She just stares to the vast space of her apartment. It is fully furnish and way beyond her cheap taste. It is more of a villa than an apartment. Taste of the decorator is of a European style even the carpets are Old English. What she likes best is her living room. The wall of glass is facing east and she can see the sun waking up. She is wearing a large t-shirt and u.n.d.e.r.w.e.a.r when she suddenly jumps out of fear. She can hear someone in her kicthen.

She tiptoed and went to the direction of her modern kitchen which is gray and white in color and spotless. A middle aged woman is cooking in her kitchen. She faces her and smiles. She has the kindest smile that she ever sees. Her mother's smile is often mixed with bitterness maybe because of her life story.

"Good Morning Ms. Min. I am Aunt Suzy and I will be attending you at home. Come and have your breakfast. I am surprised that you are an early riser."

"Nice to meet you Aunt Suzy." She is just too surprise to react. She ate her hotcake and bacon silently while watching Aunt Suzy. "Go on dear. I know you have questions." Lexi dropped her fork when Aunt Suzy talked. Does she has any third eye? Can she see her staring?

Lexi blushed. "Now, I just want to make sure I am not stepping into anything. Am I expecting your boyfriend or fiancee any day now?" Aunt Suzy is smiling sweetly.

"Sorry...I don't have any." Lexi is still blushing. Why is she blushing.

Aunt Suzy pointed at her finger. She was starled for a while and looks at her finger and there rest one of the biggest rocks anyone have seen. "Owwww! Yeah! Sorry. I was just surprised seeing you. I was not aware that I will not be alone. Yeah! I have a fiancee but he is out of the country. You might not be able to see him." It is better to make sure that she cover all grounds. She is lying now so she better lie right.

Lexi looked at her ring and smiled bitterly "How I wish." she whispers.

She settled for black pants and white long sleeves partnered with a black jacket. She really loves red so she uses her newly purchase Louboutin red pumps. She would like to be covered as much as possible because she will be face to face with Gerard and she needs to be prepared for any attack that he might do. Is he bold enough to do anything?

She looks very professional and classy. She put on some light powder and her red lipstick to much her shoes. With her boy cut hair, she doesn't need to do much but still carefully brushes it. Once she is satisfied with what she sees she got her Coach Bag and leaves her room.

May is already waiting for her at the living room. She greets her and not asking any permission got her bag and leads her to the parking area. Aunt Suzy bids her goodbye and gave her a tumbler. She said it is water with lemon, cuc.u.mber and ginger, good for her health. She smiled shyly. She got an instant mother.

Once she is settled on her SUV, she got her game face on. She should be ready for anything and she is. She will ace this for Carl.
