

"Why are you repairing their Duel Disk Yusei?"

"To thank them for their help."

"Mh."

Yusei was not very talkative and when he finished editing the Duel Disk I asked, "So we're leaving now?"

"Yes."

I got up and followed Yusei to our Duel Runner but before that, I put a monster card in Luna's deck. I put in his deck [Archangel Kristya].

[Archangel Kristya: Elf / Light: Level 8: ATK 2800 / DEF 2300]

[Archangel Kristya] fits very well with Luna's "elf" monsters.

I then headed for my Duel Runner and followed Yusei into the elevator.

"Yusei, I think there will be security guards around the neighborhood, we'll have to be careful."

Blister was hidden in a corner and watched Genesis and Yusei face Trudge.

Blister thought looking at Trudge, "This guy never gives up."

Trudge looked at Genesis and Yusei and said, "So you're going to indulge without a story or so ..."

Yusei ignored him and accelerated with his Duel Runner, Genesis did the same thing.

While both wanted to flee, a car lit its headlights and dazzled us.

"It begins!" I thought.

I saw the door open and a little man with a clown face coming out. I found Lazar a little comical.

Lazar walked towards us calmly and when he arrived in front of us, he looked at Trudge.

Trudge froze as he saw the doc.u.ment proving that Lazar was his superior in his hand.

Yusei then asked Lazar what his mission was and Lazar went in his direction to give him a letter.

I saw Yusei's face contract and I knew that Goodwin had taken Yusei's friends hostage.

Lazar gave me a letter that I took. I had a slight smile because I wanted to get the attention of Goodwin and Kaiba Corp to participate but I did not know it was going to be that fast.

After he left, Trudge shouted that he would not give up and I saw Blister walking towards us from the corner of an alley.

"You survived guys, well played!"

I brightened up the atmosphere because Yusei was rather irritated.

"Follow me, I'll give you a hideout."

Yusei and I followed Blister into the slum of New Domino City where the sc.u.m and the poor of the city were.

We arrived in front of a dilapidated building and Blister opened the awning and in front of me was a single room with a garage, and a small living room composed of two dilapidated sofas and many spare parts.

"It's not a 5-star hotel, but here you find all the comforts of slums, roaches, mice, stray cats ..."

I wanted to go back to my warm apartment when I heard Blister. Blister smiled at my sight, which made me want to hit him.

"Now you should rest for the Fortune Cup."

I headed for the couch and was lying down because I was really tired but Yusei was worried about his friends and did not want to rest until he was helped.

I ignored it as I closed my eyes and headed for the world of dreams.

The next day, Luna and Leo did not find anyone waking up, but they were happy with their new Duel Disk and when Luna found the new card very rare in her Deck she had a surprised but happy look on her face.

Leo was screaming when he saw the map in his sister's hand.

At a certain point, Leo's best friend, Dexter, called Leo about the appearance of the black rose at the street duel.

Leo and Dexter decided to go together, but Luna preferred to stay at home.

Atop a skyscr.a.p.er, a luxury resort was located. Inside were Jack Atlas, Mina Simington, and Rex Goodwin.

"Jack, I invited two new opponents in this tournament, the first is your old friend of the satellite, Yusei Fudo, and the other is the famous duelist scarlet."

"Yusei it's me." Yanagi jumped in front of Yusei.

"Yusei, it's nice here, but the decor is lacking."

Yanagi smiled and replied, "Yes thanks to you we came out much earlier, thanks to your victory against Armstrong."

"It's thanks to you, Yusei." Blister said.

Tanner then looked at me and asked, "And who is it?"

Yusei introduced me, "It's Genesis, a friend who helped me."

Tanner walked over to me and shook my hand with a smile, "Thank you for helping him, leave now you can consider me a friend."

"Me too."

Ahahah, ok Tanner, and you too grandfather. "

We all smile.

Tanner then looked at our Duel Runner and said, "They're great Duel Runner, you let me try them, I promise to make them intact without a scratch."

Yusei and I smiled and said, "Yusei you start, if he wins he uses your Duel Runner but if he loses he can challenge me."

Yusei shook his head, because both thought they were not losing against Tanner.

We went to the back of the building where we found a desert ground.

Yusei and Tanner came together and I, Blister and Yanagi, stepped aside.

I watched Yanagi, who was a very lively grandfather, "So you are both of you, I am a celebrated explorer who has traveled the world collecting the best maps of the world."

Blister replied, "But Tanner told me that your Deck is a joke."

I then watched Yusei and Jack argue when Jack threw the [Star Dust Dragon] card that Yusei grabbed.

Yusei then spoke of Goodwin's kidnapping of his friends, which Jack claimed he had no knowledge of, but did not look at him.

Jack then climbed his Duel Runner and looked at me.

"You, the scarlet duelist, have the Fortune Cup, if you lose I want your [Blue-eyed White Dragon]."

Jack left but then I saw Yanagi's eyes.

I sighed and pulled out my three [Blue-eyed White Dragon] because I know that if I do not show him, he'll stick to me for a lifetime.

Yanagi grabbed my cards and started screaming, "Wooa, what a masterpiece, these are legendary cards!"

We all watched Yanagi get excited but Tanner and Blister looked at me strangely, but I just shrugged.

In the evening, we headed towards the street duel and a crowd surrounded two guys who was dueling.

Blister walked over to us and said to Yusei, "I have good news, I found a cargo ship that will take me to the satellite tonight."
