A Journey Through...

The next day Yu Xiaogang and Flender were called by the manager about fighting the 'Royal Combat Team', "We can't find a team good enough to beat them under the spirit expert rank, maybe Shrek's Eight Monsters are our last hope, everyone on the team has impressive battle records and you have him on their team."

Later Yu Xiaogang found Mubai and Ray watching Zhu Zhu Qing and Rongrong in their two vs two fight that they just won, "Our chances of winning aren't low, it's gonna be a hard win, you need to work together on this one without fail.", then he talked about how he was putting his trust in Mubai and Zhu Zhu Qing and then he began to talk to Ray, "Ray walk with me!", "Sure!", "How confident are you in this team?", asked Yu Xiaogang, "If you want my honest opinion, it's not perfect, but somehow I will make it so.", Yu Xiaogang nodded his head and then asked, "Oh yeah, when did you break through, Ray was thinking, 'Damn he's attentive, then again I released my 4th ring, but he's the first to notice', "Yesterday, I was cultivating and decided I would go and get my 4th ring.", "Ok, what age is it?", "10,000+", "Haha, wow, that's good then.", "Teacher, I gotta present for you.", "What is it?", "Here.", Ray gave Yu Xiaogang a green and orange pill, that gave off a pushing feeling, "It's a pill that will let you breakthrough to the spirit expert rank as well as the others, it also has a healing factor.", Yu Xiaogang looked at Ray and then the pill and had a tear in his eye and said, "H-how?", "I'm good at pill making and good at telling when someone is sick.", Yu Xiaogang didn't ask further, he thanked Ray from the deepest parts of his heart and said he was gonna go cultivate, Ray was thinking, 'The man is a genius, I can't wait for Tang san to get taken away by the poison Douluo, he needs to upgrade his strength, even if its not by a lot.'

Ray then went to go find Oscar, who was just in his room thinking about Rongrong, "Oi, Oscar!", "Hm?! Oh, it's just you big bro.", "Yea, now I got something important to ask you. Do you wanna get stronger?", Oscar changed from his carefree attitude to his serious one, "How?", "Here learn these two techniques the [Rasengan] and [Spirit Barrier], if you need help to understand then come find me.", Ray threw the techniques at Oscar and then left, Oscar quickly read through them and was thinking, 'Holy shit this [Rasengan] thing is Op where the f.u.c.k did Ray get this and this [Spirit Barrier] means no one under the spirit king rank can get to me, this is just what I needed, thanks big bro Ray! I won't forget this!'

Ray was walking away and was thinking, 'Oh man, when Oscar figures out how to use the [Rasengan] he's gonna be so boss, sometimes I think I can't outdo myself, but I just do, haha, and that [Spirit Barrier] means no one on 'Royal Combat Team will be able to get to him, hopefully, he can grasp how to make them by the time we have to fight!'

NEXT DAY

Yu Xiaogang was in a bit of a good mood and everyone else was between anxious and happy, "Okay let me explain on the other teams' spirit essences", Yu Xiaogang was explaining who the eight opponents would be and everyone had faces that made them look like this was the ultimate battle, Yu Xiaogang called Ray over and said, "Ray I want you to only use your 'Silver Dragon Eyes' no claws, this is meant to be a learning experience as well as how we gain glory for Shrek!", "Fine", Mubai then said, "Teacher Yu are you sure if we don't have Ray going all out then we might not win!", "No Mubai, you underestimate Ray's fighting prowess, there's a reason why you barely saw him during that month, he learnt how to use the time element!", everyone was dumbstruck and looked happier as they understood what this meant.

NEXT DAY

The match was starting fatty Hong looked at the opponent with the bird spirit and then started arguing with him...or should I say her...

