Alexander locks the door of the Boardroom and faces Lexi. He can see that she is mad..furious even. Her face is all red and her full lips are just in one line. Though she look like a supermodel angel in her baby pink dress. Her b.r.e.a.s.t are fuller now ans she has more curves..

"How dare you! Who told you that I agree for all of this?! You set this all up! You even think that I don't know that you had your people check my house and my brother's house? You think I'm stupid? You did not explain a shit and there you are announcing to everyone that I am about to marry you. Alexander Lu, a person that I don't even know." Lexi lashes out. She gives zero f.u.c.k if anyone can hear her. This man who thought that he has the right to manipulate her life.

Alexander is just stupidly smiling at Lexi. Filling his thoughts of her voice even though it is her angry voice, his eyes with his image as he paces around the boardroom throwing her arms into the air.

"I'm sorry." Alexander muttered. Lexi immediately looks at his face. She can see agony and suffering and pain and it is no longer smiling. "I know I left you in the dark. I should have told you everything. But I thought that if I fix everything first on my family and be here with you it is going to be better. I was wrong." Alexander looks at Lexi calculating her reaction. "If I can turn back the time, I should have told you from the start. I should have never hidden who I really am. Knowing that I can protect you and make you safe. I was so careful that I neglected how this will make you feel and think."

Alexander steps forward and places his hands on Lexi's shoulder. "I am sorry baby. Can you forgive me?"

Lexi is stunned. She is speechless. This is just an easy confession of mistakes. She really thought that businessmen are stubborn. She knows better though, the last time she trusted and believed in a happy ending it ended in her heart being ripped apart.

"Past is past President Lu. We can only look forward and prepare for the future." Lexi lets out a long sigh.

"Does this mean that you forgive me?" Alexander's smile is so bright, Lexi can't even look at it.

"Yes President Lu. But I am sorry. My future doesn't include you." Lexi steps back and brings out her resignation letter.

"Please accept my resignation." Lexi hands over her resignation but Alexander just stood in front of her.

He thought that she forgives hin? Why is she leaving him again? Is her love no longer existing? Alexander's grey eyes burn with passion and anger.

"You have this habit of running away. Sorry Ms. Min. Your resignation has been declined." He grabs the piece of paper and tear it into pieces.
