A Journey Through...

After the incident Shi Nian, Shrek won another 12 matches and Ray was getting annoyed, "Teacher Yu, I'm fighting in the match against 'Blazing academy', I'm getting annoyed by the fact that I haven't participated in a single match!", Yu Xiaogang was drinking his tea and listened to Ray's request, "Oh? Sure, we don't have as many of the matches left anyway, so we might as well use you for the tougher academies happening now.", Ray nodded his head and walked out the door and as he got halfway through the hallway, "Thank f.u.c.k! now I can f.u.c.k up some bitches! WOOOO!", then he ran away to get some food, Yu Xiaogang heard him and spat out his tea and thought, 'Was he that pent up to fight someone?!! My god...I feel sorry for the other academies...sigh...', and he then finished having his tea and went back into his research.

NEXT DAY

It was now time for the battle with Shrek vs blazing academy, a lot of people were shouting the name 'Xiao Wu' but the weird thing was, they were shouting for two people with the same name, the first being the person from Shrek, Xiao Wu but the other was from blazing academy who was called Xiao Wu as a nickname at every one of her fans was calling her, her real name was Huo Wu.

Xiao Wu and Huo Wu were both having an argument about who had the most fans, the commentator said towards this, "Shrek always seems to liven up the spirit of the stage whenever they are present.", Ray was the last to appear on stage and the commentator noticed this new person in the team, "Oh? And who's this new mysterious addition to the team, hm? It says his name is 'Ray Yin' of Shrek academy! Let's welcome him to the stage people!", people started cheering(knowledgeable) and some booed(dumbasses) at this.

The Xiao Wu and the rest(except Ray who walked to the back) started to do a bunch of weird stances and tell a story which, by the end of it made the other team freeze in stupidity as they realised that they were just doing something to annoy them.

The match now officially started, and Huo Wu got a little pissed off and initiated the first attack which separated everyone in Shrek team, apart from who couldn't feel a thing from it as he has an insanely strong body as well as a natural resistance to elements which increases the stronger he gets.

Mubai went against their captain, Huo Wu Shuvang, who was the older brother of Huo Wu and they were stuck in their fight, next was Huo Yun who was fast enough to knock out the support Jiang Zhu, Xiao Wu saw this and began their fight against each other, next was Huo Yu who knocked out Jing Lin out of bounds, the next was Huo Xin and Huo Chen and were against...Ray and Tai Long who was behind Ray, they thought that he was defending but all he was doing was standing still, "Um, I know you guys are proud of your fire but this does nothing to me, like nothing, kinda sad really...sigh...time to leave the stage...", they were dumbfounded because once their consecutive attacks ended they saw Ray sighing whilst his arms were folded, "Impossible!-", shouted Huo Chen but then he couldn't finish his sentence as Ray said, "Freeze...", the area around Ray turned icy and everything turned cold, he froze Huo Xin and Huo Chen and threw them off stage, because it turned so cold around him it affected the fire attacks of the opponents around him, this alarmed some of the enemies and they looked away towards Ray who waved at them with a devilish smile, they only looked away for a second but that second let the Shrek members do a successful attack, Huo Che Xiang was fighting Huang Yuan and they were equal with the help of Ray, but a winner couldn't really be decided by the current fight but by how much they could endure, Ray didn't want to see his teammate weaken in the middle of the fight so he summoned some earth to hold Huo Che Xiang down in one place and then threw ice on him, Huang Yuan gave an appreciated nod to him and finished Huo Che Xiang off by pushing him out of bounds, all three who were taken out didn't have enough time to react as it happened to fast, they were trapped instantly and took off the stage in a matter off seconds, they realised that the true monster among the Shrek members was Ray, but it was too late, they never saw him fight in any of the previous fights and therefore didn't know how strong he was, so they were a bit cautious towards him and sent two of their members after him but they were taken out like they were bugs...

Tang san noticed that the opponents lost 3 team members, so it was now 6 vs 5, with Shrek having more people, especially the monster Ray, Tang san realised that the time for his darkening and using his latest ring was now, he trapped the remaining 5 members in spikey dark cages protruding from the ground, those of blazing academy were shocked as they didn't know what this ability was and as they were in a state of confusion they didn't realise that Mubai and Xiao Wu were coming in for attacks, Huo Yun was knocked out by Xiao Wu and then Mubai used his [White Tiger Meteor Shower] ability and knocked out Huo Yu and their captain Huo Wu Shuvang, now it was a 6 vs 2, all this happened so fast that people just realised that Tang san used a 10,000-year-old ability and everyone was in awe, people started to take note of Mubai, Tang san and Ray as two of them were able to take out 3 people and the other had a ring that let him trap people in place ready for an attack.

The remaining two were Huo Wu and Huo Yulan(made up for story), Huo Yulan was taken out by Mubai after he used his third ring to increase his power and defence and landed a final hit that sent her of the stage, the remaining one was Huo Yu who was in a fight with Xiao Wu who started slapping her with her teleportation as well as her crazy movement speed, Huo Wu couldn't catch up and she got pissed off at this attack, "I'm gonna kill you!", she said this with a raised voice following with anger as well as how much the consecutive hits hurt, she had small tears in her eyes that she tried to hide with more anger as she tried to send out more attacks, "Seems like you have short term memory loss!", Xiao Wu declared as she cracked her knuckles as she went to consecutively smack her face again which eventually turned Huo Wu's face more on the damaged side with Xiao Wu's description being, "Hahaha! The bitch became a pig head!", then Huo Wu started to charge up an energy attack with masses of flames around her that Xiao Wu watched attentively and commented with, "Tch, an energy attack? I was playing with that kind of ability when you were still a baby, let's see what you are up to...", Mubai, Tang san and Ray watched this, Mubai asked, "Shouldn't we join?", "No, best to leave this between the girls.", Tang san said with a face showing that he didn't really care which was from one of the effects of his darkening ability, Ray thought whilst witnessing this, 'Well I Xiao Wu is right about knowing energy attacks since Huo Wu was a baby, I mean she is a 100,000-year-old spirit beast, oh yea isn't this that attack that had an energy level supposedly going over rank 60, lets wait and see what she can bring out...', Ray then put on a little smirk and continued to watch this attentively.