Mubai shouted, "Spirit Stamp Release", above them eight flashing colours appeared, a whitish gold tiger stamp, a blue silver stamp, a pink rabbit stamp, an orangish pink tower stamp, a dark pink cat stamp, a red food stamp, a red phoenix stamp and a bright menacing silver dragon eye, people were cheering for the Shrek team, the Royal Combat Team did the same and released their stamps, and the began to fight, Mubai at the front began the confrontation, he was given a boost by Rongrong and Ray who gave him a lightning resistance shield around his body, Mubai had a slight upper hand, Tian Heng of the lightning dragon clan couldn't do much to Mubai because of his resistance to it and then he was swarmed by the rest of the Shrek members, he had fatty Hong shoot fire at him, Tang san wrap him up in vines of grass, and then Xiao Wu kicks him out of bounds but then he was quickly picked up by his flying team member

Ray was at the back watching this and was thinking, 'I will only join in when someone is about to be thrown out of bounds, when they really need it and Zhu Zhu Qing use their fusion ability.' and then Ray saw the girl on the enemy team who has a snake spirit get angry, Ray teleported next to one of there defensive spirit masters and threw him away with all his strength, this made the enemy team raise caution as they forgot he was here, which was reasonable as all he did was stand at the back, then Ray got rid of one of the three speed type spirit masters(inserted one) by teleporting him next to himself and giving him a fiery punch out of the stage.

Ray smiled and walked back and was thinking, 'There that should make things easier.', Xiao Wu in the next moment got angry and everyone at Shrek got angry, "Tang san give her to me!", Ray shouted, Tang san gave him Xiao Wu by wrapping her in the grass and sending her towards him, Ray began healing her and fatty Hong went on a little rampage, this made the enemy team anxious as they not expecting them to fight even harder and they went back into a formation, but then Mubai and Zhu Zhu Qing joined hands and a storm from the heavens appeared, a white and black light joined together and out from it came a big white tiger with some features of the nether cat, its bigness made the stage shake and pressured the enemy team, they charged through and defeated the remaining defence and speed members of the Royal Combat team, all that was left was a control, support and Tian Heng who was slowly getting up.

The nether white tiger was about to attack but was stopped by an angered Tian Heng who broke the fusion ability, Mubai and Zhu Zhu Qing separated and the wind calmed down, Ray teleported them to the back and then Ray went next to Tang san and said, "Take care of Xiao Wu and the rest, I will handle this!", Tang san nodded and ran towards Tian Heng who said, "hmph! What can you do, you were at the back!", "Haha, I gotta let me juniors fight or else it wouldn't be a learning experience!", this made Tian Heng mad as he understood what Ray was saying and he said, "Arrogant!", "If that's what you think then you do you!", Ray replied and then they began to fight, Ray's eyes went silver and he covered his hands in ice, creating ice claws and attacked Tian Heng, Ray teleported next to him and clubbed him down, as Tian Heng was getting up, Ray then ran towards the support type girl and said, "Go and heal my teammates or die!", the teacher from the combat team said, "Don't hurt her!", Ray wasn't actually gonna kill her, but injure her, he will, he threw her towards Tang san who caught her and made her heal all their teammates, Tian Heng was angered at this and began charging towards Ray who smirked at him and said, "You lose!", and charged himself forward and teleported above Tian Heng who didn't know where he went, Ray grappled onto Tian Heng's face and had thrown him out of bounds, Tian Heng was thrown towards a barrier and coughed up blood, the announcer then shouted out that Shrek won.

The nobles who gambled on the losing team lost a lot of money and the nobles and people who gambled on Shrek cheered and said, "Haha Myriad is still undefeated, he didn't even go all out and use his claw, he only used his first spirit essence haha! Just what I expected of him!"

The received their rewards and everyone was happy as everyone was given the money and were given a badge rank upgrade, everyone was given gold badges as they were undefeated in the two vs two and Ray was given a sapphire badge as he was now a spirit ancestor.

A FEW DAYS LATER

Everyone was invited to go the Tian Dou Royal Academy and along, Tang san decided to make some weapons, Ray offered to help make them which made Tang san surprised, "You're a blacksmith?", "Yeah, it was one of the first businesses I made, the silver dragon smith company, of course, I made it into a trading company where we sell a lot of things, metals, herbs, you name it we have it, anyway do you need help?", Tang san was enlightened and nodded his head, he told Ray how to make them and was surprised that he could grasp how to make the weapons so quick, Ray was thinking, 'Well I'm not a level 7 blacksmith for nothing!'(DD3 level).

Tang san and Ray finished making the weapons within a week and Tang san said, "Thanks Ray if you didn't help I think it would've taken a month.", "No problem, actually tang san can you gather up everyone for me I got a surprise.", Tang san was curious but he was thinking he would find out anyway so he just went to call everyone.

