Lexi's brunch ended that way, looking at his back, remembering her nails burying on his biceps then scraping his whole back. Then biting his shoulders because she might scream if she will not do such thing.

"Don't even think about it. You need to go back home and do your responsibilities. They need you at home." Three deep breaths. She is not looking forward to the long day of taking care of her nephews and nieces then deciding things at home, deciding things for her family.

She is the youngest but her siblings gave up their chance to study and work for her to finish her degree in English. She owe them that much. Now that they have families, she wants to give back. She enjoys her work at the C Company but when there was an oportunity for her to giver her service to the highest bidder as a freelancer, she grabbed the chance. Lexi keeps on repeating to herself that working at home is a dream come true. She can make money will helping her elderly mother at home.

But just like any other decision that was solely made for others, it is taking a toil on her. She is 32 and still, she has a lot of things she would like to do for her. What she did last night was crazy and it is crazier because it is with someone that can really mess up her peaceful normal life in the province. Does she regret it? No! Her first time was superb!

Lexi slowly walks back to her room. She slaps her face hard. "Why are you even thinking about that?" She stops in front of her door and scolded herself.

She sits absent mindedly on her bed. Tv is on but she is not watching. Then she notices that her phone is ringing.

"I have called like three times. Are you alright?" Her elder sister, Kari worriedly asks. "Sorry. I was taking a bath. What's up?" She doesn't have a choice but lie.

" Hmmm...I know that you have paid for the tuition fees of the twins. Do you still have an extra? Our savings are not enough to pay for books and other requirements."

"Sure. Just give me the final amount later and I will transfer it to your account."

"Thanks lil sis! You will be home in 2 days right? What food do you like?" This made Lexi smile. Her sister is a really good cook. "Surprise me."

It is about to be dark but Lexi still ìs not moving from her bed. Her phone rings again. "Hi, Lil sis! How's your stay in the city? Are you eating well?" Her older brother, Rowan is on the other line.

"All good for me. What's up?" She already has a feeling what is the ending of this conversation.

"My salary will not make it to the deadline of the mortgage and the car. Can you lend me some money for the payment? I will give it back promise" She can imagine that he is raising his hand just like taking an oath. He makes the same promises everytime.

"Sure! Just give me the final amount later and I will transfer it."

While sitting at her small room's veranda, she wonders. If she would be in an accident who will take care of her. Who will pay for her bills? Who will make her happy? What will make her smile? If she will die now, is she happy? will she regret anything?

Then she gets her phone. "I will only stay in this hotel for two days. Then I planned to go home. But sure, I can stay with you. When can I move in?" She is not breathing. Like if she did, she will back out. This is the most illogical thing she did and she felt good.

"Now. I am here in the lobby. What is your room number." Again, she can hear the smile on his voice.
