A Journey Through...

Ray and the ice tree were facing each other with their auras blazing into the surroundings, nearby beasts cowered in fear and ran away but for those who were stronger kept there distance and watched trying to hide there own presence just in case they could gain anything from this commencing battle.

Ray started to think about any weaknesses that the spirit beast in front of him could have, 'It's a tree there's no way it can do direct combat if anything it's going to use mental powers or attacks from a distance', Ray teleported behind the kid-like spirit beast and was about to attack but then he felt a chill and teleported back, 'Interesting, his ice attacks are stronger than I thought...'

The spirit beast spread its hands and then the icy winds and snow shook and gathered around him like he was in total control of it, the ice around it went black and had an off aura around it, Ray watched this and thought, 'Oh...so it has a variant type of the ultimates like Xiao Jun, hehe...', Ray laughed and then decided to attack instead of spirit abilities he decided to try out his magic attacks, wind changed around him also as his hands glowed silver and a deep blood red colour, the snow around him started to melt as he gathered the spirit energy and changed it into magic energy inside him a scorching blood-red flame began to form and then changed into more colours of black and silver, soon enough it turned into a miniature sun with added colours giving it a different aura than just a scorching heat, 'Hahaha...I hope you can survive this!', Ray thought as he sent the attack floating above him towards the spirit beast and the spirit beast sent its attacks towards Ray also.

The attacks of fire and ice went to each other created a cataclysmic explosion on impact towards each other, Ray and the spirit beast watched to see who won the first bout and Ray that they were even, 'Interesting, my sliver flame is already at the strength of an ultimate flame and they are still even, I guess our ultimates are at the same strength then', the explosion created a crater going miles on end but the pair seemed unfazed by the impact of it.

The spirit beast looked at Ray and said, "Ooh! You are strong, this is fun!", and then laughed, Ray thought that he needed this guy as his ring and then got ready for his next attack which was a combo of a spirit attack and magic, his rings showed up, seven crimson red rings of absolute supremacy permeating a heavy aura, the sixth ring glowed, he was using his boost ability from the [Yin Yang Dragon Descent Transformation].

Ray turned into a red and blue dragon scaled samurai, increasing in size from his near two-metre height to a double that and then finished with an ethereal cloak over him, covering his face, leaving only his eyes to see and then a pair of dragon horns grew above the cloak on to his head finishing his look, Ray teleported above the spirit beast looking boy and covered his dragon gauntlet like fist in silver flames covering his whole arm and punched him in the back shooting it to the ground at an astounding speed breaking the snow and ground under them again.

Ray then shot himself downwards like a speeding bullet and lifted his leg in the air covered in flames and now lightning and built up momentum till he got near the downed spirit beast who was still getting out a hole made when it plummeted downwards, as it just got out it looked up to see the silver flames and lightning and shouted, "OH SHI-", before another explosion happened with a tornado of the same elemental attacks growing and deepening the giant hole in the ground

The spirit beast had heavy wounds on it, a pitiful look was all someone could give it as its clothes were now tattered and it was bleeding on may places over its body with some scorch marks on it, Ray was watching the spirit beast stagger and eventually get up, one of its eyes was now closed but it still looked at Ray with a heavy gaze, Ray looked back at the spirit beast and thought, 'Thus kinda reminds me of a scene from Naruto...', Ray not thinking of the fight he was currently in was stopped from thinking of one of his past favourite anime's as the spirit beast said, "H-Human, *cough*cough*, you a stronger than I ever expected...based on your original spirit energy reading you should be...what do you people call it...oh yes...spirit saint but what you've shown is something that far surpasses something of that, tell me the truth human, what's your actual rank?", Ray laughed for a moment before he answered, "Phew...I'm sorry to disappoint you but I am just a spirit saint, I just have 'monster' strength", "...I see...I've lived for many years and have never come across someone as strong as you".

The spirit beast finished talking before a blue halo of light washed over it and many of its wounds disappeared, Ray with his heightened hearing could tell that it was breathing heavily before he thought, 'Wait...this things a tree, how does it breathe like that?', but he got rid of irrelevant thoughts and got back into a battle stance ready to fight.

But then the spirit beast began to speak again, "Stop! Human! I-I know I am no match for you, I have lost this challenge...", "...Just like that? No tricks, nothing? You aren't going to flee or anything?", the spirit beast snickered, "Hmph! Don't compare the minds of you humans to us, you may think us as savages but as least we uphold the truth and honour any dealings we have with someone! Harrumph!", "Seriously?", "Yes!...well there is something else...", Ray was intrigued and wanted to know more, "What is it?", "...sigh...My time is almost up...I'm not even sure I can reach or even surpass the age of 500,000, I guess, it could be destiny that we have fought today, as they say...fortune favours the bold...now! Let's get this over with!", "Right!", Ray nodded his head and they left to go deeper within the territory of the spirit beast.