Once everyone was called up into the room, they asked why they were called, "Okay I know your thinking why you were called up and the answer is that I know a way to speed up how quick you cultivate!", Ray let this bombshell go off and everyone was silent, Tang san was the first to speak and he said, "How?", "I can use the space element to gather spirit energy quickly, which if used correctly can be showered over someone pouring into your meridians and because of the high amount of energy is lets you cultivate quicker...", Ray kept explaining how he could increase their cultivation and they all wanted to try it out.

A week later everyone's cultivation was increased by two, now this may not seem like a lot but normally this would take a few months even for geniuses.

Yu Xiaogangfound out what they were doing and was intrigued by this method but told them to be careful of doing this too much as an overflow of spirit energy could happen which brings more bad than good.

TWO WEEKS LATER

They arrived at the spirit arena where Yu Xiaogang got them to fight and then fought one of the killing teams, they used the weapons Tang san and Ray made to beat them and unfortunately killed them...or so most of them thought, Tang san tweaked the weapons so that they would make them fall to the ground and make it seem as if they died.

A FEW WEEKS LATER

Everyone arrived at the Tian Dou Royal Academy, met with a bunch of nobles along the way who sneered at them and called them country bumpkins and then Ray came up to them and said, "Me a country bumpkin you must be joking?", in Ray's hands was a seal of the king, the nobles knew what it was and said, "H-how did you get that!?", "Hmph! I'm the owner of the 'Roaring Silver Trading Company' obviously the king would want to meet me and make friends, fools!", they were dumbstruck and one of them who just showed up tried hitting on Zhu Zhu Qing, Dai Mubai got pissed and punched him in the face, the nobles were pissed but also in fear, they ran away.

Flender looked at Ray and said, "I don't remember you ever meeting the king?", "Hm? Oh, it's not you can keep track of all your students, I go out of the academy sometimes too you know, that and he sent an envoy, so it didn't actually meet him. But I learned he values my business highly so I he gave me this seal, pretty handy when it comes to business transactions", Flender just sighed and said no more.

After a while, they reached the Tian Dou academy and met the three elders of the council, they tested Tang san and Ray with their spiritual pressure, Tang san got to the spiritual pressure of 47 as his cultivation was now 34 and Ray's was stupidly high, they were still testing his, "He's even more of a monster than the previous one, we're still at 58.5!", "Keep going!", said one of the other elders, they reached 60 eventually but Ray wouldn't budge, they kept going till they reached 70 and then they said, "My god he...he's a true monster, how can he handle this much pressure!?!?", Flender and Yu Xiaogang were dumbstruck and didn't know what to say, they were both thinking, 'He's a heaven-defying monster!!! He makes us so proud!!!', the elders kept going till they got to level 80 and said, "That's near all my power how...just how...", they eventually got to 82 and stopped saying, "People of Shrek are welcome, hahaha, I know see how you beat our academy!", then a man came storming in saying, "Which country bumpkin dares to hit to the 4th price and comes into this academy and holds a fake royal seal!?! These liars and savages cannot come to this academy!", Flender was fl.u.s.tered and said, "My lord I...", "Shut it I wasn't talking to you, when was it your turn to talk!?", "So uncivilised!", said the noble that Mubai punched in the face.

Mubai got angry and tried to punch him in the face but then a green smoke came out and Tang san said, "This scent...poison!", then Yu Xiaogang said, "He is poison...", and fainted, Flender was tense and said, "He's actually that title Douluo... the poison Douluo Du Gu Bo!! ", then the three elder tried to bargain with the poison Douluo, but he didn't care for them and said to the Shrek members, "You lot can f.u.c.k off!", then Ray said, "Oi, royalty pigs, this isn't fake, check it!", the cousin of the king came in and checked the seal and he froze and said, "It's real...I'm terribly sorry, about this guest!" he gave back the seal and he walked off in fear.

Then Du Gu Bo turned around and saw the royals leave and said, "Whatever...elders only because it's you...I will count to ten and let you leave!", Flender was pissed and you know how it goes...

They began to fight with the title Douluo and Ray sat down on a nearby chair and watched the show, the three elders and members of Shrek lose to the Douluo and he was shouted at by his granddaughter, the girl from the tournament who had the snake type spirit.

Later everyone from Shrek and the teacher from the Tian Dou school left and went to join another school, Flender said, "Blue Tyrant academy...now recruiting..."

The reached the school in different clothes as Flender said that he didn't want anyone to look like country bumpkins, they soon arrived at the Blue Tyrant academy, the teacher said he couldn't appraise them as they were too high level and sent them towards the principle of the academy.

