A Month Of Dreams: Loving A Secret CEO

Oh God! It aches everywhere! Lexi tried not to move too much for her not to feel any sharp sudden pain. Damn! That's the only thing she says when she saw her body before taking a bath. Some of the marks are now blueish and violet. She would like to stay in bed and just wrap her sore body in her blanket. 2 more days and she would go home. She has 2 more days for herself, enjoy this big city all by herself.

She felt that she needs to eat something. She will just quickly go down to the hotel's restaurant and eat brunch. Since it is the restaurant of her hotel, she just grabs a short that would cover some bruises on her t.h.i.g.hs and a hoodie jacket. She ties her hair in a messy bun and went out.

Coffee feels good this morning. She was eating her pancakes when her phone rings. It is an unknown number. Who could it be? Might be someone from home? An emergency? She answers.

"How's your morning?" A deep masculine voice tickles her ear. "Who is this?" She innocently asks.

"That hurts..!" He chuckles. "I have your jacket I will drop it off. Which hotel are you staying?" You can literally hear him smiling.

"Golden Lotus Hotel" Lexi answered. Then slapped her mouth. Why on earth will you tell him where you stay? Are you close now? Oh no! He is a high profile individual. This just spells trouble.

"Perfect!" Then hangs up.

Of course, he knows where she is staying. He already read her "file". He can see her now eating her blackberry pancake and sips her coffee occasionally. She is breath taking. She is small on frame and short but her legs are such a site to see. She feels relaxed and peaceful. Maybe because she dresses comfortably. Then she stuffs her face with the pancake and he can't help but to laugh and hurriedly enters the hotel restaurant.

Lexi needs to finish her meal and get ready to meet the supposedly one-night stand. This is a weird situation but she really needs to get the jacket she first bought with her hard earn money. Actually one of the few things she bought for herself. She smiled sadly.

"I don't want that pancake then. Seems like it doesn't taste good, based on your reaction." The air was filled with his fresh scent. He sits opposite her direction and she has a full view of his smiling face. Oh, this face! This is bad.

" You don't have too. I can pick it up later." she reaches for the paper bag.

He handed it over. "Not a big deal. I need to talk to you anyway. Made it easier to track you down since you willingly left your business card." And winked.

She felt the blood on her cheeks. "What about?" Might be the incident at the bar? Do they need her statement? She reaches for her coffee.

"You are strongly attracted to me physically. In other words, you like me." She thanks the heavens that she's not drinking the coffee yet or else she will spit it out on his face. It was not a question. It is a statement. She puts down her coffee and looked at his eyes. Lexi hang in there. Whatever this is, it is not serious.

"Why does it matter? I am not looking for a relationship."

"I will stay here for a month before I will go to the US and stay there for a while." He is like measuring her reaction. "You like me. I like you. Stay with me for 4 weeks."

Lexi might be just hearing things but is he asking her to stay with him? "Why?"

"Because I need you on my bed. I like you on my bed. You also feel the same way. I will not buy it if you say otherwise. Your friends say you are looking for fun. I can give you fun and more." His eyes seem darker now.

"I will not force you to answer now." He stands and placed his hands on his pockets. "I will wait for your call then? See you!" And she can now only see his s.e.xy back.
