A New Life: Unwanted Marriage

Anhao drove slowly but it still took her only thirty minutes to get there because most of Shijun's cars were fast so driving slowly was like driving normally with an average car .

she got to restaurant where she was supposed to have a meeting with the owner of the first mall , she walked into the restaurant and asked for directions to private room 5 . As she walked into the room she saw the man sitting there with lots of food on the table at his front , she didn't know why he ordered food because she wasn't here to eat and she still had to inspect the mall before buying it .

" Mr. Tozawa I don't see any reason for us to be at a restaurant when I'm trying to buy a mall , I'd prefer it if we could do this at the mall so I can take a look around "

The man looked up at her , he hadn't even noticed when she entered the room

" oh okay , then let's be on our way "

He got up and they left the restaurant after he paid his bills .

As Anhao drove to the mall she slowly took in her surroundings , she saw that a high school was nearby , a hospital and it was in the middle of the city where a lot of people had access to , some companies were even around it , everything about it made sense , the position the amenities even the size of the mall was very okay but they were still losing a lot of money and this made her wonder what was wrong with the mall . Upon getting there Anhao waited for Mr. Tozawa so they could go in together , it wasn't until she entered into the mall that she had an idea of what was wrong

everything about the interior arrangement and dustribution of stores was wrong , it wasn't properly organised , there was no way to tell where you are going , no arrangement , no coordination . It was just like they had rented out any store to anyone who cared to ask , so the problem was obviously not just the mall but also the owners .Anhao was very happy that they didn't have the sense to arrange this mall and manage it in an orderly fashion because the mall would bring her a lot of profit in future .

After walking around and checking the stores and the bathrooms Anhao decided to buy the place , it was in good condition but would still need a little work to be able to meet up to her standards .

" Mr. Tozawa " the man turned to look at her , and she could see how desperate and eager he was to sell the building , Anhao actually pitied him , if only he knew how to manage this place he would probably be almost 2 times richer than he was now but his loss was her gain so she didn't bother to point that out instead she went straight to the point

" when can we sign the contract "

Tozawa was relieved because he was losing a lot of money from the mall , he was happy to sell it to any fool who was willing to buy and to him a young woman like her , who he believed was too naive to Know anything about a business was the best prey , his only regret was not being able to milk out more money from her Tozawa decided to get it over with as quickly as possible just incase she would have some sense and change her mind

" Is today okay for you miss Qaio "

Anhao smiled at him

" I'd prefer to sign it right now if you don't mind "

Tozawa was very happy to hear that so he quickly led the way to his office

Anhao was led into a room that was arranged like an office , she realized that this was were Tozawa stayed when he was at the mall . Anhao was given the contract , she read through and decided to sign it after all the mall cost her only a hundred Million yuan . Tozawa on the other hand was happy to finally get rid of a thorn in his side , a hundred million for this dump , the girl was really foolish , at first he had decided to have the meeting and contract signing at a restaurant so she won't see the place and decide to back out but when she insisted on coming to the mall he assumed it was over and he would be stuck with this useless place but luck was on his side or so he believed .

Anhao didn't waste much time at the mall, she planned to come back the next day and go through the paperwork and think of how to arrange her mall , she was glad that Tozawa had already closed the mall so she didn't need send anyone packing , unlike Tozawa she didn't plan to rent out all the shops to just anyone , she was going to rent it about 50 shops , then the other fifty would be working under her , those fifty would be reserved for her company's other businesses .

she decided to have lunch before going home after all Shijun won't be home till about six in the evening . Anhao entered a restaurant and sat down at a normal table waiting for a waitress to come take her order but instead of a waitress she saw Qin feifei walking towards her , Anhao smiled but the smile was devious almost devilish as she waited for Qin feifei to get to her .

" Qaio Anhao , what a surprise to see you here " Qin feifei said as she smiled " if I didn't know better I would think you were following me about " someone who didn't know would think feifei was complimenting Anhao but she was indirectly insulting her , Anhao understood what feifei was doing but she didn't react immediately instead she just looked at her with a blank face and asked

" I'm sorry but do I know you ? "

Qin feifei was stunned but she quickly recovered

" Don't you remember me , I'm Shijun's friend the one you met at the mall "

" oh , pardon me I didn't remember you "

Qin feifei snickered

" you must have a very slow brain if you can't remember someone you met a few days ago "

Anhao smiled at her

" I'm sorry , it's just that my brain doesn't record irrelevant things and moreover Shijun didn't acknowledge you as a friend so what reason do I have to keep you in my memory"

Qin feifei was annoyed but as soon as she was about to speak , the waitress appeared to take Anhao's order . Seeing that there was a third party Qin feifei let Anhao be after all her father was still angry with her for spending almost a million yuan on clothes in a day , she couldn't add an argument in public to her list of disappointing traits as her father called it .