Ray on the way was thinking, 'Wish I had popcorn for this moment, it's gonna be like a f.u.c.kin' drama...damn I'm ins.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e, stop thinking this shit, it's real life now, stop!' and then he sighed.

As they got close they all heard some singing in the distance and as were in front of the principle of the academy, Yu Xiaogang started crying, Tang san saw this and asked his master what wrong, Yu Xiaogang said, "This song...I wrote it..." and he tried to storm off but Flender stopped him and said, "Xiaogang how long do you want to run from this!" and Yu Xiaogang muttered whilst crying, "I should've known! Blue Tyrant academy...blue tyrant..." and then he turned around and faced Flender and shouted, "Flender, you forced us to change clothes, don't tell me you knew she was here!?" and Flender shrugged and said, "How could that be, it's just a coincidence." and didn't look him in the eyes.

The teacher called the principle and told her that they have new applicants but he couldn't judge them and then the principal turned around and looked in the direction of Yu Xiaogang and stuttered whilst saying, "Xiao...Xiaogang...I have waited twenty years and you decided to finally come and see me...", Yu Xiaogang couldn't look her in the eyes and backed up without giving a response.

Flender greeted the principle and talked about there reunion as the golden iron triangle, then Yu Xiaogang ran off and Tang san followed him with Ray joining him afterwards, Tang san started asking him questions and Yu Xiaogang talked about his past and how he fell in love with his cousin and how he couldn't do it and ran off and how that's how his hair turned white with sadness.

And then Tang san tried to reprimand his teacher, Ray was thinking, 'Well damn, it's much more dramatic when you see it real life, poor teacher Yu' and shook his head.

Then the principle of the academy Liu Erlong came and started to talk to Yu Xiaogang, Ray then went up to Tang san and said, "Come on, let's leave em' to it.", Tang san nodded his head and they began to walk away, Ray watched Tang san in deep contemplation and then he felt it the decaying presence and said, "Xiao san, looks like we have a guest!", Tang san looked at him in confusion and said, "What?" but then he felt it too.

They looked up and saw a man with green hair, giving off a gaseous vibe, he said, "So your Tang san...", he then looked at Ray and said, "Who are you.", and then Ray smiled and said, "The names Ray Yin, poison Douluo Du Gu Bo.", Du Gu was thinking, 'Yin...that sounds familiar...didn't that one Douluo who taught me a bit about poison have that name...hmm...", "Boy, does the name, Yuansu clan mean anything to you.", Ray blinked and took out a silver seal with different elements in a circle and said, "Does this answer your question?", Du Gu Bo nodded his head and said, "I'm taking the bot, Tang san!", Ray whispered to Tang san and said, "He probably wants you to fix his problem.", Tang san gave a weird look to Ray and said, "You could tell?", "Xiao san, you aren't the only one who's good with herbs, heck, I fixed teacher Yu's problem with his bottleneck.", Tang san gave an astonished look but before he could say anything, Du Gu Bo said, "I'm getting impatient!", "Sigh...okay but I'm going with you!", Ray gave left a quick note on a nearby tree and they left.

Later Zhao Wuji said, "F.u.c.k Ray and Tang san haven't been seen!", Flender said, "They must have been kidnapped!", Yu Xiaogang looked in a direction and could smell the lingering poison, he looked around and found a note by Ray saying, 'Yo, teacher Yu me and Tang san have been taken by Du Gu Bo, you should come and find us, I don't think he's gonna kill us but you never know!" -signed by Ray.

A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER

Ray and Tang san woke up, on a grassy patch of land, Ray was thinking, 'F.u.c.k did you have to make both of us unconscious?!', Ray got up before Tang san and helped him up, Du Gu Bo then said, "Okay now that you're awake, tell me how you defeated my poison?", and then that's when Ray walked towards a tree and Du Gu Bo and Tang san had their conversation, they started shouting at each other and fought, his external spirit bone was broken and eventually Du Gu Bo started testing him, he put poison in him and told him that he had to get the poison out before tomorrow.

After that Ray healed Tang san's injuries but didn't take out the poison, just weakened it to give him more time.

Tang san went to go find a cure, Ray followed him but stayed within an illusion, Tang san used his purple demon eyes and saw Ray, he smiled and acted like he didn't see him, Ray was just looking over all the plants and herbs in this garden and was thinking, 'Damn, this place really is a treasure!'