Eventually, she reached the energy level if 63 and Tang san said to Ray, "Um shouldn't we try to stop her now?", "Hm? I guess...sigh...Tang san trap her in the grass and then I will cover it in ice, securing victory, you ready?", Tang san nodded his head cooly and began the process, 'Damn...this kid is cooler in when he's in his darkening made, I approve!', Tang san put his two hands out and they had a purple aura around them, an army of darkened blue silver grass sprang out and began to cover over the spiral pillar of flames with Huo Wu inside it, Ray knew he couldn't cover the whole area in ice with just pure spirit essence so he used his [Ice Storm Domain] might seem like a bit of overkill but this tournament is also meant to be flashy as well as showing the battle between geniuses, he cleared his throat and then used the ability with the a roar of the lion king which made the people nearest to him cover their ears and then the clouds shifted and turned grey and dark blue, creating a mini vortex with light blue lightning and snow falling down from it, the icy chill from above made everyone's teeth clatter, well unless you have a relatively high spirit power so you can block the cold from touching you, but that's not the important thing here, the important thing is who summoned this chill, Ray was making a movement with his hands whilst watching both Tang san's action and moving and supporting his attack, they slowly drowned out Huo Wu's attack and weakened it within the grass and then Ray summoned up some of the smaller amounts of the light blue lightning and shot it towards the centre of the grass hole that Tang san made and then the grass was released and Huo Wu was on the floor shivering, "Um, someone should warm her up before she gets sick.", Mubai said, "Fine...", Ray said and then went over to her and started to put her on a table of earth that he pushed up and slowly started to heat her up and covered her head with a warm, wet cloth from his storage space, that he covered in the water element which he boiled slightly, she did resist to what he was doing but then she realised he was helping her and let him be as wasn't actually doing anything indecent to her by the end of it he mixed a holy healing spell with a bit of fire to fix her up and warm her a bit more.

The announcer was stunned as well as everyone else and said, "W-well...Shrek academy wins!", Ray unsummoned the attack and changed it so that the area would be warmer but not too warm as a rapid change in temperature would make them more likely to get sick.

He left the stage and Huo Wu Shuvang came racing over and said, "What did you do to her?!", he said this in a demanding tone, "Hmph! Shut up! Why don't you go ask her!", and Ray walked back to Shrek's exit.

Huo Wu Shuvang ran over to his sister with another boy in tow who had black hair and blue eyes, he was relatively handsome and they both had a worried look but she was awake and said, "Don't be rude to him, he stopped me from getting sick and fixed up my injuries!", "Oh, thank god for your okay!", "Did he touch you in any indecent way, Xiao Wu?!", said the blue-eyed boy who's name was Feng Xiao Tian and she replied bluntly with, "No!", and then she had her brother help her to her room where she fell asleep as although Ray fixed her injuries she was still fatigued still thinking about her loss.

On Shrek's side, Xiao Wu was jumping about how they won against blazing academy and more specifically Huo Wu.

Later that day Feng Xiao Tian went to visit Huo Wu and asked if she was okay now, she was and then she asked if he really liked her, he smiled at this and then said that if he could defeat Tang san and Ray then he could be her boyfriend, his smile grew wider and he started to mentally thank Tang san and Ray but was regretting it a bit as he realised how much of a monster Ray was. He left after a bit and Huo Wu was thinking whilst having a slight blush, 'Feng Xiao Tian you better beat that Ray or else he will take that place in my heart...'

Later on, all the higher-ups were discussing Tang san's rare darkening and Ray's rare ice domain abilities.

The emperor was with his son and they were talking about the two, "So...that was Ray Yin who used that powerful ability...?", he said with amazement, "Uh, yes father, from the information we have on the Shrek team he has the highest spirit power among the members as well as being the oldest among them.", "So how old is he 20, 23?", "No...he's 16, just a few months older than their captain.", the emperor gawked at this, "A 16-year-old spirit king?!!! This is unprecedented, he practically the youngest spirit king in all the kingdoms! And he the owner of that trading business as well?!! Genius simply genius, as well as that Tang san with those weapons and that darkening ability, those pair of geniuses, are exactly what we need to be against spirit hall!", they kept talking about the pair and so did the other people with lots of power such as he people of spirit hall and those affiliated with it.

Ray unknowing of this was thinking about his sixth ring and thought, 'Damn these two abilities really are overkill beyond belief...sigh...'

[Yin Yang Heaven Descent Dragon Avatar]: Summons the avatar of the Yin Yang Heaven Descent Dragon and lasts as long spirit power is given to it when summoned, it retains its original powers which can also be boosted by the increase of spirit power used by the skill, can be used as a mount or a means for attack, or even a meat shield if you so d.e.s.i.r.e.

Ray goofily looked at these abilities and thought, 'Damn once I get to the spirit saint rank, I will be unstoppable!', and then he went to bed so he could wake up early and carry on with the fights tomorrow.
