A building of white marble and gold encrusted doors shut as the members inside stood in unison. Ten men and women with white uniforms and gold accents bowed. They stood shoulder to shoulder behind a marble desk that stretched to fit all of the members.

"Members of the United Worlds, it is great to make your acquaintances once again. I may be happy to see you all but the reason why we have gathered is rather grimm."

A single entity was seated behind a judge like desk, fine oak carvings encrusted with gold lined the base, A place of power indeed. The man had almost exact human features except for his pointed ears and two tiny black horns that protruded from his forehead. He wore the same uniform as the rest except the gold and white were switched, suiting his position of power.

"You may be seated."

There were a few noises of chairs squeaking before silence filled the marble walled room once again. Dust gathered in the corners as such a building has not been in use for hundreds of years, only furthering the serious of there meeting.

"I come before you to tell that we as a the great 99 Worlds are being attacked. Not by an army of millions but a group of only one hundred."

A few weary faces spread quickly amongst the twenty guild masters.

"As you all know I come from the planet Orama, were we house the principle of Sight and Knowledge. A week ago from today as I slept in my hammock, I was attached by a being I knew not of at the time. I of course being a God in my principle easily slain the black mist without struggle but to my surprise, It had possessed one of my guards."

More looks of uneasiness were spread amongst the guild.

"I used my most powerful magic spell to get a glimpse of its past before I killed it. It was what I had feared most brothers and sisters."

He shifted in his chair as he eyed a few of his former close friends.

"Long long ago, 100 worlds were created from a being known as The Creator. With his creation he imbued each planet with the 100 aspects of creation, giving each planet mana to build and create organisms. After these worlds gained intellectual prowess and began to expand and grow, The Creator wanted to see his creations interact and study other forms of magic, not prisoned to just their homes. With this brought about wars, overpopulation, and alliances. As time went on, ten Worlds seem to rise above the rest. Within these ten worlds stood one clear victor, Humans. They had the principle of Fate, a magic power envied by all. In the wake of such a power growing The Creator gave all of the 100 worlds a single power. If one Sage level wizard from each planet gathered on here, the planet of Junction, then they could shun a planet from their chain. This has only ever been done once as Humans were ruthless and shifted fate in their favor. In which it even took one it their own to do so, and so, Earth broke off from us. This was in fact, their true fate. But..."

The Guild wavered as he measured the next words in his head.

"We did not get rid of our worst enemy but instead our best ally. On World 100 lies a race counting only to one hundred themselves. On this world called simply 'End', were a race that houses the principle of Extinction. A magic so powerful it threatens us even now."

One of the women stood and bowed before speaking,

"Where were these beings during the power struggle that happened so many years ago? If they were this dangerous we should have shunned them instead."

A few members nodded at her words.

"It was because Humans were the exact nullification of this race. They could have no effect as long as the Humans magic of Fate was at Large. It was pointless to even try."

Silence.

"Now that the Humans can no longer use this power or travel to us, we can no longer stop these beings without gathering our most strongest and powerful."

The woman standing spoke again,

"What is the name of a race so powerful?"

Tartus, the third most powerful mortal in the one hundred worlds furrowed his brow at the question,

"They are know as The Dread."