A few hours later Ray watched Tang san find the fire and ice flowers, Ray decided to help him here by numbing the pain, Tang san took the flowers and began making some screams and that's when Ray stepped in and used some of the holy element to numb the pain and then the time element to speed up the process whilst tang san used his mysterious heavens arts to help, he was still in pain but not like he was in hell...after a few minutes Tang san had his spider lances coming out from his back again, looking stronger than before.

Ray sensed fighting in the distance and said "Tang san hurry up, it looks like the teachers showed up to fight Du Gu Bo, quickly finish finding the stuff for the cure and let's go!"

After a bit, Ray and Tang san went towards the fighting happened and Ray could feel time being slowed in the distance so he used his control over it so cancel it and then Ray and Tang san eventually showed up, "STOP! Esteemed Du Gu I have found the cure to help your granddaughters snake poison!", Tang san said and Ray nodded his head as confirmation.

Tang san started to explain himself to the teachers and Ray just said that he was here to make sure Tang san wasn't killed or severely injured, and then the teachers left after finding out why they were here.

Tang san started talking with Du Gu Bo and Ray just sat on top of a nearby tree and watched the two talk, he heard how Tang san made a bet with him and watched how it turned out. Tang san stayed still and the first poison just evaporated, Du Gu got annoyed and challenged him to face his little snake, Tang san agreed but on the condition that he gets to keep it, Du Gu reluctantly agreed.

Tang san poisoned the snake with his own blood as he has been tempered by two powerful poisons which in turn poisoned the little snake, Du Gu was really annoyed which made Ray laugh, Du Gu got madder and threw poison at Ray who s.u.c.k.e.d it up into space with sent it back to him, Du Gu Bo looked at Ray and was thinking, 'Great there both f.u.c.k.i.n.g monsters, one's from that clan and the other is Heavenly's son!'

The third poison was released which injured Tang san this time, Ray watched this and knew he could dispell it but got ready just in case, Du Gu looked as if he was contemplating something and as if his questions were answered and as a big hammer showed up above Tang san glistening with might, 'Wow, it looks way cooler in real life, and it's way bigger!', Du Gu's body shook and looked as if he was gonna run away, but then Tang san said, "Thank you for not killing me!", Du Gu was a bit stupified that he was able to dispel the poison and asked if the plant he ate was the cause of it after that they began to talk more and then Du Gu made him eat a weird pill and then left looking pissed off but slightly happy?

MONTHS LATER

...

Ray was helping tang san with making a cure and sometimes spared with Du Gu Bo who was astonished by Ray's fighting prowess, they would spend their time eating, cultivating, making cures, and Ray and Du Gu Bo helped Tang san make his 'Yama's Notice', which was two times as powerful as before as Ray bought some poisons from the system which were pretty powerful, the rest of the time they spend bonding...

Eventually, they had to leave, Du Gu Bo gave Tang san a special type of spirit tool and Ray secretly upgraded Du Gu Bo's last two rings to 100,000+ in his sleep, 'When he wakes up he's gonna be shocked!

Du Gu Bo woke up the next day looking a bit sad at how quiet it was, he roamed around looking t his rare herbs and plants...which were gone, he released his spirit rings in anger and then he was even more shocked, his last two rings were crimson red! He thought he was dreaming but then he thought about it, 'That brat Ray did say he could age things with his control over time whether it be physical or spiritual...he is a monster...but a monster I am willing to call a friend...'

HOURS LATER

Tang san and Ray returned to the academy and were looking at the changed name, it was now called Shrek academy...

Soon everyone met up and Tang san started to give everyone there treasures(same as in the original except for Yu Xiaogang who just got something that lets him cultivate faster), but when it came to Ray's turn, Tang san took out something he thought he would never see, he gave him the, 'Dragon king's bloodied tear', silver and red tipped flower that gave off a light roar when it is shaken, "Ray this is the rarest flower that I have and it is for you, it will allow you to have the chance to have a second awakening or will do something to your blood.", for once Ray was the one stupified here and he gave Tang san a hug and said, "Xiao san in the future I will give you a big gift, trust me your gonna love it!"

Later Ray went to his new room and lied down, he was about to go to sleep when he got a ring in his head, he got up and checked it...