Soon enough they saw a giant hole leading into a cave, "Is this your home? Aren't you a giant tree, what's the point in this place?", "Hmph! I wasn't always that big you know, I stayed here with some other beasts, we were raised together...but once they reached a certain age they left the area to find there own zone to rule...", "...I see...anyway, I didn't catch your name, what is it?", "My name? Haha...I wasn't given a name but the others use to call me Artic Sapling, a bit of a funny nickname but that was when I was merely at the age of a few thousand...", "Well I can't really call you that...hmm...how about...Jack?", "Jack? What kind of name is that?", "The full name is Jack Frost, a spirit that personified frost, ice, snow, winter and the freezing cold, sometimes shown as being an old man, sometimes a teenager, sometimes evil and sometimes, good.", "Ooh, I like it, Jack Frost...haha...I'll take it!", "Alright then".

Soon enough the reached the depth of the cave, "Alright we shall do it here, you will gain my spirit ring and my crown...", "A crown huh? Ok.", Ray watched Frost spread his arms to see a blue light shimmer above him and then an icy blue ring appear with four white marks and a black tree at the centre of it, the light around Frost spread throughout the cave, Frost still had his eyes closed, he put his right hand against his forehead, Ray watched him pull out an ice blue ball of energy, Frost then pointed to Ray and told him to sit down into a cultivation position and then begin the fusion.

Frost put the ball of energy against Ray's forehead and then it turned back into its tree form covering the giant cave, the colour it gave off began to dim as all the energy went towards Ray and soon enough the same blue ring that was around Frost was now beginning to float around Ray and joined together with him.

[Giant Blackwood Emperor Of Ice](100,000+ Years old):

[Black Yin Ultimate Ice]: A variant of the ultimate forms of ice that reigns supreme among the elements of this world; its power is just under of that of a heaven flame within other worlds and it is possible for it to gain a conscience of its own and grow, it gives off a death yin aura as well as letting you be able to manipulate ice of darkness, consuming and negativity. (A/N: Doesn't count as his spirit ability, it just evolved what his ice element is from now on)

[Ice Darkness Coffin Curse]: An ice curse that can cause the target to be trapped within a coffin of ice that has no light, it dulls the senses and the longer someone is trapped within, the longer they will start to corrode within the darkness element and freeze themselves till eventual death.

[Ice Consuming Coffin Curse]: An ice curse that can cause the target to be trapped within a coffin of ice that will consume all of there being, from there mind to there spirit soul and then the body, nothing is left, the more it is used when activated the stronger it becomes from consuming each target but be warned, consuming too much can cause the ability to retaliate against you and may become your undoing.

[Ice Negativity Coffin Curse]: An ice curse that can cause the target to be tormented within a coffin of ice that will crush their soul and mind with negative thoughts, seconds within the coffin could turn into hours for the minutes into days, days into years, this can cause insanity as well being able to turn targets into slaves or ragdolls through the negative torture.

[Eternal Black Yin Tree Domain]: The tree becomes a domain for which is covered in endless roots and ice, everything that is covered is within in your command and nothing can escape your senses, your ice is also strengthened within this domain by 150% and you can also make spirit ice root soldiers within your domain with the limit reaching 500 and the strongest is based on how many you can kill whilst this is activated or if you give enough spirit energy.

[Icy Catacylsym Spears]: Spears made out of ultimate ice that can create an explosion on impact, the stronger the target the stronger the explosive impact; the attack can also spread to others through the use of the explosive ice, if it touches other people the ice will explode again but it can also corrode them, it is controllable so an ally could touch the ice and it would not harm them unless commanded to.

[Crown Of The Black Ice Emperor]: Enhances all ice, snow and water attacks and resistance and mental resistance by 150% for you and your allies within a 100-metre radius; and can suppress the beforehand mentioned elemental users and beasts below the age of the bone; ability lasts 25 minutes with a 4 hour cool down.

(A/N: Some of you may think this is overkill but Huo Yuhao got 4 abilities, ultimate ice and a bone from a 400,000 spirit beast, this is a 500,000-year-old spirit beast that is way stronger than the ice empress so he gained the extra abilities, mkay.)
